The Outskirts of Agralon Forest
It was just before dawn, Wisdoms Fallen had already been awake long before then formulating their plan. Under normal situations that only involved monsters and beasts, they wouldn't be anywhere near as cautious, but even an entire country would have to kneel before a demi-god, no matter how weak they were. As the mist began to disperse, vision into the forest became slightly more visible and under the scene of the morning dawn. Farah, Stella, Mayra and Scarlet peered into the Agralon Forest. The stench of blood was absolutely overwhelming, and not even ten feet into the forest, they saw signs of combat. Blood was all over the land, in the creek, all over trees, the ground was wilted red, rocks were sliced in half, entire areas previously of forestry became clearings of nothing but dead trees and blood.
If not for being an A-rank party, they all would've most definately vomited a hundred times over but the most puzzling factor was, where are the bodies? If there is a battle of this magnitude, where are they? Farahs expression became even more grim than when she was reading the report. Is this what the scene of demi-gods fighting is? Is this what their power can cause? Deciding not to wait any longer, Farah gave the signal to enter the Agralon Forest, but with the most caution possible. The more they traversed into the forest, the stronger the stench of blood became. The stronger the smell of rotten flesh became. The more flies, crows and corpse eating animals began to congregate. Farah, motioned for a hand signal to stop moving, when she whispered to the rest of the party, "Do you see where all the crows are circling, that is probably where the most of the fighting took place and probably where we can find the most information as to what happened here. The wind spirits are saying to prepare ourselves for what we are about to witness."
Collectively Farah heard the rest of them say,"Understood".
Then as they traversed the smell became almost unbearable to the point that they were all extremely nauseous, the crows started to caw even more and a clearing was opening up, outside of the clearing the party stopped and peered into the open space, what they saw almost made all of the girls except for Farah faint. In the center of a perfect circle clearing of 200 meters was a mountain of hundreds of corpses all starting to rot with a hooded figure in the dead center happily fidgeting while dismantling the corpses with skill that was non existent and ruined the bodies.
Stella began muttering, "Oh God of Darkness, protect me from all that is unholy in the grounds before me." While Mayra and Scarlet began to make prayers to their own gods with similar context. The only one seriously observing the situation was Farah as being an elf, she had much better vision and what shocked her the most was above that persons head was only level thirteen. How could someone only level thirteen possibly kill hundreds of beasts and monsters and not be closer to her level of 40. Generally speaking a level 40 would not come to this forest but the circumstances demanded so this time. Looking at her companions blanched faces, Farah could only sigh, they had been in many life and death battles before, some of which almost killed them all, but the one advantage Farah had over them was she was also trained to be a military leader and had been to battle fields that contained thousands upon thousands of troops slaughtering each other for no other reason than they hated the other. With this thought she made up her mind, "The three of you, he is only level thirteen, go back to the outskirts of the forest, if I need any of you I will send a thought transmission." And as Farah expected, the three blanched faces immediately regained a slight bit of color as they turned around and sprinted off to their camp. But rather than turn around and go confront the hooded figure, Farah calmly decided to analyze the situation, there was no way this person was normal, for a level thirteen to kill hundreds of beasts and monsters, they had to have some sort of trump card.
For nearly an hour Farah observed the hooded figure, until the she recieved a message from the wind spirits. "Boss level monsters approach the figure." Still Farah didn't feel something was right, to her left there was a tall tree and she used her nimble body and dexterity to climb all the way to the top, she wanted to see the black hooded figure fight and if he was about to die, she might save him depending on if she felt he could supply valuable information. Without a second to spare, what she saw wasn't one or even two boss level mobs, it was a whole pack of them, with the highest being level 20, all just sitting outside the circle clearing. It seemed that the figure hadn't noticed, and then the moment she saw one paw of a wolf boss level beast at level 17 step into the clearing, she noticed the figure immediately stop, stand up and face all of the boss level beasts. Out of nowhere, tons of danger signals went off in her mind, but she continued to watch as a giant black scythe appeared in the figures hands from nowhere. The wind blew and caused the hood to blow back off of the figure and to Farahs surprise, they only looked to be sixteen years old, the same as her, but they had beast hide in their nose, ears and covering their eyes. Just what is he thought Farah, does he not have any senses aside from touch. But finally she watched him enter into a stance with the scythe and heard him say something that confirmed all the danger signals she had. "I've been waiting for you, Lords of the Forest, can't you see my blood is boiling for a fight."
