The coin toss was not as magnificent as a perfectionist would have it be. In fact, I wore a face of disappointment as I watched the coin flip in the air without the particular pattern.
I had freaked out at the sight of the women coming at me that I basically threw it up without the flipping motion of the thumb.
But the coin still took it's time before coming down to my palm, as it gracefully tried to remedy the situation. One time, it flipped upwards elegantly, and then sideways softly as it determined what plot my story would take.
The choice was between Anticlimactic, and Climatic. But, I didn't know about that. Not that I would figure out how it would affect my story. The only thing I was concerned about was getting the technique and crashing some bones.
Then, hopefully, we would all laugh about it later if they surrendered and accepted me into their man-less world. (Even though I was planning on snapping some necks - they had it coming, shooting arrows at me like savages!)
It reached its sky high and then started to descend, still with it's graceful flow in the air. I'm not really sure if it happened, but I may have caught a glimpse of the warriors admiring it's diligence in the air.
Maybe it was my imagination, however, because that didn't stop them from roaring fiercely.
It only took less than a second, but it felt like an eternity waiting for the coin to land on the palm of my stretched hand, which it finally did.
It fell with neither of it's side at first, and then rolled towards my fingers as if planning on falling to the ground. A small twitch of my fingers caused it to roll back to my palm, before flipping one more time and landing on a face.
I moved my hand closer to observe the side it had landed on, but my hand quickly clenched as a heavy blow landed on my cheek that sent me flying in the air.
From the corner of my eye, I had noticed the incoming fist from a strong warrior, but my agility wasn't as sharp as before, and I couldn't dodge it fast enough.
My strength had also diminished from my impact, and that left me a bit vulnerable because I didn't know how to replenish my energy. All my stats were currently low, and I was beginning to feel like a normal human again.
Seriously, being a normal human being is so weak. How hadn't I realized that when my ratings were that low?
My face smashed into the ground, and my tongue tasted the moist soil as a heavy stomp followed my falling back, crashing my entire body into the ground.
That was not the end I was looking for. She should have at least given me a fighting chance before sneaking and pouncing on me.
The blue screen appeared to proclaim my death as the Amazon Warrior that had hit me prepared her finishing blow with her fist. I couldn't see it, but I knew that she was going for the head.
My stats displayed in a red screen that announced how dire my current situation was.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
I could barely feel my body, but I knew that blood was oozing through my punctured artery at a faster rate than before, making me weaker by the second. Being critically hit at the back only made things worse for me. It felt like I was already dead.
My palm was still wrapped around the coin so tightly, as I wondered why my fate had taken such an Anti-Climatic turn. I had really hoped that I would get some cool ability that could remedy the situation.
But I guess I was a goner now, even though I had seen the side the coin had landed on.
Ding!
Another notification came in and displayed a message I didn't have the strength to read.
I ignored the message and closed eyes, and, relaxed my body, waiting for the end. The wind blew stronger than usual at the back of my head. Her fist must have already found it's path to my demise.
It would be all over in an instant.
"I never got to know what the black wolf does?" I remember that being my last thought before my mind went completely blank. That was the side the coin had fallen to.

(Author's Narration)
The Cursed Millennial is the legend of a sorcerer thought to be born every once in a century. It is believed that the technique of a Cursed Millennial can rival that of a Cursed Celestial.
That is true, partly because, both share the same origin. Their origin is Divine.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted without the author's consent. Report any appearances on Amazon.
Divine is a type of Cursed Energy... No. Scratch that.
Cursed energy is a simplified type of Divine. Divine is the Negative energy of creation from the gods. Much like humans, gods have negative emotions too.
Let me rephrase that. Much like gods, humans have negative emotions too. But the negative emotions of gods create the powerful energy called Divine, while negative emotions of humans create a simpler form of Divine called Cursed Energy.
Since Divine is a powerful energy from the gods, it can't be manipulated. Therefore, as an energy of creation, it creates Cursed Celestials, naturally.
But Divine is a rare energy, since the gods only get negative emotions every once in some hundreds of years. As such, Cursed Celestials learnt how to survive by using the most abundant form of Divine - Cursed Energy.
Their exterior structure that forms their body shape is Divine while their interior is made up of Cursed energy that keeps them alive. Evolution has also enabled them to manipulate cursed energy and reinforce the Divine surrounding them. Alternatively, they can use the Divine to convert their eccentric attribute into cursed energy.
An eccentric attribute is such as The Cursed World's constant desire for excitement through adventure.
Now, back to The Cursed Millennial. The gods are not one to form a band of sorcerers to fight against Curses; not like human beings.
Aware of their Divine, and the existence of Cursed Celestials, they created a fail safe in the form of their favorite creation - a human being.
A sorcerer who would be much like a Cursed Celestial, a god, and, a human being.
But such a creation could come to be so powerful, and the gods were not really sure about their Divine. Worried, about their most powerful creation, they put up certain countermeasures.
They first decided to make his lifespan similar to that of a human being. Not more than a hundred years, leaving a 900-year gap before he was born again.
Instead of having an infinite amount of power, they allowed him to be twice as powerful as his current threat. If he were to face a Cursed Celestial, he would be twice as powerful as it was.
But what worried them the most was his technique. The Cursed Millennial's technique was an extension of the basic ability of a god, only that he would require Cursed Energy inorder to use it.
However, with such a technique, he would have the capability of doing anything, even overwriting their countermeasures, supposing he learnt how to use it well.
Their concerns extended to worrying about what would happen if The Cursed Millennial would be able to manipulate the Divine, alongside using Cursed energy. This brought about a huge debate among the gods, and a decision was made.
The gods became more worried about the Cursed Millennial than the Cursed Celestials. They aspired to destroy his soul, but the Divine surrounding him protected him.
They justified their actions by agreeing that not many Cursed Celestials existed, and they rarely caused a catastrophic crisis (like destroying an entire universe). Besides, anything that they would destroy, the gods would simply recreate to be even better.
But since the soul of the Cursed Millennial became indestructible, and his destiny inescapable, they chose to tie his purpose to a world that would be void of Cursed Energy, for eternity.
Such a world would never attract a cursed Celestial, and the lack of Cursed Energy would never activate the Cursed Millennial's powers.
That was until Noroi no Sekai got bored and paid a visit to the Curse-less Earth, and without knowing it, he trapped the Cursed Millennial into his Isekai Domain.
In addition to unleashing a forsaken power that had been reincarnating for centuries over and over while dying like a normal human being, he also granted him an epic story, and access to his cursed energy.
Escalating things the more, he also gave him a shot at either of the two most powerful techniques from the world of Jujutsu Sorcerers. That, alongside his already dormant technique that had petrified the gods.
Wan Juan is the Cursed Millennial, and his story was just beginning as his skull was about to get crashed.
