Hi people. Sora Xertia here. Maybe this will be the day that I would be branded as a pervert.

My location - Ladies' locker room in school gymnasium

My Situation - I can't get out of the locker.

Owner of the locker - Akane Schild

Damn that madman. Messing with Ys' calculations, there's a limit for pranks, you know.

By using an undetectable magic sequence, you can mess up with automaton's calculations if you are recognized as its owner. Playing pranks like that, if Ys miscalculate it, I might end up being solidified under concrete road or have the half of my body attached to a building.

How did I know its Akane's locker? There's only one that I know of that has a witch's hat and a cape in her locker, you know. It also has an embroidery " Magicus V", the codename Akane used in her delusions as a magician.

"Urgh..."

Let's escape for now.

"Barrier"

I deployed a barrier around the area. Time flows normally yet any kind of sound couldn't escape inside it. I could only maintain this barrier around the room since it uses up one-fourth of my mana.

Afterwards, I focused my mana on my right hand since I couldn't move my left hand. I mastered controlling mana on my left, while I had difficulties on my right. One of principles of mana manipulation is that one's dominant hand can control mana freely while the other hand might have some difficulties. That's why I always use my left hand as the medium of all my spells. I pushed the locker's door with my right hand. It was blasted towards the room's wall.

"I should learn to control my mana on my right hand later."

Afterwards, I brought the lockers door on its original place.

"Restoration"

With that, the locker's door was restored to its original state.

Well, its weekends so I don't expect anyone to be here.

Is what I want to say. After I sneak out of the gymnasium, I noticed a large pool of mana being drawn behind the gymnasium. Carefully, I approached the source only to see six persons cirling something. It also seems like they are on process of chanting a spell.

"Hmmm..It seems they are creating a wormhole."

And what I noticed is that there is a little girl in the middle.

"A sacrifice. It seems that this would be finished any moment now."

In creating wormholes, there is always a big price to be payed before opening these pathways. Since they aren't using "Bifrost" which is being operated by Gods and Goddesses' blessings, they have no choice to do it forcefully. One way is by amassing great mana to create a wormhole. If the person couldn't afford to do the first, there is an alternative way, which is to sacrifice a living person.

The girl's face became pale and ghastly, her body shows almost only bones being covered by her skin. It seems that all of her mana has been suck dry just to open a wormhole. The ritual is near its final stage. Her soul might be drained from her if I won't make a move here.

I need to know if they have reinforcements.

"Detect"

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

I used Detect to know if there are any other magicians nearby. Each magician emits mana if Detect was used. The downside of this spell is that other magicians will detect you after using this spell. I sensed that there aren't any other magicians around.

"?!"

And it seems that they have noticed me. Not that it matters.

"Accelerate"

I used Accelerate to my body. By accelerating my body's time, I can move my body near speed of light.

Within ten seconds, I subdued them. Their faces are full of shock since they didn't anticipate my attacks since I moved near speed of light before they could even react. I used some mana blocking I learned from my master of martial arts. I used some non-lethal needles to stop the mana around their bodies by acupuncturing pressure points like the neck, the forehead, between the chest, etc..

"Really, these side effect of my spells will actually break my body and soul one day."

While Decelerate consumes most of my mana for slowing down time, Accelerate pushes my body beyond its limits. Since the body of a human isn't suitable for near speed of light travel, all of my muscles contract whenever I use it. If someone who didn't undergo of any body training would use these spells, they might die of their side effects.

As I stagger, I approached the girl.

"Well, before this girl dies of mana exhaustion, I have to do something."

I compressed some of my mana and formed it into a ball in my left hand while I hold her back with my right hand. I opened her mouth and inserted that ball of mana into her body.

After that, I could feel her normal heartbeat and breathing returned to normal. I tried to rub her back so that my infused mana could circulate properly throughout her body. Mana exhaustion also feels like drowning.

"*Cough* *Cough*"

Oooh. Her recovery is fast enough. Maybe the volume of mana I transfered is enough for her small body.

Before she regain consciousness, let's try to know what happened here before I arrived.

"Scan"

I used the spell "Scan". It show me what happened to the person I'm holding an hour before the spell "Scan" was used.

An hour before she was abducted, she was playing with her friend until one of the magicians called for her while saying that her mother was rushed to the hospital. Since the little girl was in panic, she followed him and was knocked unconscious. While the girl is regains a bit of her consciousness, she was being carried carried by the magician, who arrives in the ritual place.

"Poor little girl, to experience such suffering."

I pity the little girl. For that, let me add something as a service.

"Reversal"

"Reversal" is a spell that compliments with "Scan". It erases one's memories that has been shown in the spell "Scan", which would be an hour before the events.

I opened my phone and called the Magic Ministry Department which holds all cases that regards to arresting evil magicians and clean-up for magic battles that happen on Earth.

While I'm at it, I'll leave this girl at a nearby police box. I checked my clock, its near my scheduled meeting with Akane. I'll just ride the bus since the library is just one stop away.
