Again all the point he distribute it to agility for increase in maximum speed. His dexterity increase a bit, must have been due to all those critical shot that he has made over the 4 days. One of his skills had level up to the intermediate level increasing his overall damage. In his thought, his concentration level duration that he had train for has increase up to 23 minutes before he starts to break down.
The concentration that he trains was one of his cards of going against the horde of monster for the sake of his quest. But for one thing only one skill of his was not increasing from level one. The crafting skill, it seems he wasn’t really using the skill. Seeing his arrows has dwindled in numbers, he was now thinking of making arrows using the woodcrafting.
Since the girls are still sleeping, he wanders around the nearby forest searching for suitable material for an arrow. Wandering around the forest he grabs twigs here and there, finding dry branch long enough. Taking out his carving knife, he carves the wood slowly and meticulously. For the fletching, he used a material that he loots from the monster. It somewhat resemble a feather but he was certain that he could make use of it. For the arrow head, he used the sharp nails of drop loot.
Along with the rope loot he binds and carves and completed his first arrow.

What is this, for a normal weapon it was kind of strong in some sense. Is this normal or is it im the only one who used lower level equipment.
But no matter it’s a good thing it boost a lot of his offense if he went in for melee combat.
For reference sake, R equipment was on the lower side of the quality chart for his level but he made due with his abilities. Since he was oblivious about the new information, he doesn’t really know about all the latest equipment. He was more of akin to getting free stuff from people, it was more to his liking.
‘Hey what are you gawking about come on, we need to get the ingredients’
R then went inside the cave along with his companions. Kasumi a legit elite kunoichi and Ailani a guild’s head. Both of them so far was exceptional in doing their task, as a party they were a group of a united front.
Now that cooperation will be tested for the upcoming battle upon them. Travelling deep into the cave. One by one the monster that they encounter fall to their death. Their teamwork shines as each individual have their own role. Smooth sailing through the cave, they now then arrived upon the open cavern site.
Seeing it for the first time, he marvel by the different scene comparing to the small tunnel cave that he was well accustomed with. an outstretch of open land with pillars of earth connecting the ground to the high ceiling, here and there were rocks of different sizes. The ground was barren and with cracked line, underneath it a red glow can be seen upon closer inspection. The high ceiling itself what made R astonish along with numerous stalactite, the overall space that was infront of him was equivalent to a normal size football stadium, and filling this large space was monsters.

Scanning among the numerous monsters she then pointed out toward the small size monster that can barely be seen but thankfully due to his archer job he can see it. by size alone it was most likely to be the smallest monster in there, and based on appearance alone it doesn’t seem to be strong monster.
It was a jello like monster but shape like a tiny size elephant with cute features, it was pinkish in color. R really can’t comprehend by the ingredients that this monster drop but never mind that Kasumi then spoke;
‘Do not underestimate them, it may appear weak to you but to defeat them is quite hard’
He takes note about it, at this point of time every information is precious. He could not afford to make a mistake while going against 500 monsters.
‘so everyone ready?’
Ailani - ‘yup’
Kasumi - ‘ready’

All three of them jump down of the ledges; below them were monsters that can be usually found in the cave. As the ground was full of them, R draws his bow and release arrows to them. The arrows perfectly hit their weak spot and they died down instantly with critical sign floating above them. It was a perfectly time shot as they land on the ground with monster drop dead.
‘guys be careful and lets cleanly kill them’
As they arrived on the ground, monsters around them notice them and start attacking them. Their plan of attack then begins. Ailani rush forward attracting the other monster while using her skill;
‘Battle Insticnt!!’
Here skill activates and monsters change her target solely toward Ailani. At that time, Kasumi take the opportunity to obliterate the monsters. Running around from behind, the monsters one by one kill by the attacks of Kasumi.
Now and then she activates her diverse offensive skills;

