Types of Magic

Soul Magic – Magic which relates to or affects the Uyil Belts found in all Soul Bearing entities.
It is governed by the Law of Uyil which states that everything is a shard of the First Will.
An important note is that there is no way to transfer souls that has been discovered.
The total number of Belts also represent the totality of an entity’s existence meaning that if one loses one of their Belts, their total remaining time of existence and Life Energy is reduced.
Life Magic – Magic which relates to all living things and the pulsating energy found within them.
It is governed by the Law of Vāḻkkai which states that all living things are the product of Divine Introspection.
An important thing to note is that every living thing has a maximum Life Energy limit and if it is exceeded, this may result in deformation, inflation and ultimately death.

Electrical Magic – Magic which relates to the electrical charges and energy held by all things.
It is governed by the Law of Tīppoṟi and it states that All thing are connected by the threads of Tīppoṟi.
Energy Magic – Magic which pertains to the primordial energy that rages violently rages within all things.
Governing it is the Law of Erippu which states that Glass holds within it embers of the fire that birthed all things.
This magic can also be used to cast regular Fire Ball spells.
Gravity Magic – Magic which relates to the gravitational fields around all things with mass.
It is governed by the Law of Iḻukka which states that all that sinks takes with it all that surrounds.
Light Magic – Magic which relates to light and it is governed by the Law of Veḷiccam which states that Light is the one absolute and, even in supposed darkness, it will continue on to the end of time.

Blood Magic – A subcategory of Life Magic. Allows Magicians to manipulate Blood.
It was first used by Mchungaji/Makaa after his tribe was massacred.
Uyil Torsion – A technique where one twists their Uyil Belts (belts that make up the souls of all things) allowing them to be more resistant to physical and magical harm. It also prevents other Magicians from being able to manipulate one’s body.
Dual Magic Casting – A technique where a Magician channels two magics at once. Casting magic requires two things: Glass and an understanding of the physical world. Casting a spell is simply using Glass or Glass Energy to manipulate reality by changing the conditions of a certain point in space.
Dual casting requires that one be able to divert their focus to two types of magic while also requiring that the two spells they wish to cast be fed with Glass Energy.
