Once inside the guards building by the cities entrance, our group, accompanied by the Red-Dawn Special forces, walked silently down the path with Mela following us. It was the same path we took before when we left the other day. Finally, when we got to the area, we had met everyone. I could see some of the group parted ways, with us heading towards the weapons area as we continued towards the sewer entrance near the end of the building. We continued walking through the corridors that were very narrow and were poorly lit. Passing by the luminescent crystals that were hung every 8ft lighting the hallways up. It was the only light that was seen as we walked. That was when I could hear Edgur. I began turning back to face him, the darkness meeting my eyes for a moment as I looked on to face him; that was when I heard him then order some of the Red-Dawn special forces who were lounging about to “Come over here, and help as their duties for the day were about to begin.” Continuing to listen to him speak, I heard him say next to the men and woman approaching us, “You are to escort the Lord with the human witch down into the sewers towards the castle's sewer line and enter through it. Once there, Silvar will give you new orders.” When he finished speaking, Edgur paused. I could see he was still troubled as he turned and faced the 4 fallen Red-Dawn forces lost the other day in the Forest of lost. That was when, as I assumed, he was finished, and just as I was about to head off having more important business to attend, I could feel Edgur’s hand grab me and begin to tap my left shoulder as I walked away, causing me to stop. I could tell he was trying to get my attention, but before Edgur spoke, I cut him off, telling him, “I will meet you at the castle in an hour or two; I ask that you go to inform the morgue and their family’s of what happened. I am sure the Senate will want to hear this information from me as soon as I acquire it, as will the other Lords about all the events that are occurring.”
Looking back to Edgur, I had forgotten I was holding the Human Witch Mela in my arms. I could see she was asleep in my arms. Looking down at her, I had never seen a human this close before, and I was overcome with the urge to touch her; she looked so fragile. I reached out with my right hand still holding her; I placed my hand on her forehead. I could feel she was warm, and slowly I began to stroke her hair behind her ear. I could tell Mela began waking up by the subtle twitches she made before opening her eyes. Now that she was awake, I put Mela down, who looked a little confused and scared, now surrounded by more vampiric men and women. I could now tell that for her, everything was becoming surreal as she paused to look around again, trying to understand where she was exactly. Whispering to her now in her own language, trying my best to ease the tension I could feel, I said to her in a soft, kind, gentle voice,” We are in the guards building, and unfortunately, we will have to use a secret entrance. I hope you understand.” Smiling at her when I opened my eyes, I could see what I had said was making her feel a lot better about where it was I had taken her. Since our time together in the castle, Edgur now headed off. I gave him a nod of approval and said to him before he left, “I understand you are still upset; take whatever it is you will need from the funds to cover the costs. We will find out why the humans were in the Forest of Lost, to begin with. When you arrive later, feel free just to walk in if the Red-Dawn forces are not already positioned out front.”
I could tell that Edgur was semi-pleased with my response nodding back giving his sign of approval, I could see he understood my order, and then Edgur left to begin to tend to the business at hand. Now I was alone with Aurora, Locust, Claire and Vince with our uninvited guest Mela who continued not to say much and just look me in the eyes with an odd glance. I was still not sure why she was here, to begin with, but the more time passed with her, the less I cared, as long as she had useful information. We finally made it to the sewer entrance. But just before we got to the utility hole cover, I could not help but think,’: Whatever it was she needed to speak to me about clearly was important she had come here with no invitation or formal letter. If he had not come there himself that day, things for her might have turned out differently. I could not help but hold my head covering my face as I continued to end my thoughts on I really hope she was not seen by anyone.:.’
Quickly without any time to waste, I grabbed Mela by the hand and began to kneel. Next, I then opened up the grate to the entrance of the sewers next telling her, “I know it is not the proper treatment you should be receiving but with the loss of some of our men, if we went and paraded down the street, things could get a little ugly pretty quickly even beside me. Our civil and military personal don’t take lightly to our forces taking casualty even if it is as small as a few men or woman.” Before she could respond, I saw her just about to speak, cutting her off. I said, “I do apologize, beautiful, no one as beautiful as Noone should ever subject you to this kind of treatment. If you like, you can tell me about yourself while we walk through the sewers. When we arrive at the castle, your welcome to have a bath to wash of the smell and to clean yourself up.” I could tell the look on her face turn from the surreal look to one of gratitude as she closed her eyes, accepting my hand. Then, I lowered her into the sewer. Locust smiling was the next in, and when I helped her down, she said while looking up briefly at me,” Good luck.”
