As his body lifted into the air, suddenly a bird that Maimoun knew well appeared out of nowhere. This bird seemed to anticipate Maimoun being in such a state, unable to avoid what was coming or even move slightly in any of the six directions.
"!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?"
The speckled bird swiftly approached and performed its act once more... relieving itself directly over Maimoun, aiming directly at his face.
"Again!!... This wretched bird."
Upon seeing this bird, Maimoun's expression transformed into a mix of shock and anger. He was angry not just because this was not the second but the third time the same bird attempted to relieve itself on him. The second time had been on his way to this very spot where he was now exercising.
The shock came from being airborne and unable to move, with foul-smelling waste about to hit his face.
Time slowed down as his quick thinking searched for a solution to avoid what was coming toward his face. Fortunately, he was near a tree, which he used to propel himself away from the waste.
Due to his quick reaction in this situation, Maimoun lost control, pushing himself forcefully and rolling on the ground.
"Hahaha, you foolish bird. Did you think you could deceive me and use such a moment to make my face your toilet? You were mistaken!"
And when he confirmed that he had not been hit by the bird's waste, he raised two fingers from his hands to express his victory and mockery towards the bird in a disrespectful gesture. It was then, and only then, that he noticed something.
".........!!"
Now, the speckled bird was perched on a tree branch, casually cleaning its feathers with its beak, while Maimoun, still holding up his fingers in a victorious pose, was dumbfounded by what he found in his left hand.
"Wh... What is this strange thing!?"
In reality, he had indeed avoided the bird's droppings, but he was looking at his hands with a dumbfounded expression. He was puzzled by what was in his left hand—a brownish-black object.
"Please don't tell me it's..."
Maimoun slowly turned his head towards where he had rolled, hoping his suspicion was wrong.
"Oh my god!" he exclaimed, only to find something he feared behind him.
"I... I can't believe this ridiculously huge thing! Is it a dinosaur?! You foolish bird, if I catch you, rest assured I'll slaughter you, pluck your feathers, and make you today my breakfast!"
Maimoun sprang up from his place, fury blazing in his eyes. He then picked up a stone from the ground beside his left foot and hurled it at the bird with all his might. The stone flew swiftly, so much so that it would have hit the bird had it not already seen Maimoun holding a stone. Therefore, the bird was prepared.
"I won't rest today until I see you beheaded and spiced with various seasonings."
Believing that his stone had missed its target and that the bird had dodged it easily, Maimoun's anger flared even more. He was ready to pursue the bird to the ends of the earth to quench his rage. However, a loud animal scream made him pause and look towards the sound.

"That... it's a pig's voice, but isn't it too loud for a small animal like it... wait, is it imagining me or is the sound coming in this direction?"
The pig's voice grew louder over time, indicating it was heading towards Maimoun. What increased Maimoun's fear was that the pig's voice was followed by the sound of trees crashing.
"Isn't this the direction I threw the stone? Don't tell me... Run, Maimoun, it's coming for you!"
Finally, Maimoun realized that the pig was chasing him and was almost certain that the stone he threw at the bird had hit the pig, which was now seeking revenge.
"This foolish pig is making a lot of noise, so his location and the distance between me and him are all exposed. I'll take advantage of it to hide somewhere and wait until he comes here and finds no one, then he'll go away empty-handed, or empty-hoofed... who cares about such trivialities at a time like this? It's better to find a good hiding place."
Maimoun began to turn his head alternately to the right and left. He was training inside a forest full of trees suitable for hiding, so it wasn't difficult for him to find a place to disappear from the angry pig.
"Which tree should I hide behind?"
At the same time, it was difficult for him to decide which one was most suitable, and because of the many options, he became more unsure.
"Just choose one quickly, Maimoun."
However, the dwindling time with what was coming towards him quickly didn't allow him the opportunity to enter the stage of analyzing the best choice.
"Alright, this looks like a good spot."
Maimoun quickly chose a large tree that he saw was sufficient to hide three like him without any problems, and it also had a view of the area he was in. Ultimately, he chose it because of his desire to see this pig that was making all this noise and capable of breaking trees.
"Yes, this is a good choice. Let's wait and see what kind of animal this boar is and also whether it resembles the boars in my real world."
Within seconds, the boar arrived at Maimoun's location.
"What is this!!! How can it be this size! Can boars mate with elephants in this world?"
The boar was indeed the size of an elephant, without exaggeration. Its distinctive appearance confirmed to Maimoun that it was a boar, not an elephant, emitting his noises, with brown-black fur, a triangular inverted nose, and tusks twisted upwards.
"At any rate, I must maintain my composure so it doesn't notice me and give up searching for me... Wait, why is it running towards the tree I was hiding behind among all the trees in the forest!?"
Without waiting any longer, Maimoun swiftly changed his hiding place, cursing his luck for the day with sorrow and a lack of cunning. Luckily, he had enough time to switch his hiding spot. Observing the boar's behavior all this time, Maimoun noticed that when the boar was running and charging, it lowered its gaze to the ground and ran without regard for anything in its path. If it wanted to change direction, it had to stop first before altering its course.
"It seems very confident in the strength of its head, but that tree behind which I was hiding is massive and expected to be just as solid, so I can only apologize to this.... poor boar?"
Before Maimoun could finish speaking, the boar collided forcefully with the tree, creating a loud impact, but what happened next surprised Maimoun. The boar actually brought down that tree.
"Damn!... Oh... Damn..."
Understandably, Maimoun swallowed hard in horror at this sight.
"What if this beast charges at me?... Wait, don't tell me..."
What made Maimoun more frightened was that after bringing down the tree, the boar paused briefly in front of it, as if inspecting something, then suddenly changed direction, not to anywhere else but to the exact spot where Maimoun was hiding.
"Are you kidding me!! What's with my terrible luck today? I don't even have time to complain. I must change my hiding place again."
Quickly taking advantage of the distance between them, Maimoun hid once more, this time behind a large rock. The boar pursued him for the third time, then the fourth, then the fifth.
"What is it that makes this foolish animal find my location?"
In reality, by the third encounter, Maimoun realized it was more than just bad luck. It couldn't be considered mere coincidence or bad luck that he had encountered three consecutive incidents.
"Can it be possible that he can find me by using his mental abilities to predict my exact location? That's impossible, isn't it?"
Maimoun refused to believe that an animal like this, using its solid skull as a destructive weapon to demolish anything in its path, could have even an ounce of intelligence to use after all those impacts.
"I also doubt that it knew my location through hearing or smell. The distances are too far for it to catch my scent or hear my movements from such a distance, also considering the dense forest with many other smells and sounds, so it's make it harder for him"
That's what Maimoun thought, But was his suspicion correct?
