The Wechuge grinned and then laughed.
His ever motion oozed confidence, for he knew he had all the right cards on the table.
He could see the confusion in Lilith's eyes, her desire to understand the things she couldn't was impossible to hide, "You wish to know what a Herald of Beyond truly is? Are you telling me that you do not even know what you are? Gahahaha! What did I even expect, I suppose after wallowing in the almighty power for eons, you have lost your memory after being cast ou—"
"Just get to the point; I'm already regretting my decisions."
Lilith was not having any of his bullshit.
"Ah… I see—Ahem, then, let me tell you—Gods are not real, they are merely pawns of the Creator that seats at the top of the—"
"Oh, are you talking the Seraphs and how they are sent down by a higher power and fulfill the roles of Divinity?"
"…what?"
"Yeaaaaaaaahhhhh, I already know eeeeeeeeeeeeeverything about that whole schtick." Lilith clicked her tongue in irritation, looking at Wechuge's dumb expression.
"Priestess, i-i-is this true?" shakily, Dhampy wanted to confirm.
"Ah, don't worry, Goddess Letza is very much real. She's the only one who's real." Lilith casually mentioned as her eyes returned to the Wechuge, "I thought you have interesting and vital information about what I want to know; in the end, your little Being of Beyond is just another reskinned version of what I know? How useless."
"You know about the Gods and their truth!? Ho-how! I, a being of the Darkness, only heard whispers between realities to gain this forbidden knowledge! How can you know!? Do not bluff with me!"
Lilith waved her hands in irritation, "What do you mean forbidden? Even I know that Zeus is real, and to that matter, God of the Underworld Hades' dog is now my Puppy sleeping back at my village... I think. He only ever does what he wants, so I don't really know. More importantly, what do you mean bluff? Do you think I'll bluff about this kind of thing?"
"…" The Wechuge failed to respond.
"You have no idea who or what that is, do you? Okay, see here, Zeus is a God from the old and lost Greek Myths. It was one of the long-lost civilizations, and we only have records of it in Ancient Artifacts called books and the vastly weird broken Internet. It's a salvaged knowledge… aaaaannnnnnd you don't know that too. I'm a child… and a daemon to boot, and I know more about all these things more than a self-important asshole of an ethereal being?"

"Pri-Pri-Priestess, is that really true?"
Again, Dhampy was in disbelief.
"Yes, I cross-checked the facts, and it turns out it's the truth." Lilith inwardly sighed, 'Maybe keeping Dhampy here wasn't such a good idea, after all.'
Lilith released an exasperated sigh, "See, useless, do you even know anything that I do not know? Do you have any useful information? Anything at all?"
The Wendigo failed to give an answer.
Seething, Lilith looked at the Wechuge with demeaning pair of eyes, "I really thought you had something that you wanted to know. But, in the end, you were only full of air. You have broken your end of the promise, which means my oath is now nulled. I will have to kill you, and before you think that, you can just go slithering back to your little dimension, whatever you called it, Darkness, or something; remember that I have a connection with the one true Goddess. Rather, your soul or your very existence will be tormented and then erased. Do you know what that means?"
[The High-Seraph Luceer is warning you not to do anything rash. If the Black Spirit's host is killed, they will only return to the Darkness. Killing it will result in the failure of the mission.]
"You will disappear from the face of the earth. You will experience a true end." Lilith disregarded Luceer's warning.
"…"
"You were fucked the moment you decided to claw your way up to wherever you came from. But I will give you another chance, give me something that I can use, or else— 10…9…8."
The countdown has begun. The Wechuge was thrown into a panic shortly after giving an ultimatum. Right now, the tiny daemon became bigger than she could ever hope to become.
"7…6"
"The ones who stand above the Gods! I can tell you about the creatures whose wings flow like the light and is the…Ophan—"
"The [Ophanims], [Dominions], [Archangels], [High-Seraphs] blah, blah, blah — I know their titles and the different names given to them. I should know; I read about them in the Hell Archives and talked to one earlier today, so that is another set of useless information—5…4…—Dhampy, draw your blade, prepare to behead the Wechuge—3...."
"Yes, Boss."
The Wechuge sweat beads of ice.
"The creator of the Seraphs and the High-Seraphs, I know who it was who created everything, it is the Ab—"
"The Absolute One, I know who she is; she even gave me wine. You've been calling me Herald of the Beyond. You should at least know who I am working for and who the Goddess I was talking about—2…."
Lilith showed the Wechuge the biggest smile she had ever adorned in both lives, "In the end, you could not give me anything noteworthy so.... 1—Dhampy, kill him!"
Dhampy already drew her sword and swung it without any hesitation. The idea of absorbing the Wechuge's Darkness after its death gave her enough push to go through the act, and the Wechuge watched the heartless butcher's blade descend… his eyes widened as he felt the genuine threat coming.
Lilith's threats about her connections to the Divine now loomed over his mind. The Darkness was an endless loop of the torturous domain. A world where no peace exists, and killing and devouring was an everyday occurrence.
Even if he wasn't tormented and then erased by the divines, he would only return to another hellscape. The Wechuge did not want to go back, so it sought out information within its mind to live.
It sought out its most profound fears and traumas to Lilith an offering.
In that time, when his life was about to come to an end, his mind worked faster than it had ever could. Scouring everything he could in his mind so that he could be spared by the Herald. It was then that he found a light, not within him, but through filtered words of the Herald.
A chance appeared. A new rope he could grab hold of, and despite not knowing it was steady or not, the Wechuge did not hold back as he shouted, "THE DARKNESS!"
"Stop."
Dhampy's sword stopped centimeters away from his neck.
"Huh, that is interesting, Darkness, you say? That's your little dimension, right? Hmmm, I actually don't know much about that." Finally, she took an interest.
Lilith's hands were raised, and it would be the end with one motion. The Wechuge knew that he could not slip nor make any more mistakes.
"The place is not only the place where came from... bu-but also all of the other Black Spirits as well…."
Lilith contemplated his words, from seconds to minutes, thinking it through as if he was weighing the life of the Wechuge with the information he brought into the table.
"I-I can tell you everything you want to know about it! Everything you want to know, I can tell you. How we are born, how we grow to be Black SPirits. Just… don't erase me…." The Wechuge added.
"…hmm, interesting, you have disappointed me time and time again; let's see if you can finally redeem yourself. Black Spirit Wechuge, tell me—what are you Black Spirits?"
The true interrogation began,
Over in Hell, 'She's good.'