Not understanding what she meant at the time, I looked back. Ah, that is what she meant. Aurora was radiating all kinds of magical mana off her. The aura to her was a dark red. I could see with my magical eye it was looking like she was ready to attack me, then disappearing suddenly the mana was gone and shortly after, Aurora dropped to her knees crying, which left me speechless. I could tell she was distraught, so ordering the men down next. I walked over to the weeping Aurora. Now she and I were alone. I could see the pain in her eyes as she cried, looking up at me, Aurora had always been a cry baby, which was her cute charm to a certain degree, but sometimes she would like this...Break down...Sitting across from her, I asked her,” What is wrong, Aurora? Why are you crying all of a sudden can you talk to me?” sniffling her nose-wiping her eyes, she threw herself on me and in a whimpering tone, still crying in between each word she asked me,
“Why do you not hold me like that? What does she have that I don’t Silvar don’t you love me?”
Confused and shocked about what she had just said, I did not know what to say in response as what she was saying made no sense to me none whats so ever. Nevertheless, I loved her with what little heart of mine that remained that could afford to love. I then decided to say that, to which she replied,” I see the way you look at her! You are a liar; if you felt this way, you would have never left. You use to look at me like that!”
We were arguing back and forth at this point, and after 3 years. I could tell the last few days I imagined were very hard on her and then the battle and now the Human woman. I could not deny the way she looked at me was rather odd. But, I was being inconsiderate of Aurora’s feelings ignoring the thoughts of Mela’s odd behaviour. Now leaning towards her, I reached forward, lifting her chin with my hand. Next, I ran my fingers across her neck before grabbing the back of her neck with my right hand. Turning her head, I could still see the bite marks I had left all those years ago alone on her neck. Turning her to face me again. I forced her to the floor. I could see Aurora looking up into my eyes, still with the tears from earlier at the corners of her gorgeous ruby red eyes. Though she looked scared, I could see her focus was solely on me. Staring up into my eyes and I down into hers, we were locked in eye contact with each other before now using my left hand; I ran it across her slender figure. Running my hand down her hips and then her thighs before tightly gripping her ass, it was bigger than I last remembered and firmer.
‘: Mela ‘ At this moment, I was not overly thrilled with having to go down into the sewer alone and just kind of looked around. The woman with pink hair I could see looked over at me, and I could see her start waving towards me. The woman with Pink hair had a beautiful figure I was jealous of, and while looking at her, I could not help but look down at my naked body and compare her to myself. Still covered by the cloak the vampire Silvar gave me. I could see as the woman wave at me, and I could see she had a rather cheerful look on her face. On her hips, I could see two giant darker in colour axes that looked very menacing. I could see the handles of both the weapons were the same colour, black, and I could see the weapon shined from the light coming into this sewer from above. The weapon its self was a dark silver colour. Now picturing the man who saved me so vividly in my head, his hair I noticed was the colour of the two axes... The same, and I began to blush, and I felt flustered afterwards thinking to myself, “Wait, what the hell... Mela, he’s a vampire.” But I was so confused why my own people treated me like this and said such horrible things. But when I pictured the man, I could feel my chest suddenly tighten and get warm. Grabbing my chest above my heart, I held his cloak, putting it close to my face, and I smelt it. I did not understand why I was doing this whenever I thought of that man who called himself Silvar, the lord's aide. I felt hope that maybe not all vampires were bad people and they would help. The woman with pink hair continued to smile and stood over beside me, and started talking to me, saying the words, “Locust” I could not help but look strangely at her. Now pointing to herself, I followed afterwards by saying my name was” Mela” I did not know what anyone was saying as everyone stood around me. They talked in their own language as we continued waiting for Silvar and the red-haired woman who kept giving me strange looks. I felt my heart tighten at the thought of them together. I could not help but eavesdrop on what was going on above as I could hear whatever it was at first sounded heated. But now, there was no noise. I started imagining it was important. But at least the Lord's personal aide would be accompanying me, and as I thought to myself out loud, I said,” Well, at least the lord's aide is not subjecting me alone to this treatment. At least he was there to walk with his subordinates.:.’
I could taste the sweet, bitter taste of Aurora's blood on my lips as she began to move violently around my waist. I could hear Aurora’s breathing getting heavier, and she was starting to make out with me, barely pausing for air. Aurora started to take her armour chest plate off, but I stopped her. I could tell she was getting too aroused, and this was not the time or place; as I noticed two guards on patrol, I could hear them as they stopped in one of the corridors. They looked like they were from the city’s guard. As they stood there, they began looking at me, and at that time, Aurora was licking my neck. I could not help but smile as it tickled and hold on to her as they looked at us with a questionable glare before whistling and turning around and walking away, not realizing who I was. I could see Aurora slowly returning to her senses as she began to tighten the straps and belts that kept her chest piece on. Now stepping down the ladder, she descended into the sewer, and I followed closely behind her. Now, as the two of us slowly began to descend into the sewer system, I could hear a conversation between Vince and Claire. They were apparently talking to some new Special Forces recruits and introducing themselves. Aurora jumped off the ladder, almost falling into the dirty water. I could not help but notice her then looking back at me with an embarrassed look on her face. Then the remaining Red-Dawn Special forces from earlier asked me,
The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.
