Brax makes his way back to the entrance and finds the village chief waiting for him right outside the door.
He stares the village chief down and sees him trembling in fear. 'Looks like the old man is still traumatized.' Brax thinks.
"Come on in," The villager nods and enters the house with nervous steps. "May I know the reason for my summon, Lord Immortal?" He asks keeping his head down like usual.
"I need you to head to the forest with the village men and bring all the bandit loot from there," Brax says. Since it was only him and Anna, they alone couldn't drag all that expensive items along with them.
So he decided to let the villagers bring all of it back here for him.
"What about the bandits, Immortal Lord?" The village chief asks nervously.
"I got rid of them all, so you should be safe," Brax says.
Just then, Anna walks out and sees the village chief. Though her face is covered with a veil, the village chief immediately recognizes her.
"Madam?" The village chief questions confused.
"Uncle Net, it's good to see you again," Anna greets him.
"I thought you left the village to pursue immortality?" He questions as Farco told him so.
Anna doesn't answer back. "This shouldn't concern you. Go get to work," Brax interrupts and ends this conversation.
The village chief looks at Brax nervously and nods his head, ready to leave.
"Wait," The village chief halts his steps, hearing Brax's command. He turns back to look at Brax. "You didn't see Anna here. If anybody comes around asking anything related to her, you speak nothing. You don't know her, you have never seen her. Do you understand?" Brax says.
The village chief nods his head nervously. "If I find out that you opened your mouth, trust me, I will make you experience things way worse than death, and convey this message to anyone who knows Anna," Brax threatens him, making the village chief tremble in fear.
"Good, now go," The village chief hurries out of the house, scared that Brax might just end him right here for no reason.
"Let's go to your room," Brax says turning to Anna and heading there first. Anna's face flushes, thinking that Brax wants to do her right now. Calming her drumming heart, she steels herself and joins Brax.
The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.
Brax enters Anna's room and finds it the same as before. Nothing has changed since he was last here. Anna too enters after a few seconds, taking nervous steps. Her heart is pounding because this is going to be her first time.
Being an owner of a dual cultivation physique, she needed to be very careful regarding her very first partner. Because the better their potential, the better the result for her.
For example, if she has her first time with an incredibly strong cultivator in the Soul-strengthening realm, then her physique will greatly benefit from it. But that doesn't mean her partner has to be some strong cultivator.
Her physique adapts to the potential of her partner, so if her first time is with a genius who has just begun on the path of cultivation, her benefits will be equal to having a partner in the Soul-strengthening realm.
But if it were up to her preference, she would still choose someone in the Soul-strengthening realm to be her partner because to reach the Soul-strengthening realm means they were a genius who has accomplished greatness, and having a partner with such strength will boost her cultivation speed to an exceptional rate due to their vast energy source.
This is the reason why Farco kept his daughter hidden from the rest of the world. If people knew about her physique, many would try to take her for themselves, but most of them wouldn't be worthy of her and ruin her potential. The first partner is extremely important as they can dictate her rate of growth.
While keeping his daughter hidden, Farco had been trying to search for a suitable candidate for his daughter, someone with exceptional potential or a peak powerhouse cultivator. But finding them is extremely hard, especially for a weak cultivator like Farco. A single slip-up from him to the wrong source could put his daughter's future in danger.
This is why she has remained a virgin and a mortal, whereas people her age have already begun their cultivation journey.
Brax looks at Anna and notices her fidgets. He can tell what she is thinking. "Do you have a dual cultivation manual with you?" he asks, as he can't just stick his dick inside her and call it a day. It is still a method of cultivation, it needs to meet certain criteria for it to be effective.
Anna nods and walks up to her closet, opens it, takes out a simple-looking metal box, unlocks it, and inside is a cultivation manual.
She takes the cultivation manual and hands it over to Brax with a blush on her face.
Brax can't help but smile seeing her act so coy. He takes the manual, sits down on the bed, and starts going through the book, one page after the other, understanding it thoroughly.
According to this manual, when the cultivators perform ducal cultivation, they can channel their Qi energy into their partner's body and observe it back into their body, in a cyclic manner. This is usually done by the stronger partner because they have better control over the Qi energy while the weaker partner acts as a support.
The reason why dual cultivation is so efficient and fast is that now the stronger partner has access to an extra vessel to channel their Qi, which exceptionally increases the speed and efficiency of the Qi flow. Which in cause increases the speed of cultivation in both partners.
Unlike a normal cultivation technique that has levels, Dual cultivation depends on the stronger cultivator's knowledge about Qi flow, their efficiency in how they use it, and the body's anatomy itself.
There is no one better than Brax when it comes to understanding the human body. As for Qi's flow and efficiency, he might be the best out there. Dual Cultivation was made for him.
He looks up at Anna and realizes that he underestimated how lucky he got to find such an exceptional vessel for himself. With her help, his already incredible growth speed will double.