Each skill that she performs causes the death of the monsters.
R while being surrounded by monsters kills them down one by one with arrows constantly striking their weak points. It was like a critical fest, around them critical sign were constantly appearing. It was a miracle for him to achieve this constant state of concentration, but it can only work for only 23 minutes.
His eyes was like an eagle looking for its prey. The amazing thing was, during his offensive attack toward his enemies, other monster that wasn’t attracted by Ailani was constantly attacking R. But he dodges it as fluid as the water that flow down the river. It was smooth and precise. He was in a constant state of concentration, even monsters that was getting close on hitting Ailani was shot down by the eyes of R.
He dodge and he attack, he dodge and he attack and again this sequence was repeated several times until his arrows was left to none. 100 arrows were used and hundred enemies was down only 400 was left, while some of them died by the attack combination of Ailani and Kasumi. but they were to occupied to notice the incredible feats that R was doing.
R was just like the background doing it by his own silently, while the main actors right now was Ailani and Kasumi showing their teamwork that work marvelously together, one defend and one attack both of them were in sync.
R from the back has depleted his supplies of arrows, but again that factor itself does not deter him in progressing his killing count. Surrounded by corpses of monsters with arrows stuck on their body. he take it out and immediately release it killing his enemy. In a circular motion, he proceeds with this method, taking out an arrow and released it.
Another complete arc of monster’s corpse, was laying in front him. He proceeds into the arc, using the arrows again as he recycle it making use of it excellently. But some of the arrows was broken and cannot be used again. The monster count was now 50 monsters less.
Like the raging storm he proceeds killing his enemy with the swiftness of his arrow but his movement and demeanor was as silent as the northen wind.
During his killing spree, Ailani skill duration ends and the monster was now starting to attack both of them. The skill cool down was 4 minute meaning that they need to hold on for a whole 4 minutes before their combination could be reenact again.
At this time around, Kasumi and Ailani was having difficulty handling the monster that was aggroing them.
‘shit where is that R!! we are under heavy attack over here’
Under heavy pressure, she then ran her eyes over her surroundings looking for R. more than anger she was baffled, surrounding R was dead corpses of monsters in a large radius. She then shout
‘R!!!!’
In a trance R was in constant state of killing his enemies, but he then heard the voice of his female companion. Looking at his back, the duo was swarm with monsters from each direction. R taking notice of it, ran toward them while picking up usable arrows. Each arrows was hold by the gap at his fingers. As he got closer to them, both of his hand was now full of arrows.
He then open fire as he gotten close at a close proximity. and again he release his arrows, each time the monster drop dead he quickly took out the arrow swiftly and release it again to nearby monster. he plow down in a straight path, using those method.
With the monster showing its back on R, R jumps on its body and release a point blank attack on its crown head. the body slowly drop, and R now safely arrived infront of his companion.
Kasumi – ‘R’
Ailani – ‘how?’
R – ‘oo hey you guys okay?’
They could only nod,
‘come on we got no less than 200 more monsters left and I got no less than 7 minutes top’
Hearing his words, they both display a determined face,
‘Let’s go!!’
With the three of them stand together, a sense of unity surface in the atmosphere. Kasumi with a new found courage leap into the air;

At the beginning of the skill, she twists her body in mid-air releasing multiples yellowish blade to her surroundings. In 360 degrees, the monsters that were surrounding them lose their life to the stunning skill that she just exerted. On the corpse of this monster, was the blade of yellowish hue, at the end of the dagger was like a flower that blooms as the glow kept increasing in its brightness.
The yellow flower blooms and it burst into the tiny particles. The battlefield was now engulf by the yellow particles.
A small window open up hinting there was an area of effect due to the yellow particle.