”Are you ready, lord Silvar?” Stepping down of the ladder, I responded,” Lead the way.” Walking down the dark, dirty sewers, it smelt like garbage met some ugly slut named rotten fish, and together had a child the smell was horrendous. But I could see Aurora was enjoying herself somehow in a place like this. She was walking closely beside me, snuggling into my arm, holding onto me tightly as Locust followed walking with the Human Witch Mela. Everyone was following closely behind us. It was quiet as not a single person was saying anything while we walked. It was not long till we entered a part of the sewers. It was an area that split into a tee. It was still very damp and dark. It was an awful smelling place still, as everyone started to walk down the right path, thankful it would not be for too much longer. I could hear Claire, while raising her hands high above her head, scream out, “This sucks.” I could see the frontman in the group began to pull their masks up and talk; when they spoke, I could hear it was Vince, and he began mentioning it to us all. “This place smells like death. Oh my gods, Lord Silvar. Can I ask you something?” Curious about what Vince had to say, I promptly answered and said, “Yes, of course, First officer Vince, what is it?”
He then answered me and began addressing some perfect points, as he said, “Are you not a powerful Dark magic user? I replied, “Yes” Vince then went on to say,” Could you have no just covered her with your cloak and a veil of darkness? If you did that, we could have just walked through the street like normal people. Can I ask you why we are down here?”
Time slowed down. I stopped, now dead in my tracks. My nose was on fire. The hair was burning in it from the smell. I felt this smell would never wash away. When he told me that, I froze, unable to process the information, I was just suddenly remembering that this was in the realm of possibility, and we could have indeed done as Vince suggested. I slowly turned, then all the Red-Dawn forces, including Mela, I noticed, stopped, then they turned to me, asking me all simultaneously. I could hear in two languages, “What was wrong.“After that, I was out of it. I swore I saw little birds from the smell. It was overpowering my will to live, and I felt dumb as ever, completely forgetting that was an option. I then answered my officer and replied, time resuming, “You are completely right. I am such an idiot. I am so sorry, guys. Next time you should mention this before we are almost done walking the sewer line fuck me.” To which Aurora, I noticed, perked up a little and looked up at me while winking before hiding her face in my arm again, covering her nose in my arm. But Just as I finished saying that, I started stepping forward, losing my footing. I slid a little before Aurora let go of me. I could see everyone watched as I slipped on some algae next that was forming on the edge of the path and fell into the stream of dirty water.
Under the water, I did not open my eyes and quickly shot up screaming in incomprehensible language. I could see while looking over at the ladies, and then the Red-Dawn Special forces everyone I was with began to giggle, holding their hands over their mouths. This was the first time I had saw Mela, Locust and Aurora all have such a joyous smiles on their faces. Mela had a cheerful glow to her as she reminded me of the soon with how bright of a smile she had on her face while Aurora was on the moon. Dark, cold, mysterious, but just alluring, her glow was just as bright as any star. As all the Red-Dawn Special Forces began to laugh at me while the only one I noticed who came to my aid was Vince jumping back, yelling out, “oh no, Lord Silvar, are you alright don’t move? I am coming down.”
Quickly thrusting himself in, he helped me out. Once I got up, he looked over to Mela, who was smiling at me. I was having a hard time putting everything together. But before I could think, the stream picked up, and Vince yelled out in a panicked tone, “OH NO A FLUSH,” Using my magic, I shielded him with a protective energy barrier spell chanting, “Protect,” Flinging him out of the water with a flick of my wrist I was furious with what I had just done. It was not because I realized I threw him into a wall...No, but more importantly, it was a super embarrassing moment to fall in the water shit water, and now I smelt like ass, not the good kind thinking: Was there a good kind?.:’ I saw Vince catching his breath before thanking me. I then simply told Vince, “Do not worry about it.” Now offering my hand to him, I helped him off the floor. There was no need for him to get wet and dirty as well, but he did what a loyal man, and I re-payed him by throwing him into a wall...Now Vince and I smelling of garbage, were forced to the back of the group by everyone saying, “Lord Silvar can you and first officer Vince cover the flank?”.
When he first saw the humans in their province's forest, I would have never expected this outcome, and the more I was with her, the more I began to think that humans were not all that bad. At least the females weren't. They had a charm to them I could grow to love. As we arrived towards the end of the sewers tunnel system, the exit/entrance met us with the same entrance style we had entered from the guards building. However, the builders graced this sided with a staircase. The group I saw quickly, seeing the stone staircase, walked up, running up the steps next. Following them up, the large grate met us now with a large sewer grate which was extremely heavy. The grate leads to the surface of the castle to Lady Algia’s Garden. I ordered Vince, “Vince, get up there first and open up the grate” Saying next, “It's been a while since anybody opened it, and they're probably was grass grown over it. Good luck.”
