Two more days passed, and the things Nahida had been waiting for finally arrived. All the boxes arrived in good condition and were delivered by two kind men who carried everything inside the hotel.
Nahida had to drag the tables to put everything in.
"Now I just need to wait for Rimuru."
"What's that?" Then Shirou appeared. He was upstairs cleaning the rooms since the guests had left.
"It's a power generator and some solar panels."
"Solar panels? But why?"
"It's for a friend. Remember that guy with the blue hair?"
"I don't remember."
"You didn't see him? I thought you'd seen him before." Nahida thought they had met, but that was not the case. Rimuru met only with Rias and Issei.
And less than an hour later, Rimuru arrived at the hotel. This time he wore dark clothes and had a sword on his back. His eyes lit up as soon as he saw all the boxes in the middle of the hotel.
"Hey, hey, take it easy."
"How can I calm down? I was too anxious. This is it; this is what I wanted!" Rimuru opened the boxes and started looking through them all. "Yes, a generator and several solar panels, that's enough. If necessary, you can buy more of these panels in the future."
"I can do that, but you'll have to give me more coins. I spent a fortune on this." Nahida had only two gold coins left. It was a lot of money, but solar panels were costly.
He also wanted to take advantage of the fact that Rimuru had a lot of money to get money to buy air conditioners. Now that he had the feature called [Currency Exchange], he could turn everything into yen.

And spending so many points would be a waste. Better to buy the air conditioners with cash.
"I'll give you as many coins as you want if you will buy everything I ask. After we install the generator, you'll have to buy some televisions, a computer, and video games like a PlayStation."
"I have two video games stored in a box. A PlayStation 5 and an Xbox series X."
"Playstation 5?! That's great. Okay, but first, we must figure out how to install it. Do you have any idea how that works?"
"I can search the internet about it." Nahida pulled his old smartphone out of his pocket.
"Why are you using such an old phone? You should have bought a new phone using the coins I gave you. Besides, I want a cell phone too."
"But in your world, there is no internet; why do you need that and a computer?"
"I just want it. We can figure out how to get internet on my world in the future, can't we?"
"What? Are you going to make me get you a satellite? I don't think that's going to work."
"In the future, we'll think about it. Now research how to install it so we can do it quickly."
"What? You don't want me to help you with that, do you? I've already gone to all the trouble of going to Tokyo to buy it."
"I want you to help me. My subordinates don't know what this is and wouldn't be careful enough, so it would be good if you helped me."
"Okay, I can help, but it will cost one more gold coin."
"Here you go." Rimuru took a coin and handed it to Nahida.
"Okay, I'll help you."
Shirou observed the conversation. He didn't quite know what was going on. Different world? Subordinates? Power generator? He had so many questions to ask.

With Rimuru's help, Nahida carried all the boxes out of the hotel. The monsters around were quite curious.
"Where do you plan to put the solar panels?"
"On top of my house. There's plenty of space, and it's one of the highest parts of the city."
"I see. Couldn't you ask someone to help us carry everything up there? There's a long way."
"Sure." With Rimuru's request, a giant wolf stepped out of his shadow, startling Nahida. "Call Geld to help us with that."
The great wolf swung his tail and disappeared.
"That was surprising. I've never seen a wolf that big before."
"He's a divine wolf. His name is Ranga."
"I see. Couldn't he help us with that too?"
"Well, yes." Rimuru smiled bitterly.
Then, with Geld's and Ranga's help, they carried all the boxes to the entrance of Rimuru's house. Once there, they finally started installing the whole system to generate power.
While Nahida was setting up the generator and placing it strategically, Rimuru was installing all the solar panels on the roof of his house. All the residents were curious about what that would be.
"What is Rimuru-sama thinking?" Then, a girl appeared behind Nahida. He was bent down, finishing setting up the generator.
"Huh?"
"What's he thinking about? Putting those things all over his house."
"Don't worry about it; it's just a power generator. You'll understand how it works later. I'm sure Rimuru will explain it to all of you."
"Power generator?" A question mark appeared above Shion's head.
"Yes, this thing here will generate energy that charges things and power things Rimuru asked me to bring for him. But they're things you don't know about, so it's hard to explain."
"I see..." Shion was rather suspicious.
"I think that's all finished here; now we must take care of the power distribution." Besides the generator, there were a lot of cables. They had a lot more work to do from now on to install power in Rimuru's house.
Rimuru finished putting up all the solar panels and jumped off his house. He landed in front of Nahida and raised his fist. The two gave a greeting like "bros," and then a new stage of work began.
They finished the work only when night had come. So the generator did not have time to generate any power. Only tomorrow would they find out if everything was working normally.