Only a grin could surface from R’s face, an effect that would totally turn the tides for the better of the trio. In this precious moment, he hastily releases the arrows that were at his hand. As the arrows vanish from his hand so does the life of 10 more monster.
Ailani on the other hand charge like any warrior would do, swinging her falchion the monster bleed after a few slash to their body. She do not only have a defensive but also an offensive skill. Her falchion blade glow by the outline hinting of the beginning of a skill.
‘Hack Slash!”
She shouts her words and released a vertical slash down to her opponent killing it in the process.
As the battle continues on, the trio faces a difficult situation. Their whole body was profusely sweating, their visions are starting to get blur, and their movement are starting to get dull except for R of course. Their attacks were not connecting as it used to.
By the clock R have only 2 minute left, before he starts to break down. Looking at his surrounding there were more or less 60 to 80 monsters left.
With no arrows in his hand, he then unleash the dagger that he has, on the left was the crude dagger and on the right was the kunai that was given by Kasumi. he then become fury itself, each encounter with an opponent he would slice of their weak point causing them to break down. Not once but multiple slash at the same spot cause accumulation of damage leading to the death of the monster.
The monster surrounding him, from all sides, he spin and hit he parry and he slice, he dodge and he kicks. All sort of maneuver was demonstrate by R, not like his usual archer stance his fighting skill was truly shining while going up against multiple monster.
The other two girls were clearly exhausted but still kept going, they were starting to get push by the monster as their numbers was clearly showing the advantage. Ailani health point starts to drop to the red zone while Kasumi was now unable to keep multiple monsters at bay.
R realizing the situation steps up his game and increased the overall pace. He charged to Ailani side while evading incoming attacks and countering it at the same time. killing these monster was starting to get difficult as using dagger wasn’t really easy to land a critical hit due to his job as an archer.
But he pressed on until he arrived at Ailani’s side. Kasumi eventually arrived at the same time with her face clearly showing her exhaustion was at the limit. Currently there were no less than 20 more monster. but R has only 30 second left, he shouted
‘cover me!’
Like a natural born fighter he barge to the front, slashing and dicing up his opponent with the little time that he has. One down two down three down four down five down six down, encountering the seventh monster, his concentration breaks.
A blow land right to his face sending him flying to the ground.
His perfect untouched health points was now depleted until it was only 35% left. Laying on the ground, he was exhausted, his vision start to blur a bit. A monster was approaching him and release a downward attack at the unguarded R.
‘No!!’
Before it could land on R, Ailani intercept and block with her shield but even with that she push back. their fatigue was taking a toll on their body. only 11 more are left, but their body was not up to the task.
R raised his body slowly, seeing how Ailani was taking the full brunt force of the eleven monster, she agro it by unleashing Battle Instinct. Kasumi was already laying on the ground unmoved, but thankful R could see that her body was still moving with respiration.
He had no other choice, R need to end this.
‘arghh!!!!!!!!!!!’
He moved forward with only the daggers that he has. Rushing to the front, he lodge the crude dagger into the skull of the monster killing it in one go. The dagger was now unusable as it durability has now drop to zero. Wielding only the kunai, R confront the backside of his ten opponents. He hack and slash he and he and slash, even without his concentration he try to at least the weak spot. One by one fall to their knees, with only two left.
Before he could finish them, Ailani suddenly drop the ground. Not knowing if she was still alive, her health points was now close to naught. The two monster raise their arm ready to end Ailani life. R knowing something bad could happen if he let this go, he then jumps and kick on the monster causing it to lose its balance.
Taking his chance he stomp the head of the unbalance monster repeatedly while at the last strike he deliver a stab right through its eye socket. Looking back the last monster was delivering a punch to R. at that exact moment he dodge it by the last second through sheer luck and stab the unlucky monster through its weak point the heart.
The monster body drop to the ground, but unexpectedly the monster attack actually connect to R. the moment that he had dodge the attack, his face skin rub against the monster skin. The unique ragged and harden skin of the monster deplete R health slowly as blood was seeping out from his face.
His knee drops to the ground while blood was flowing from the wound on his face causing his health point to deplete rapidly, he could actually stop the blood flow but he was tired. He could not move at all. Moving his eyeball looking for his companion, they were both on the ground among the corpses of monster not moving. He then closed his eye
