To the east lay the Azure Enclave, a realm of shimmering seas, crystalline lakes, and mystic rivers. Led by the enigmatic King Aquilo, the people of the Water Kingdom were fluid and adaptable. They were master navigators, exploring the depths of the ocean and harnessing the power of water in all its forms. The Water Kingdom prized wisdom and intuition, fostering a culture that valued introspection and emotional depth.

I flew over the water, splitting the waves like a knife. I jettisoned more water pushing me faster and faster. Spotting my father's chariot I pushed for more speed. My father's chariot passed me and I flipped around, now neck to neck with the swordfish pulling my father's chariot. I pulled ahead and shot into its path timing it perfectly so I landed in the chariot next to my father. “Hello son,” he said in that deep tone of his. “Hello father, your back early, is something wrong?” I asked, “My son, I have much to discuss with you and your mother.” “As you wish father. Why are you riding in this chariot? We both know you can go much faster on your own, but probably not as fast as me.” I remarked. “Wanna bet?” He said, handing the reins to one of his guards. I leaped out and immediately shot forward with a stream of water aiding me. My father however took a different strategy, making leaping bounds by stepping on little geysers of water which helped aid his long jumps. He was catching up so I switched up my strategy and blasted myself several hundred feet into the air. I summoned a massive wave beneath me and froze it into a long but steep ramp downward. I pressed a button on my flippers and the webbing sucked in and a little blade came out the bottom of my shoes. I began to skate faster and faster down the decline and my father's small figure steadily grew larger. We were only thirty yards from the palace gates now so I froze my father's step right as he stepped on it causing him to slip and fall into the water missing the next step. I slid to a stop at the palace gate and looked back for my father, but I didn’t see him, then a massive burst of water shot my father out and he landed right next to me. “I'm pretty sure that was against the rules.” He said, “Technically we never established that we couldn’t hinder our opponents.” I said, “Because you ran off before we could.” He said. “And I think you're just being a poor loser” My mother's voice rang out as she jumped from the palace walls and gently lowered herself on a little stream of water. “Ah, my queen, right as always.” My father said bowing to my mother.

“Queen Glacien, It is hard for us to do our job if you run off without us,” Ray said. “I apologize, Captain, I was just so excited to see my husband.” “And My king, Where are the guards I sent with you?” Ray demanded. “On their way with the chariot.” My father replied, “You can't just leave your guard behind just to race your son, and your son should know better than to tempt you into abandoning your guard.” Ray retorted. “Next time I won't race my son if he keeps cheating.” My father grumbled. “Sometimes I think I would have been better off if I followed my mother's wish to join her on the kelp farm.” “And sometimes when you get so grumpy I wish you had.” My mother joked. My father laughed at that as we walked towards my parent's chambers. “Admit it, you wouldn’t know what to do without me.” We all sat on the couches arranged in a circle around a table. This is where my parent held their informal meetings. “So what news do you have from The Guardian?” My mother asked. The grin on my father's face slowly died. “The Guardian has said, that war will soon be upon us, and you, my son, are to become one of the Unions to protect us in the coming war.
