Waking up in a dingey room that smelt like urine was not what I was expecting.

"Shut up idiot, you've been here for 3 years." echoed a woman's voice from the cell to the right.

Instead of my long sky blue hair, I now had brown hair crudely cut into a bowl cut with bald patches.
Alongside some odd chemical burns across my forearms, I looked like a psycho.

Suddenly a wave of heat burst from prisoner 152. His body dropped to the floor. He started convulsing rapidly as his chest, legs, and arms began to swell. After ten minutes of squirming, kicking and internal agony the transformation was complete. Now what was left was a hulking mass of muscle covered in massive veins that seemed to radiate a dim blue light. A worthy vessel.

With the aid of this new body, gripping the iron bars caused them to snap like a twig.
Like a zombie uprising suddenly everyone in the prison rose to see a giant blue-haired man breaking his chains by taking a single step forward and then sending five bars flying down the hall.
Grabbing an approaching guard by the neck he performed a backward somersault while tossing him into three more. All the while cheers from the crowd and cries of freedom filled the air. Not wasting a second he kicked off a nearby wall then used the final guard as a stepping stone. Pitying the rest of them he set the criminals free. All of this was captured on a stunningly low-quality security camera.
