Marrisa's lesson

Kylos got assigned his first expedition with more experienced people in order to not sacrifice anyone, he was terrified but excited. He was gonna kill the maelins that caused this apocalypse, he was gonna kill them for killing countless people with their lives ahead of them, he was gonna avenge the dead. Marissa assumed that Morte and Kylos were related to each other, they had similar facial features and eye colours, though the hair colour was completely different, she just assumed they were distant relatives, but they certainly didn't act like they knew each other before. Maybe it was a coincidence, but regardless she purposefully put them on the same team, in case one died. at least someone related to them could comfort them before death. Kylos was upset, he was finally facing off with a Maelin, instead of fear he felt anger, but just then he remembered Marissa's lessons "when you are angry you don't think, you go straight for the goal, yes, it can be good in some cases but think of it like a game of chess, if you don't pay attention to the king you'll get checkmated. Just like that, without expecting it." Kylos thought back on it, Marissa was definitely a cold and calculating character but she seemed more serious in this lesson somehow, this was an important lesson, not to be fumbled. Fumble and you lose
