HOW TO MAKE A GOD
021: Spirit.

021: Spirit.

King Lionel conjured hundreds of Swords made out of light and hurled them in their direction. Lord Regina put her arms up but Mars covered the both of them with his Shield. He put his other hand up and the light blue cube fell down on top of them. They stood still as they heard the clinking of the Swords hitting the cube.

“There’s still a long talk we need to have. We were a couple for a Thousand years and yet you still hold many critical secrets.” Mars said to her in an emotional tone.

“Saying I’m sorry isn’t enough…I really didn’t have anyone to go to…except for-“

“Geddon’s father?” Mars cut her off.

Lord Regina looked down to the ground and grew silent.

“…All I wanted was my son to have a normal life. Away from Divinity and Lionel taking him to twist him into his own way. If not for Theiamourn then I would’ve been able to save everyone…to not have you in this predicament because of me”.

“The very second he was born you knew the risks of it. Tell me, does Lee Nova have our blood as well”?

Lord Regina shook her head yes.

“My human sister on that planet knows of my true nature. It was before Theiamourn was brought here and I transfused my blood within Lee at a young age. He survived but he is more of an Angel than us.” She replied to him.

“Damnit Regina…you may have well started something much bigger than us, far out of our reach to handle. There are rules for a reason”.

Then the two heard heavy thuds coming from one side of the cube. King Lionel broke through with a small hole using his golden light and peeked into the cube at them. He put his hand where the hole was and a tiny light beam made its way in and pointed straight a Lord Regina. Mars jumped into front of her and put his Shield up as King Lionel closed his hand. The light beam turned into a line of explosions and blew the cube apart from the inside out. Lord Regina rolled backwards until she stopped herself.

She looked over at Mars and seen that his Shield was lying on the snow.

King Lionel’s attack had blew off his entire left arm.

“MARS!” Lord Regina screamed at the top of her lungs.

Mars looked up then smiled, King Lionel who walked up to him, kicked Mars to ground. Lord Regina started running to his aid with tears in her eyes but was greatly slowed down due to feeling her fatigue and injuries.

“stay baCK REGINA!” Mars screamed with his voice warping deeper. Lord Regina stopped and looked at him. The gears on his armor stopped moving and his already large physique grew even bigger. He grabbed King Lionel’s arm and screamed at him.

“It’s been years since you used that. The last time was when your father would torture you, correct?” King Lionel taunted wiping spit off his face.

He conjured his light Sword and Mars began to start his attacks. King Lionel was on defense as Mars was casually punching his Sword, leaving King Lionel without the slightest opening. He conjured a small ball of light and dropped it to the ground. A bright flash came from the ball that blinded Mars. He put his arm to his face and felt a sharp pain in his stomach. The light disappeared and Mars seen that King Lionel had pierced his stomach. He took it out and was about to swing his Sword when Lord Regina jumped from Mars’s back and stopped him. She was about to attack once more but Mars had grabbed her neck from behind and started to squeeze tightly.

“Yes. Hold on to her steady dog.” King Lionel said spitting out a drop of blood then took his Sword and aimed it at her chest.

Mars suddenly threw Lord Regina to the ground and King Lionel’s thrust missed. Mars repeated this two more times then threw her to away from them.

“Let’s dance.” King Lionel smirked.

He appeared above them and waved his hand out. Light beams shot out of thin air heading towards Mars. He hopped around them but King Lionel teleported to one of the beams that was near him. As Mars went in for an attack, King Lionel’s clone had exploded in front of him. King Lionel jumped out of the ground below him and hit him with a strong uppercut. He held his palm out and a ball of light appeared again. He jumped again above Mars who was still in the air and put the ball of light on top of his head before emitting a large and powerful beam below. He started to yell and put forth more power and the beam grew wider and larger.

“I can barely move…the chemical is really taking its effect on me..” Lord Regina thought as she laid there getting covered by snow. “MARS YOU HAVE TO COME OUT ON TOP”!

King Lionel looked to Regina and moved his hand slightly noticing where she was, when he did Mars flew out of the beam and grabbed his hand. He yanked King Lionel and his beam disappeared.

“…Mama?!” A young Geddon’s voice startled Lord Regina making her look behind her. A young Geddon stood looking at her.

“Why are you on the ground mama?” Geddon asked.

Lord Regina was speechless as she never seen something like this before until today, a figure that appeared to be Geddon when he was just five years old.

“Don’t you worry sweetie, mama is just taking a little rest.” Lord Regina smiled not knowing how to correctly take in this phenomenon.

“But…you’re dying aren’t you”?

Lord Regina started to slowly laugh but quickly laughed louder and harder but stopped when she felt her tears dropping.

“This battle isn’t for naught…he’ll still end up weakened by the damage he receives. It’ll be all up to you Star to continue my legacy.” She replied.

“If you could tell me one last thing…what would it be”?

Lord Regina could not stop her tears. She slowly got up then crouched at the image of her son.

“Mother knows you are a Shooting Star”.

When she caressed Geddon’s cheek, his image disappeared shortly after smiling back at her and holding her hand.

Then Lord Regina felt an unrecognizable fire within herself. A warmth she hadn’t felt for more than Two Thousand Years.
