3. Safety Guidelines for Usage (continued)
b. The electrically isolated interface provided by the IPX-3020 processing system isolates the VRLA interface from the headgear and provides essential safety isolation between the IPX-3020 signal connections and the user. Any unauthorized repair or tampering with either subsystem will void the warranty and releases Acsperia Ltd. and the manufacturers and/or publishers of any online content from liability for any and all damages or injuries which may result.
c. The Immersive Presence™ unit is rated for 8 hours of continuous usage per 24 hour period, provided that monthly automated maintenance review has taken place per the user agreement, and provided that bidirectional error condition reporting and resolution procedures are unimpeded between the unit and Acsperia Ltd. data centers (see Appendix 3 for a comprehensive data centers list and explanation of both online and external unit error conditions). Usage of the unit when the automated maintenance review protocol or bidirectional error condition reporting and resolution protocols have been impeded and/or usage of the unit beyond the recommended daily hourly rating is discouraged and any such usage will be noted online in the System menu (System; Options; Data Configuration; Administration; External; User; Logs; Notifications; Priority Notifications) and in the monthly billing summary. Automated receipt notification of the monthly billing summary from Acsperia Ltd. to the user implies understanding and acceptance by the user that such usage is outside of the rated configuration of this unit and releases Acsperia Ltd. and the manufacturers and/or publishers of any online content from liability for any and all damages or injuries which may result from this out-of-rating equipment use cycle.
