Chapter 3: Unknown World

Chapter 3: Unknown World

Regaining consciousness, he felt his entire body heavy; he couldn’t move. He barely managed to open his eyes and could only notice a slight breeze, the smell of damp earth, and the sound of what seemed to be passing carriages.

After a while, he could move, but with effort, and still couldn’t stand up. He had regained some mental clarity, and his vision returned to normal, though he still felt dizzy and fatigued.

Sitting cross-legged and looking up, he spent a moment silently admiring the landscape.

“I really am in another world,” thought Qin Seo, surprised and astonished.

The sky was a sharper blue than Earth’s, the clouds were as white as snow and denser. The sun had a violet hue, and four moons, along with a planet, could be seen.

In the distance, several mountains were visible, although they were shrouded in mist and not very clear.

What caught his attention the most was the sight above him, high up in the sky, of platforms he had never seen before.

Near where he sat, the trees looked different from those on his planet; their trunks were a light violet color, and their leaves were white, translucent, and glowing. The plants and flowers around him shared similarities with the trees, differing only in color and brightness.

Next to him, not too far away, was a dirt path where carriages, pulled by various beasts, occasionally passed by. In the front, there was almost always a person steering them. People of various kinds were riding beasts or animals, while others used strange levitating vehicles powered by unknown means.

The people he had seen didn’t all belong to the same race; their diverse features suggested they were from completely different species. Some had normal skin colors, but others were blue, green, purple, or red, resembling orcs, demons, or some other kind of humanoid being.

Some were short, others tall, with varying forms. He could recognize elves, dwarves, goblins, fairies, merfolk, orcs, giants, ogres, ghosts, minotaurs, demons, dragons, spirits, beastmen, hybrids, and aliens.

Among all the beings he had seen pass by, he had only spotted one human.
