Hector and Dimitri were Lazer focused on the ring in front of them. The time for betting and speculation was over and it felt like everyone in the arena were simultaneously holding their breath in anticipation.
The starting bell seemed loud enough to be right next to Hector in the odd quiet that had taken hold. At that moment everyone in the ring burst into action in their own way. Jen Lee leaped into the air just barely avoiding a ball of fire shot from the orb in Eric Michael's hands. The mercenary Longfang whipped himself to the ground to avoid a casual strike tossed his way by the black turtle young master as he activated some sort of empowerment technique. A shell of energy formed around him and solid projections of blue and black energy extended form his hands like clubs. He didn't spare the mercenary a second glance as he kicked off to meet Roger Tannersvilles charge in the center of the ring.
A great Shockwave blasted out from the collision as Tannersvilles own body reinforcing technique was barely able to hold up. Jen Lee was buffeted around the ring floating from place to place dodging any attack launched or re directed her way. Eric Michael still occasionally used that weird tool to keep her off balance when he had time but Longfang was trying to close the distances whenever he stood still to line up a shot. The three of them gave the two in the center a wide berth as a chaotic melee had erupted.
Despite being the size of a child Vincent black was completely overpowering and outpacing his larger opponent. His family's incredibly strong defense ment that Vincent was more than comfortable fighting without holding back. He completely ignored any attacks or counters almost recklessly throwing himself at his enemy. This was incredibly effective as Roger's defensive technique began to crumble. With a snapping sidekick Roger was sent flying barely able to stop himself before being knocked out of bounds. Vincent intended to follow up finishing Roger but was knocked two steps to the side.
Jen Lee had glided in when he was distracted landing a spinning kick to the side of his head. The all out strike hadn't seemed to get through his technique but was powerful enough to knock him off balance. Before he could target her Roger was back on his feet and although blood leaked from his mouth his reinforcement technique flickered as he once again charged in.
Hector Vale was really struggling to follow such a fast and chaotic fight often relying on Dimitri to let him know what was going on. The first ten seconds went by in a blur as Roger Tannersville got smacked around, that Eric guy launched multiple fire attacks and Jen Lee landed an ambush on Vincent when he got distracted. Things had only ramped up from there as Longfang and Jen switched places as if it was rehurssed. Roger and Longfang did everything in their power to keep Vincent contained as Eric and Jen had a long range dull.

Jen launched volleys of rocks with bursts of air keeping the man running. It seemed he was unable to use his ability on the move and she was taking full advantage keeping him constantly pressured. Despite seemingly being a ranged specialist he was still an eight step foundational realm cultivator using all the speed and agility he could muster to put what distance he could between them. He'd taken a few glancing hits leaving welts and a slight trickle of blood weeping from the impacted areas.
Dimitri tried to convey as much detail as possible to his boss as Mister Vale would be in charge team strategy and management. He was doing his best and his eyes caught so much more than it would have before becoming a cultivator but everything was going so fast. For every move, technique, attack or other ability he'd point out a dozen more would happen in the same time it took him to tell it. Part of the problem was the difference in cultivation level but that was only part of it. Each fighter was more powerful than anyone else in the tournament.
Yes there was the black turtle disciple who was also eight step foundational realm but he did use any overwhelming techniques like his sect's young master, external attacks like Jen Lee or Eric Michael. He simply reinforced his body must like Longfang and Roger Tannersville were doing currently as they did their best to endure the onslaught Vincent was putting him through. He was definitely far more powerful yet wasn't as experienced at dealing with multiple opponents and than seemed to be the only reason the two men hadn't been taken out already. Every clash left one of his opponents reeling from the overbearing strike yet the other always seemed to take advantage of the opportunity to counterattack.
Dimitri could tell that Vincent hadn't taken any actual damage but the young boys face was like a thunder cloud growing darker with every strike that landed harmlessly on his enforcement technique. "Enough" the furious young cultivator shouted as a blue flash of energy was channeled into his right foot before slamming into the sandy arena ground. A great cloud of sand, blue energy and blood covered the spot the three men had stood as both Longfang and Roger were hurled out the ring bloody and broke.
Jen Lee paused with her foot ready to strike Eric out of the ring when she'd felt the powerful fluctuation. Launching herself upward with he technique she saw a blur shoot through the space she'd vacated slamming into Eric Michael. It took her a second to process but she quickly recognized Longfangs beaten body tangled in a heap atop Eric. Shocked Jen twisted in the air seeing Vincent black stepping out of a small cratter in the center of the arena. Looking around she spotted an alliance elder rushing over to a hole in the arena wall. When he reached it the elder pulled out a pill bottle and crushing it before throwing it into the same hole. After a second to let the medicinal power to settle her pulled a bleeding and bruised Roger Tannersville out.
Jen clenched her teeth and the horrible luck that had befallen her. Not only did she have to end up getting targeted by that madman with a damed casting core but she was left exhausted after using her wind control almost constantly. Now Vincent fucking black stood in front of her and he didn't look like he'd truly broken a sweat.
This only left her with one option "I conseed".