However, Vince looked up for the job and ran over there as fast as possible, climbing up the spiral steps like a mad man before shoulder checking the grate. The earth did not move. He was defeated. Now holding his arm tumbling back down the stairs, he rolled down all of the steps. Before I could ask him if he was alright, he shot back up and looked around in embarrassment, and with a second wind and attempt, he ran up the steps and hit the grate with his fists this time, but it did not budge. Everyone in the group began to laugh at poor Vince, calling him a “Weakling” before another Red Dawn Special Forces member blasted it open with a fireball spell. I could not help but twitch a little as I thought: Why did I not do that...:.’
The grate now flew several hundred feet into the air. It made a swoosh noise before crashing down a few feet down beside the hole in the earth, making a large bang noise. Everyone began to climb up the remaining steps, with Mela one of the first people to exit. Up next followed Locust and then Aurora. After the ladies exited, the remaining Red-Dawn forces left. Lastly, I did.
When we exited the sewer, the smell followed for a few moments. All I could smell was the inside sewer smell, but when I turned to face the ladies, I could tell Aurora, Locust, and the Human Witch Mela were overcome with the sight of the beautiful flowers, as were some of the Red Dawn Special Forces. I had taken Aurora a few times while my mother was alive for a walk around here, but it had been so long I assumed she must have forgotten what it looked like.
‘: Aurora’ The moonlight met my eyes, the glow lighting them up, but then I paused, looking at the flowers, remembering where I was again. I could not help but smell run over and smell all of the flowers as the wind carried their breeze towards us.;.’
Aurora began to look around the Garden, running over to some of the exotic rare flowers only found in Algia before asking me, “Are these the Gergango flowers only found in Algias darkest forests? How did you get them to grow here? Is this new?” I could see her holding one of the flowers in her hand as she plucked it from the fountain's lily pad. It sat on top off. walking over, I took a seat beside her. She was looking as delicate as that flower did in the moonlight. Sitting down on the rock fountain. I put my hand in the water myself now before replying, “Yes, those were, and they are some of my favourite flowers in the world. I had to get them growing here. They are so beautiful with their petals, and you are correct. I planted these using magic to manipulate the flower to perceive light as shadows while remaining unphased by the dark.”
Now taking one and giving it to Mela as Aurora had one, I could see her eyes sparkle in the moonlight as she looked into the mist of the flower and its purple petals.
‘: Mela’ I saw the man called Silvar after the red hair girl run off towards a fountain come back with a beautiful flower in his hand I had never seen when he approached me I got nervous. But then he kneeled on one knee, and he gave me the flower which was sweet of him. It was so beautiful the purple petals the mist coming off of it smelt so intoxicating, but it was pleasant.:.’
Mela smiled and smelt the flower. I could feel the stare from a jealous lady burning a hole in my head from behind me; however, I ignored it, knowing she was just jealous. I then began to walk up to the door, unlocking it and walked inside. Not soon after, everyone followed me in. Finally, I was home and could take a bath. Delighted at the thought of a bath, I had forgotten to mention it to the others. The Red-Dawn special forces carried out their duties as they then began to cover all the exits and stood ready on watch. Now it was just Claire and Vince who remained of the former force from yesterday as I ordered them to stay beside us. When Vince got close to where I was together, he and I began to stink up the entrance hall. When everyone has gathered around, I told them, “Well, we should clean up and have a bath and have the Vince send your familiar to the barracks and get Mela a female officer outfit for the army.” When I said that, Vince summoned his owl familiar and sent a letter with it. When he finished, and before I could continue Aurora, I could feel it begin to tug on my arm, and then when I leaned over, she whispered into my ear,” let us have a bath together.” It was no-brainier. I quickly whispered into her ear back,” Okay, I would love that. I will defiantly take you up on your offer Aurora if you insist.” Aurora then said,” Your a disgusting boy and need to be cleaned.” Replying to her laughing a little, I said seductively, “I’m not disgusting, okay, your silly. If you're going to talk dirty to me, there's a time and a place.”
‘: Aurora’ realizing what I had just said. I Saw Locust laughing, and Claire nervously covers her eyes as Vince was elbowing Silvar, Saying, “Nice.” I could do nothing. I made a fool out of myself as I ran, off now cowering behind Silvar. My hands were shaking, and I knew I was blushing. I was even shaking at the thought of Silvar and I naked alone in the bathhouse.: I could tell she was having a conversation with herself, and it was cute. Now I began to walk off, but before I did, I asked Aurora do you remember where the bathhouse is. Licking her lips, she replied,” Yes.”
