Wren’s perspective:
Where is he!? God Dammit I officially hate Ice Wings now. I swear if I ever find that dragon I’m gonna tear off his scales one by one.
Wren was seething as she thought of that Icewing suddenly lunging out of the canopy and snatching Leaf in its claws and flying away filled her with rage. As She and Sky flew frantically after Leaf but saw the Icewings shape grow further and further away and eventually disappear.
She was now pacing back and forth in her hut trying to think of where the Icewing must have taken him. It had flown off toward the north. Isn’t that where they live? Leaf would never survive there, not unless, they weren't planning on him surviving. Wren growled under her breath.
If those Icewings kill Leaf they’re gonna experience a little revenge. Wren style.
Ivy poked her head in Wren’s hut “Hey Wren can you help Grover and Rowan unpack their supplies. I have to go and make sure out water supply is still clean.”
Wren agreed and left to go find them. As she thought of Rowan and Grover she also thought of Thyme and Cranberry. Poor Cranberry and Thyme. Before they had set up their village they had gone to find water and food. Unfortunately a Sand Dragon had descended on them and ate them each in two bites. Poor Cranberry had to watch Thyme get eating, him screaming in pain and agony as his legs and stomach were bitten off casually by the dragon, and then the rest of him went down. The rest of them had hidden near another sand dune, too terrified to go and help.

Well I tried too but they wouldn’t let me. Well I wouldn’t have gotten their intime. But still maybe I could have helped.
And Sky couldn't help since he was flying somewhere else scouting it as a good area to set up the village.
Anyway that was in the past and there was nothing Wren could do about it. She had to focus on finding Leaf.
“Hey Rowan, Hey Grover. Have you seen any Icewings or anything” Wren asked them.
“No, but we did see a pair of Icewings flying toward those jagged mountains. There was also about 10 of them flying behind those ones, they had a lot of things, I think one even had a cage.” Rowan replied.
“Hmm, thanks.” Wren turned around to see Ivy coming back. “Don’t worry Ivy, we’ll find him and he’ll be alright” Wren told Ivy reassuringly.
Ivy smiled weakly at her and then left toward her hut.
Wren went back to her home and started to think.
We saw the Ice dragon head toward the Ice Kingdom. But then Rowan and Grover saw some going toward the mountains...with a cage? Maybe they had him in there? As a pet? Well, it’s my only lead so we should go check there.
An hour later Wren gathered up everyone and told them her plan. To head toward the mountain ranges, to try and find those Ice Dragons and find Leaf. After all, it was the only lead they had. But first they needed supplies and they didn't have enough in this village. Especially if they might need to camp out several days or even weeks, seeing as how it was those mountains were huge with hundreds of caves.
So they set off toward the rainforest, Wren and Sky flying through the foliage and Rowan, Grover and Leaf trekking through the trees.
