King Wolf and Experience - Chapter 42

King Wolf and Experience - Chapter 42

Sage Turtle and Jack, on the other hand, keep talking.

"In other words, you're not supposed to be here at all."

Jack learned some simple things.

Soul users passively emit soul energy; this is a well-known fact.

But I did not know that. This means that there are chances of me entering the places that I should not enter through soul rifts that can only be seen using a known and advanced application of soul energy named "Soul Eyes."

Without understanding, I have entered a soul rift, which should not be entered without having the power level of an adept-level soul user.

"I am a moving target,"

Jack says to himself as he moves on. With the help of Sage Turtle, he was able to find out how to leave and use Soul Eyes.

As he keeps walking on the grasslands, he notices some sort of creature.

"Oh, it is running towards me."

"Oscal Soul Blade,"

In less than half a second, the soul blade manifests in his hands, and the remaining soul energy spreads around his body.

"This is a creature that I would like to see."

The creature that came running to him was a wolf-type creature.

But its size is not like a wolf's; if it were a bear-sized wolf, its speed and physical power would be too much.

"King Wolf."

"Soul Creature"

"Soul Ability/Enhancer Category"

"Every damage to the target deals 25% extra damage and inflicts a bleeding effect."

After focusing, Jack saw that the wolf running towards him was called "King Wolf."

"He's a spirit creature, and he even has a special talent of his own."

Jack took a deep breath and took a step back.

King Wolf missed Jack with his first attack. Jack breathed in slightly, pointed to King Wolf with his left finger, and whispered.

"Soul Bullet"

One soul bullet formed quickly and hit King Wolf's right front leg strongly in the air.

King Wolf's front leg was shattered. King Wolf began to shout out of pain.

"Now I can kill him."

Jack thought about it but didn't make any attacks.

"There's no point in me killing right away."

He's still fightable.

"That way I can improve my experience."

Seconds later, King Wolf, although wounded, did not stop because he was an honorable creature and jumped toward Jack.

His eyes were bloody, and it was obvious from his anger that he was in a position to tear down mountains.

King Wolf jumped to the right and attacked Jack in an attempt to trick him.

Jack's spirit energy pervaded his entire body and eyes. This made it faster and more responsive to attacks.

He easily noticed King Wolf's movement and took a step to the left, bent over, and turned and cut off King Wolf's left side with the Oscal Soul Blade.

A deep wound had been opened. King Wolf began to tremble from the pain of his wounds.

The anger in his eyes gave way to despair and weakness.

Blood continued to flow from the left side of King Wolf's body.

Before long, King Wolf began to retreat as he had no strength left to attack.

"I'm sorry; thank you for the lesson you taught me and the lesson you taught." But I don't think I'll leave you alive. "If you were better than me, you'd eat me after all."
