“What about that princess you wanted to save?” I asked my micro master who in turn just tilted her head with confusion at my question. “Princess?”
I remained baffled for a second only to shake my head with a long sigh at this troublesome teacher I found myself having. She was great at drawing out my power, at least that appeared to be the case, yet she wasn’t exactly a social butterfly. “You said this entire trip was to save her from her family.”
“Oooh~ well, she should be fine, I think~?” That was definitely a question…
That should not have been a question.
Heading back to the city was surprisingly easy; just something about our presence meant that nobody dared to pick a fight with her. It was strange since even bandits seemed hesitant. Usually they weren’t the smartest of individuals hence them being unwilling to attack two women was rather unusual.
“ThE BlOoD FuElS ThE MaChInE!”
“ThE BlOoD FuElS ThE MaChInE!”
“ThE BlOoD FuElS ThE MaChInE!”
My considerations were interrupted as the screams of some ugly smelly men broke through - along with those creative songs my bots love to sing. Such cute little things. Currently they had those men on their knees as they placed the barrel of a gun against their heads before pulling the trigger.
“They sure are cute little soldiers~.” Master spoke up as she clapped her hands at the efficiency my bots showed on this backward planet for the first time. Though, just as I thought that, one of the mouldy bastards suddenly stood up and made a sprint for freedom.
Not that he got far.
Before he could even make it half way into the forest my bots made him into a close relative of swiss cheese. Blood oozed out the various holes that were quickly made in just about every organ. That fool collapsed but not instantly dead as he would instead serve as a perfect example for the others.
Sure enough; the groans and pathetic struggle as their companion slowly bled out was enough to prevent anyone else from trying their luck. Being far better to die quickly. Some may question the morality of such a method of execution but these people were just murderers who had done far worse to innocent people.
Sadly their worthless lives weren’t nearly enough to provide me experience so I could only let out a sad sigh that the stronger ones had run off ahead of time. Instead of focusing on the execution I turned towards the mini-amphibian. “So why are we in such a rush to head back, master?”
“Because it’s troublesome….” Clicking her tongue as she crossed her arms with a big pout that puffed up her already chubby cheeks outwards. “That girl is impossible to win against.”
That understandably made me blink, how could someone like the “True God” say that, I couldn’t imagine anyone who could beat her. To me she easily seemed like the strongest person I’ve ever met so I couldn’t help ask what may be a dumb question. “How can you be sure you would be defeated?”
Dumb not because the answer should have been obvious… But because her reaction should be. Her cute little forehead suddenly scrunching up as she glared towards me. Those puffed up cheeks somehow enhanced as she huffed out at me.
“Defeated? Me? I’ll have you know that nobody among the realms could even dream of defeating this primordial titan goddess even if I have no name!” Exclaiming with her arms thrown out wide as if inviting the heavens to try and prove her wrong.
Although the reliability had to be questioned when she claimed herself to be a titan; unless the definition of titan changed from what it used to be.
Plus titan gods were just a rumour like demons above demon lords or cute spirits like me being eldritch.
Gods the size of planets who only got stronger the larger they were? Something truly that can only exist in silly stories we tell to children - like how demons that strong wouldn’t have been so nice as to follow the pacts made with the Mother. So I pushed. “But didn’t you say you couldn’t win?”
“Winning and being defeated are very different things when it comes to being a god - victory can only be achieved when you stop your opponent. Yet, the stronger you go the more cheats you run into, that demoness is one of the biggest cheats there are.” Shaking her head as she began to walk away.
We did need to hurry along so I didn’t stop her. Following in her footsteps as I clicked a few times to get the attention of my loyal army of automatons who obviously turned to look towards me. “Hurry it along and make sure to cut off their heads so we can get the bounties; every little bit helps~.”

Of course my bronze knights got to work on that as several now stepped forward to “accelerate the process along” with the shots soon echoing out. Not that I saw it happen. I was too busy catching up to my now grumpy pocket sized sensei.
