This rather nonsensical concept is a city entire created on flying machines that fly through the air, perpetually. I had to make their lungs more efficient to adjust to the high altitude. Additionally I made it so there are no railings and occasionally they will fall to their deaths. It was a creation by one of the chosen families, it's silliness is rather amusing to me.
