Unlike other cities, this is more like a jungle with several tribes. It was created collectively by the chosen ones to study early homo sapiens, neanderthals and denisovan evolution, and it was originally inhabited by re-engineering homo sapiens to be more primal. The most notable results of the experiment were the following;

Early homo sapiens was much more intelligent than their later ancestors

Females were less sexually dimorphic and feminine, and were males less masculine, and both were physically stronger

Their sexual drive was much higher and lower in different tribes.

Their lifespans were shorter

They had more body hair, both sexes

They were much more aggressive

Forward facing ears were much more common

some ancestral tribes were likely much less aggressive and almost exclusively vegetarians

Eventually the tribes with a higher amount of less intelligent members would grow to larger sizes and conquer the smaller, more intelligent tribes.

Currently primal looking homo pareo live here, but they are domesticated and only mildly aggressive. Rather than hunting to survive they thrive entirely on gathering. It is one of my favourite cities, is it very graceful and serene.
