Magnus looked around and quickly found a building where a large signboard is hanging on top of it. "Hunter Association"
Hunter Association is a guild that is personally led by the city mayor. This type of association usually seen around a free cities like this. In the cultivation world hunting is a very important job for cultivator. Various sect mostly earn their livelihood by hunting. They provide mission for their disciples that include hunting. Sect like Sun Sect and other Sects all has smaller countries they are contracted with. They do various mission for them and provide cultivation training for those countries disciples while those countries will provide land for their sect and other features. All the hunting the sect does inside a kingdom 40% of loots are taken by the sect while rest are handed to the kingdom. Hunting a beast usually provide various materials like bone which is used for weapon development, blood for alchemy, beast core for cultivation which is a very high grade crystal. Even the beast meat is also eaten by the people. That's why hunting is very important.
Now free city like Terra doesn't have any sect to do their job. So they created the hunting association. This is a qsudo governmental organization which is controlled by the city mayor but any cultivator is free to join. They encourages the free cultivators to join the hunting associations.
Any beasts hunted by the affiliated people of the association, association takes 50% of the loot. Even though association takes a lot of materials it's still give a reward as compensation which somewhat control the situation.
Magnus and Anna went straight to the building. In the ground floor if the building is the hunter associations reception. Magnus went to the reception girl and asked her, "Hi, I am Robert and this is Susua. We want to register ourselves as hunters."
The receptionist looked at both if them and try to scan prob their cultivation, "Level 12 and level 15. Are you sure you want to do this? "

Magnus didn't immediately went to the information association. Instead he went outside and searched for a place to live. The city has lots of inn to live but Magnus is planning to live in this city for couple if month. So he need a stable place to live which also needs to be quite. Both Magnus and Anna went to a realtor agency in order to get a house. Soon with the help of the agency Magnus found an apartment that is on the 2nd floor of a small building. The apartment has 2 rooms and one bedroom.
All this time Magnus and Anna sleeped together in their travel. Although when they first met, they almost did the thing but now both of them is little controlled. Their relationship is still in the early phase of aquintence. Also Magnus is not ready to start a relationship with 10 girl at a time.

Although this information sometimes causes more harm than the good, people of the city still need information and the only place to get information is them.
Magnus went close to the receptionist and asked, "Hi. I want to learn some information."
"What kind of information do you want?" The man asked as if Magnus knew all the package of information they sell.
"I want to know some personal information and some latest information about northern land." Magnus didn't need to ask about the package. He just simply asked him directly. The man looked at Magnus a bit then asked, " The personal information costs more money than local information. Are you willing to buy both package?"
"Yes. "
"Alright then. Follow me please." Saying that the man lead Magnus inside the sealed door. He went through a hall way and quickly reached a small room. In the room there's a woman with cone hoodie sitting at her dask. Man asked Magnus to sit down and left the room before closing the door.
The woman looked at the fake face of Magnus which is hidden with a mask. She simply asked, " What information do you want to learn?"
"First of all I want to learn about the northern lands recent information. Like what happened to where, also the dark red cloud of the west side sky? and also the barrier?'
"Okay, that will be 1000 low rank crystals."
Magnus took out the crystals and handed them to her. "Thanks you very much.