“Do you not also have similar cheats to her?” I asked out of curiosity at how honest this “True God” was going to be with me - to my surprise she was quite honest. “Of course I have my own cheats as no one my level would be caught without some plan b’s… Well except for Photon but…”
For some reason she stopped walking as she tilted her head as she looked up at the sky with an air of confusion surrounding her. Biting her bottom lip as she narrowed her eyes as if trying to see through a clouded mirror which I couldn’t even see. “I really couldn’t understand him; he wasn’t like anyone.”
Shaking her head with a sigh that finally marked her grumpiness vanishing to instead be replaced by a kind of melancholic air.
I decided it was probably best to just leave her to contemplate on who I can only imagine was once a close associate of hers. The name actually sounded quite familiar yet I was rich & smart so the name photon wasn’t exactly something I didn’t hear about a lot. So no real reason to dwell on that.
What was more interesting was that we were once again approaching the western trade city with their guards being just as welcoming as usual. Going as far to send a little messenger to get into contact with my little group of bots. That man only grew more nervous as he looked upon my army.
“W-what are they…?” His voice was quiet as he appeared to have accidentally let that exclamation slip out from his mouth. The messenger in question was obviously a proud member of the city guard - the regalia of the city emblazoned on the tarp over his gambison.
[City Guard John Tratom Lvl 21]
He didn’t seem too old so I guess his level was fairly impressive - they did have the fear of death preventing them from being as reckless as us players.
It also seemed that my earlier theory was correct as he quickly sputtered, likely realising what he had said in front of us, but I just offered a smile to help him calm down. A blush formed on his face as he cleared his throat while brushing his uniform. “I have been sent forward to confirm the intention of your party.”
“Ah~ I suppose the city guard must be quite worried since we lack any recognisable crest despite arriving in quite the large set of numbers. You have no reason to worry; I happen to be a God Hunter back from completing a sudden assignment given by my teacher.” More than happy to throw my new group out.
I had no idea just how much weight the god hunters had but it seemed like enough as that boy quickly seemed relieved only to grow more nervous. Bowing his head as he looked at me with awe. “I apologise for not showing more courtesy to a knightess of the highest order among the realms…”
It was only then that he paused for a moment.
“But I’m afraid I’d need to ask for some kind of confirmation about your allegiance.” He clearly looked nervous however I couldn’t say his doubts were unfounded. Still, all I needed to do was present him with proof that I was indeed invited into the God Hunters… Shit.
My master brought me away from the God Hunter’s hang out spot before I could get myself enough proof of joining the supposed prestigious organisation, it would seem.
No matter; I am still in control since I have all the power and merely need to prove that I have no intentions to use it against the city. So rather than prove I am a God Hunter (in fact) all I need to do is present them proof of my intentions. Fortunately I picked up a gift on my trip back.
Moving my hand to signal my boys to bring the present to our new friends - ten or so stepping forward with blood dripping paper bags in either of their heads. Throwing all of them in front of the messenger as he Strangely hopped back in fear. “Consider this a token of my serenity and I’ll make sure to get some pretty flags for the next time I plan to travel as a militia.”
That man cautiously advanced towards the bags to open one up, having to wipe the blood away to reveal the fear filled face of the bandit, seemingly completely taken aback, Falling on his butt before crawling away like a little scaredy dog. I’d say cat but I’m afraid of summoning my birth mother from insulting cats.
Although it’s not surprising that he’d be shocked as I think those guys initially yelled something about being so powerful that not even the city dared target them.
Wasn’t really paying attention since I was talking to the master about the mission.
Soon enough her gingerly picked up one of the bags then rushed towards the city gates which left me to just wait for him to return. Fortunately I prepared a seat for myself. Having a seat rise out my shadow only to then immediately see that master appearing atop of it before I even got a chance to move.
“Thanks~ my little legs were getting tired from all this waiting~!” Giggling without a worry.
