Felix Chandler, a reclusive misanthrope and obsessive hoarder, finds himself unexpectedly transported to another universe after a tower of his own "collectibles" - okay, let’s call it what it is, garbage - collapses on him. Bureaucracy, technicalities, negotiations, and a dash of petty larceny ensue, culminating in Felix acquiring the ultimate ability every hoarder dreams of: Inventory. The problem? Well, Felix has also managed to get himself cursed by an angry god/bureaucrat. Oh, and he’s been transported to a fantasy world that's hell-bent on ending his existence. This includes an Abbot/Religious Zealot leading a group of militant evangelizing ascetic monks. And, despite all recommendations to the contrary, Felix chose only inventory-related skills... To survive, Felix must rely on his ingenuity, devious cunning, and a whole lot of dumb luck.
