Gemini
I step through the front door into a dreary abandoned log cabin. I look out the window and see that it is dark out and I can’t see further than arms reach. While I shake the snow off of my fur cloak I list everything I have to remember out loud to myself:
“Avoid rhythmic creaking, use fire and only fire, do not light the fireplace or you’ll smoke yourself out, pay attention to the gaps in the floorboards for any suspicious activity or movement, do not let the roots take your body no matter what.

NK Class Scenario
I lean back into the passenger seat of a car, clutching my face as tears stream down my cheeks. A thick grey goo covers the bottom half of my face and I am missing my nose and jaw. For seemingly no reason the goo starts moving and forms itself into a new nose and jaw, its colour shifting like a chameleon until it looks like nothing ever happened. Every time I open or clench my mouth the car's radio starts glitching, interfering with surrounding electrical signals.

Evolution
This tale has been unlawfully obtained from Royal Road. If you discover it on Amazon, kindly report it.
All humans have an ethereal transparent cephalopod gripped to their spines. Its body length matches the hosts spine length and numerous single jointed legs protrude from its body and into the spine. This creature releases electrical and chemical signals from the ends of its legs. The role of it is to determine whether or not what you’re interacting with is actually human or not.

I Have No Idea
Aliens. Sneak around. Buildings. Spaceships. Vein-like growths come out everywhere. Purple black wires. Tentacles.

Ability Explained
I wear simple armour. The armour transforms into whatever the thing that is hostile to me believes it is. Everytime I battle someone I tell them that the more you behold the armour the more it shifts and the stronger it gets.

Grace
Death gives us another chance at life with a one year grace period after revival. We awaken inside an underground cave with soft glowing moss carpeting the ground. Dozens of intricate and unique urns are scattered around the small cave. Five of these urns crumble to ash and from that ash we emerge.
Of the risen, one is the behemoth man, two are the little twin girls, one is the woman who looks like she is made of pillow, and the other is me. After I have a quick glance around to see who of us are revived a gaping hole appears in the middle of my chest with a bang. Looking behind me I see a spear lodged into the rock wall, I turn back around to look at the behemoth man grinning at me.
“Just checking to see if that ‘grace’ works.” The hole quickly heals up. I send a blast of plasma into his face, melting his skull into liquid. “Just checking” I say with a grin of my own.
