My Jackass Twin Tries To Kill Me

My Jackass Twin Tries To Kill Me

As Jayden was flying, something approached from the side—it was Aiden. He flew up beside him, grinning ear to ear.

“You can fly!” Aiden exclaimed, his voice filled with excitement.

Jayden smirked, flapping his wings to glide. “Yeah, turns out it's not that hard after all.”

Just then, the sky above them darkened with a purple hue, and the massive crack that had been looming over them turned pitch black. Boulders and debris were swirling around, being sucked into the void—lamps, cars, and even chunks of asphalt floated toward the crack. It was the outer bounds, and everything was being pulled into it like a massive vacuum.

Jayden squinted, spotting something in the chaos. His eyes widened as he saw Jacob hovering above the CN Tower, bathed in a swirling black and purple aura. The golden beam Jacob had been channeling moments ago had now turned dark and ominous, its energy pushing against him. Jayden dove toward Jacob, ready to strike.

Just as he was about to cut Jacob in half, Jacob blocked his attack with a blood-red staff, smirking.

“Oh, Jayden,” Jacob sneered, his voice dripping with mockery. “What do you think of my new weapon—the Chaos Scepter?”

Jayden’s gaze shifted to the scepter, his heart skipping a beat. Floating above it was the Diamond of Creation, a shimmering gem that pulsed with limitless power. The sight of it sent a wave of fear through him.

“No way...” Jayden whispered, trying to hide his shock.

Jacob’s smirk grew wider. Without a word, he summoned a keyblade out of thin air and swung it, smacking Jayden hard with the flat side. The blow knocked him backward, and he felt his wings retract instinctively. Jayden plummeted, only to land on a floating chunk of asphalt. Dazed, he quickly glanced around for Aiden.

His eyes caught Aiden struggling—Jacob had him in a chokehold, lifting him effortlessly before hurling him into another floating slab of rock.

Aiden coughed, struggling to stand, and shouted, “Y-You monster!”

Jacob laughed, the sound cold and hollow. “Good job, Einstein,” he mocked, turning his attention back to the sky. Raising his scepter, he fired another purple and black beam upward, widening the crack in the sky further. The portal grew larger, sucking in even more debris.

“I WAS THE RIGHTEOUS HAND OF BELLOS,” Jacob bellowed, his voice echoing through the storm. “NOW LOOK AT ME!”

For a brief moment, Jayden thought he saw a tear slip down Jacob’s cheek. But then Jacob’s face hardened as he traced a glowing golden circle in the air, the lines forming an inverted triangle with a star at its center.

“Menel orna glaur!” Jacob shouted, the words echoing in Jayden’s ears like a death sentence.

A blinding golden beam shot out from the circle, and everything around Jayden turned a searing white. He screamed, feeling his entire being burn and tear apart, like he was being erased from existence. The pain was unbearable, but through it all, Jayden was determined to fight back. He couldn't give up, not like this.

With every ounce of strength he had left, Jayden moved his right hand. Slowly, painfully, he traced a green circle in the air, managing to form a heptagram within it. A line cut through the middle, and Jayden, his voice barely above a whisper, muttered the incantation:

“Mornië Jhaeros mordo...”

From the green circle, a black and purple beam shot out, clashing with Jacob’s golden attack. The beams collided in a brilliant explosion of light and energy. Jayden felt the pressure release, and he was free—able to move again.

Panting, he focused on summoning his wings. They appeared with a burst of energy, and Jayden wasted no time. He dove toward the ground, where his scythe had fallen, grabbing it mid-flight. With a battle cry, he soared straight at Jacob and slashed his rib—the same place he had struck him before.

SPLAT!

Ichor, the golden blood of the gods, gushed from Jacob’s side. He stumbled in the air, clutching the wound, and for a moment, Jayden thought it was over.

But before Jayden could celebrate, Jacob let out an enraged scream. He flew straight at Jayden, faster than he could react. Jacob’s hand latched around Jayden’s throat, squeezing with inhuman strength.

“We’re not done yet!” Jacob snarled, dragging Jayden with him as they shot straight into the crack in the sky.

The world around them twisted and warped as they crossed the threshold. They were now in the Outerbounds...
