As the night falls, a silhouette figure runs through the unexplored forest.
The moonlight until a while ago covered in clouds shine brightly throughout the forest. The silhouette is passing through the moonlight shine brightly as if the moonlight wanting reveal the figure running through the forest.
As the moonlight dim the figure, it shows a woman in her 20's as she run while gasping her breath.
She looks back only to see darkness covered through the forest and then she stops running.
Breathing heavenly as she sits on a nearby tree and with on her two arms is carrying a bundle of cloth and if you look close was a baby sleeping soundly. The woman looked at the baby and smiled with a hint of sadness in her eyes.
15 minutes has passed as the woman is still resting, she noticed torches of light when she came from and is beginning to get closer.
The woman panicked and began to ran again, she ran as fast as she could until the torch light is no more but the woman didn't stop.
Its like she knows if she stops she will see the torch light again. She keeps running and if she is tired she walked, but she didn't stop for fearing the possible outcome if she does.
Two days, the woman travel deeper through the forest, she only stops to breastfeed the baby who until now didn't cry. As the woman saw the baby feeding through her breast, she began to smile brightly.
Because even though the baby didn't cry nor feeling in pain as she see the baby is hungry and feeding in her breast means the baby is healthy. She didn't care if the baby is a monster because she is her child. As a mother who would want to harm her children?
Three days has passed the woman continues walking while staggering as she carrying the baby who is still didn't cry or make any noises.
As the woman still walking, she noticed a pond 100 meter radius big, the pond is so clear that you could see through below. The woman then walks towards the pond and seat the nearby tree to rest.
Three hours has passed, she looked at the placed she had been and to see no one is following her.
Knowing that no one was there she sighed, so she rested another hours more to recovered her fatigue.
As she finished feeding the baby and most of her fatigue are gone so she began her journey through deep in the forest. Little did she know that a dozen of red eyes hiding in the darkness and as they waiting to attack if opportunity is right.
As she journeyed deep in the forest, she noticed a dozen of silhouette behind her with a pair of red glowing eyes.
After she noticed that, she began running in fear as the baby in his bosoms with both her arms gripped tightly.
She ran as fast as she could but the silhouette is still there hiding behind the darkness as it follows the woman.
She looks back and finally, the silhouettes shows themselves and appeared to be a pack of large wolves, four feet tall and a large exposed canine and with sharp, big, long claws. The woman was startled fearing not to herself but the baby on her bosom.
She began running as fast as she could but the wolves were too fast for the woman.
As the woman keeps running, her right foot met a root of the trees erecting of the ground and then stumble, fortunately the baby was safe and still didn't cry.
She tries to stand up but only to get slashed behind by the claws of the one of the wolf as she lays on the ground.
"Please...........at...least........my child"
That was all she could say as the light in her eyes slowly fade. As the rest of the wolf begin to get closer to the woman.
Then a figure suddenly appeared.
A beautiful girl that look like a 12 years old, wearing pure white sleeveless dress that match her white porcelain skin.
She walks barefooted towards the wolves. The wolves see the girl and were first startled because of the unexpected visitor.
They then calms down as they see is only a 12 years old girl that looks so frail you could break her easily with just a measly touching her. The girl looks expressionless as she is keeps walking towards their direction and ignoring the wolves as if they weren't there.
The dying woman has still had enough strength to last in minutes as she mustered his head to look up and see the beautiful girl she ever saw. The woman said to be the most beautiful girl on their village, many courted her but were rejected and many were jealous of her because of her beauty. But alas she turned into something cannot be considered human anymore.
That was in the past…..
But, the girl in front of her was on the other level when it comes of beauty. Only one word the woman can think of. She was ‘Otherworldly’.
Small and cute face, five feet tall, unblemished pure white porcelain skin as it matches with her sleeveless dress. The woman giving out at majestic and noble aura as it added to her otherworldly beauty.
She slowly approaches the wolves and the woman's direction. The woman sees this and she attempting to shout and warning her to the impending danger. But her slowly diminishing life did not let her do so.
The girl finally stops walking in front of the woman who is lying on the ground while her baby is besides her. The girl look at the woman and the woman mustered not to lose her strength as she lifted her head.
Then she realized something, who in their right minds going inside the unexplored forest as she began to ponders that the girl must not what she seems to be.
"I will only save one of you"
The girl spoke, a beautiful voice as if she sang every word she said. The woman smiles at the girl who is still expressionless but that didn't bother the woman and look at her baby beside her.
As if the girl knows the answer she gives a small nod to the woman and the face at the wolves that until now didn't attack. But the sounds of growling indicate the wolves were pissed because of the interruptions on their meal and somehow happy because another prey just walks in front of them.
"Leave or die"

A short sentence forms in the mouth of the girl made the wolves feels uneasy telling them that the girl in front of them was not an easy prey, but their greed clouded their judgements.
The first one to attack is the larger wolf that might be the leader, thinking of an easy prey the larger wolf runs and ready to slashed her claws to the girl, only to block by an invisible wall and stops its attack.
The other wolves follow suit and do the same thinking they might do something different but all the same and was stop by an invisible wall. The bigger wolf that was still in his slashing position realized he can't get his claws off and so as the other wolves.
The woman who was lying on the ground was watching as the first wolf attack. At first she was nervous but seeing the girl has a unnatural power as he somehow stopped the wolves made her relieved.
The girl still just stands there with an unfazed face, while all the wolves couldn't move and didn't know what happens to them. The wolves around her wanting to flee but cannot do so and made them feel fear for the first time.
A slowly wave of her hand "splat" that was heard throughout the surroundings and the wolves becomes minced meat beyond unrecognizable. The woman clearly saw what happened but instead of fearing she feel thankful and relieved not for herself but for the baby as he can lived through another day, yet there is a hint of sadness in her eyes as she looked at the baby one last time.
The girl then walks towards the woman "What is his name" said the girl while looking at the baby beside the woman.
"Name him.....I..m.....undeserving"
Forcing herself the woman said to the girl in front of her. With all her might she try to get and pick up the baby and giving it to the girl in front of her.
The girl reluctantly pick the baby but she accept it at last and look at the woman then looked at the baby, then for the first time she expressed a gentle gaze as she gazed upon the baby and made the woman smile as she sees this and feel relieved.
"Lyaga"
That was the girl said with gentleness in her eyes. The woman then smiles. Losing her strength as she lie on the ground with a smile on her face. "Lyaga" that was the last sentence she says before the light in her has now diminished.

Leaping through tree to tree only a black blur could see, I Lyaga ran or should I say leap hahahaha....
