Jessie the vampire was combing his hair in front of an expensive mercury mirror, clearly trying to be more girly than he already was. His red eyes fixed onto a small picture that was framed neatly beside the mirror. It was quite an old photograph, a relic of the past. Jessie still had spiky hair back then, and was wearing a crisp gentleman's suit. Mary stood beside him, playfully hugging his shoulders. She had a goofy grin, as if she hadn't a care in the world.
A sigh of regret escaped Jessie's lips. After tying his hair up in a pink ribbon bow, Jessie lifted his hot pink mug to his lips and took a drink of colourless blood plasma solution.
"Ahhh..." he closed his eyes in satisfaction as he swished the liquid around in his mouth, relishing every drop of it with his snake-like tongue. Then he swallowed the fluid in one quiet gulp.
"How's the essay going?" Jessie lazily swivelled around in his chair to find Professor Rice casually watching him.
He turned his gaze towards the shimmering blue screen on the side of his desk. "I've just finished the draft." Jessie mentally sent his finished draft from his screen to the professor, who leaned on a table and scanned it in his mind. Jessie watched the professor in silence as he processed the words.
"I'm impressed, Jessie." remarked Professor Rice in his metallic voice. "You've gone surprisingly in-depth describing the experiment. There is no need for it to be this detailed though. Perhaps try simplifying your description a bit?"
"Sure, professor."
The professor's metallic arm suddenly transformed into a small vibrating brush which he carefully started to clean his glasses with. "By the way, I'm going to Madam Flitch's Hospital to visit Jenny. Do you want to come along?"
Jessie took a look at his watch with pink cartoon characters, seemingly uninterested. "Could I take a rest professor? Writing the essay was quite tiring."
The zombie professor grinned knowingly at his student. "If you wish. I'll tell her and Mary you said hello."
Hang on. Mary would be there?
Jessie jumped out of his chair, adrenaline coursing through his veins. "LET'S GO, PROFESSOR!"

Madam Flitch's Hospital was named after the famous Fluorine Flitch. She was the inventor of the structure plasma, a substance that has the ability to quickly mend wounds and has saved millions of lives from physical damage. The hospital was a rather small and modest-looking block in the middle of a complex junction of roads. Most residents in Hell had incredible recovery abilities- such as the current Satan's race, who can regenerate 85% of their body after physical damage- so hospitals were rarely visited by most of the Hell residents.
"Are you still into Mary?" Professor Rice teased as he and Jessie walked into the modest-looking hospital. Despite his age, Professor Rice did act childish at times.
The inner side of the hospital was nothing special as well, although it was in the position as the least used public facility, the hospital was spotless, you could hardly find a single dust on the floor.
"I'll have to say yes, sir," Jessie peered down the hospital hallways.
"That's sweet," the professor laughed. "When I was your age, I had at least 5 crushes. Guess how many relationships I got into?"
"Zero." Jessie replied without hesitation.
"You still remember, don't you?" remarked the professor as they stepped into the hospital building.

"...I mean it's kinda obv..."
"MARY!!"
"Shush, Jessie, we are in a hospital," smiled Mary to the vampire who instantly sprinted to her. "Nice to see you again, professor." Professor Rice nodded to Mary, an amused smile on his face.
"Come, come. I'd like you guys to see our patient." Jenny and Mary led them into one of the rooms down the hallway.
Jenny Zi was a Dragonoid- a special race that had a long history in the Hell society. As Mary, Jelly, Mary led Jessie and the professor walked in, Jenny was awaken in her recovery bed. She had skin that was covered with green scales and like Mary, her hair was dyed into a pinkish red.
"Hello everyone," she said in a broken tone, "thank you for coming."
Mary sat down on the edge of her recovery bed and handed her a small flask of glucose, "here, drink one of these and tell us what happened."

A single page of paper, with a few words in sloppy scribbles was slammed violently onto a golden table. The powerful slam echoed across the large cylindrical-shaped chamber supported by four massive golden pillars. Bright light spilled into the chamber from the dome-shaped roof, illuminating the completely golden space with a shimmering glow.
Towering golden statues stood guard on all four sides and enormous golden paintings were hung high above. A huge bookshelf stood to one side, filled with shimmering golden books.
"This is totally unacceptable!" came a feminine voice. Although it sounded like a rough and angry line, these words was spoken in an awkwardly gentle way, as if it was not a criticism at all.
A tall girl like person with long silky hair stood behind the large table, pointing at the piece of report. Her face was the epitome of perfection- two large, water-blue eyes, a slightly pointy nose, and generous pink lips. She wore a black skin-tight suit over her slender body. "This is already the 50th time, guardian angel Micuffy Valkyrie," she said in a stern voice.
Opposite her, another girl sat casually on a chair with her legs spread apart and her arms folded in front of her curvy chest. Unlike the other angel, she looked very unpolished- her wrinkled white dress was badly done, the rest of her clothes was a total mess. the only thing that defined her position as an Angel was the long, delicate sword hanged across her waist.
"I'm sorry, Raf," the guardian angel yawned. "That dragon was surprisingly fast at escaping."
"Address me as Throne Angel Raphael. This is a formal meeting!" the throne angel huffed. "And could you just sit up straight for one second?"
"Fine," Micuffy agreed reluctantly, moving up an inch on her chair. "Jesus. You actually need to take a holiday Raf."
Raphael Valkyrie sat back down on her chair and picked up the report again, "So, you were able to injure that dragon more than fifty times and it still managed to escape?"
"Yep," Micuffy said quickly, "she was a tough ol' dragon. I just made a few surface cuts on her wing since she couldn't really use them in an indoor fight."
"Micuffy!" Raphael looked the other seriously, "I remembered training together with you, your ability is comparable with some of the top Seraphim Angels I'd met. With your current abilities, it's literally impossible for you to keep the status as a Guardian Angel."
"What's the point really," Micuffy stretched her arms, out, pushing forward her generous cleavage. "ahh, may I leave now Raf, by the way wanna come to Christy's party tonight?"
Raphael shook her head sadly as Micuffy walked out of her room carelessly, "how could God create such an angel?"

"So you paid her and she just left?!"
"Yea," Jenny ate another glucose gel, "she seemed new to me, but I had never heard of a guardian angel with such powerful abilities."
"Very interesting," Professor Rice stood up, "Mary, Jelly, next time when you go out, prepare some physical Trust Points (Hell's currency) with you."
Before Mary could say another word, Jessie took out a handful of thin transparent films from his pink handbag, "have these Mary, but please don't get hurt". Both Jelly and Jenny giggled as Mary actually took Jessie's cash, "thanks for these, Jessie."
Instantly, Jessie blushed and fled the room.
"So will you be able to leave soon?" Jelly concerned.
"Yea, the doctor told me I can leave after 85:00," Jenny said cheerfully, "just some injuries to my back, she didn't intended to do any real harm in the first place. I felt like she just wanted to get all the Trust Points off me."
"That's sure one interesting Angel.".
As the they left the hospital, the giant clock tower just indicated it was 80:25. The artificial sky was sprayed with a fine dark red colour. Professor Rice looked at Mary and Jenny, "where are you living tonight?"
"I'm at Layer 10 and Jenny moved to Layer 3," Mary replied.
Professor Rice spotted Jessie who was hiding behind Mary, "umm...do you want to have dinner together?"
"Uhh..." Mary turned to Jenny, while also discovering Jessie's presence behind her with her location detector, "I'm quite tired today professor, maybe another day."
Then she faced Jessie who backed down shyly, "...yeah, maybe we should have it in Red Crystal in layer 3 next time. Anyways, thanks for the cash Jessie."