Earlier in Agralon Forest Eradin POV
Eradin woke up to a splitting headache and body aches all over, struggling to sit up, four messages were before him, much like last time, he really realized how broken it was to have a body forged from the body of the True God known as the Dragon God.
[Mental Resistance has rised to 2]
[Physical Resistance has rised to 2]
[Curse Resistance has rised to 2]
[Trait: Spatial Resistance has been learned]
[Description: Through the infinite adaptability of the Dragon Race, you have learned to withstand an environment with strong spacial laws, their effects on you weaken slightly]
Once again just like when he first came into this world, Eradin came to enlightenment about resistance even more so, and that was, they were seriously hard to level up. When he was slaughtering the beasts, he leveled up regeneration to 2 after getting hit enough, but he still didn't increase in any other resistances and now when he had x10 effects, then they would increase. It sure is terrifying, the thought of having to withstand x100 pain and gravity makes me want to die again, but then i'll just reincarnate with the same curses! "Ahhhh, curse the damn gods, your all just humans in the end that like to flaunt your fake powers compared to true gods!"
With the venting out of the way, Eradin, began to look at his new skills.
[Soul Shop: Spend Soul Points to gain some of the skills of the sealed gods instead of learning them on your own.]
[Cursed Star: The Cursed Star, much like the Cursed Hero was cursed for no reason, it is the star that absorbs and stores curses. Whenever you begin combat, a list of curses will appear, choose one that is most appropriate for the fight and apply it to your weapon. Stronger Curses and the number that can be used at once increase with proficiency in this skill]
Eradin immediately said [Soul Shop Open]
In front of him were only one skill from each of the gods. The way the shop seemed to work is that there was one skill per ten levels as far as he knew, so Eradin could choose from four skills. For level ten they were as follows:
[Rage of the Dragon God 1/?: Temporarily Increase all physical stats by 100%] Cost: 1500 Cd: Three Minutes
[Dark Shield of Evil Thougts 1/?: Cover yourself in a mist of Negative Energy, Increase Defense by 50% and mana regeneration by 5/sec] Cost: 1500 Cd: 15 Seconds
[Deathly Aura (Passive Skill) 1/?: For every entity Killed, Increase all Stats and damage by 3% up to 30% lasts for one hour.] Cost: 1000 No CD: (Passive)
[Asura Aura (Passive Skill) 1/?: Aura That only gods who delve into endless combat were known to have. Increase Attack Speed and Critical Hit Damage by 2% for every 5 seconds you are in combat up to 20%] Cost: 1000 No CD: (Passive)
Of the four level ten skills, it seems I can choose two. Either both passives or one of the actives and one passive. The one to cancel out immediately is the Evil God Skill, I have no use for mana yet. I've already pissed off the Lords of the Forest so I might need a fail safe for when I fight them and I don't really have a defensive skill so one must be [Rage of the Dragon God] which can be offensive or defensively used. In single combat, Asura Aura is better, but in combat that has many people, Deathly Aura is better. In the end although Eradin felt that he'd commit another massacre like last night, [Asura Aura] would be the most beneficial for when he fights a Lord of the Forest.
[Are these your final purchases?]
[Y/N]
Eradin clicked yes and a bloody red light illuminated his body from what he could see within [Inner Body Perception], he still kept himself shut off from sense of sight, sound and smell to further hone his sense skills, and frankly subconsciously Eradin knew that silver hair aside, if he met someone with his red and purple eyes, even without the Curses affecting him, they would think he was a demon. With everything out of the way concerning statuses, Eradin went about creating a clearing with the limit of his new sensory range of 200 meters. His plan was simple, now that he had enraged the Forest Lords, they were coming for him anyway, so why not create an open area where he had plenty of movement and range to swing the Death Gods Scythe. Then after roughly two hours passed, Eradin was finished and releases the hundreds of corpses that he gained from his night of reaping. He then began to wait for the Lords of the Forest for he knew they would come at the sight and smell of such a massive mound of their kin.
Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
And so Eradin began to practice dismantling, a skill every adventurer should know, or so he thought, it was different in this world, it was known as a crafting profession and was a class, so unknown to him, [God of Crafts and Cookings Curse] was active for any dismantling, hence the reason he was so horrible and ruined the previous pelt. As he happily worked away, Eradin didn't notice the A-Rank party scouting him outside his 200 meter range, he was simply waiting for the Lords of the Forest to take even a single step into the 200 meter circle that could be considered his all-seeing domain. And after another hour his wish was granted. Eradin stood up and turned towards the Wolf Lord that he knew. Taking out the Death Gods Scythe, Eradin readied into a stance after the wind blew off his hood and he switched his title to [Solo Elite Slayer] and with his line that he'd been thinking of for hours, he said "I've been waiting for you, Lords of the Forest, can't you see my blood is boiling for a fight."
Present Time
There were five Lords of the Forest in the clearing, all of them were Elite Boss Monsters ranging from level 17 to 20, but that didn't bother Eradin, after recieving all his power ups from the experience grind, he was ready alot sooner than he anticipated, and he'd fought at a ten level deficit of three to thirteen which was much more dangerous than a deficit of four to seven levels from level thirteen where he had much more variability in his actions.
Combat immediatlely started and each side commenced their buffing and debuffing. Appearing in front of Eradin was the [Cursed Star], it was only the size of a fist, but it was gray and emitted an eerie feeling.
[Cursed Star Choices]
[Absorbtion 1: As long as you touch the opponent entity it will drain ten Hp from them and redistribute it to you or aleve a small amount of fatigue if you are above 80% Hp]
[Physical Stats Reduction 2: Reduce all physical stats by five and stacks five times]
Eradin immediately knew which one to take in this situation considering the [Asura Aura], with but a thought the Cursed Star entered the Death Gods Scythe and caused it to emit a grayish light that gave off an even more enhanced eerie feeling. Then he heard the message, [Absorbtion: 1] has been applied to Death Gods Scythe. Then Eradin readied his stance as he recieved his debuff.
[Lord of the Forest Unity Roar: Attack and movement speed slowed by 20%]
The battle commenced, Eradin put all of his sensory skills to the limit of their capabilities and simply waited as the five Lords of the Forest began their assault. Rather than wait for a dire situation, right as they all converged on Eradin, his entire body glowed in a black aura and the silhouette of a black dragon to others but known as the Dragon God to Eradin appeared behind him and let out an earth shattering roar that shook the ground itself causing a mini-earthquake. Eradins muscles bulged and all of his physical stats, even the ones not seen on a status screen such as attack speed felt like they increased to double. Eradin immediatly made a sweeping motion with the Death Gods Scythe that cleaved at all of the Lords of the Forest, all except the Wolf Lord was slashed with a [Cursed Slash] causing their Hp to be absorbed and keeping Eradin from getting fatigued. Then the message appeared. [Four Lords of the Forest: Abnormal Status: Movement speed Slow 2: -20%]. A new discovery appeared to Eradin, if multiple enemies were slashed with the same cursed slash, then the same curse was applied, if that was the case, the answer to winning the battle was CLEAVE!
As the fight progressed, [Dragon Gods Rage] subsided after one minute and its three minute cool down began, but in that time, all Eradin did was cleave, cleave, and cleave again. He managed to afflict the same four Lords of the Forest with [Lower Attack:1], [Lower Physical Stats:1] and [Weaken Reflexes: 1]. They were also all roughly half Hp, but as Eradin expected the Wolf Lord was not only fast but intelligent, it was biding its time while the four other lords blindly attacked. Once again Eradin cleaved with [Cursed Slash]. Multiple cuts appeared on the four lords as Eradin chained his attacks together with the attack speed bonus of [Asura Aura]. Blood was spewing everywhere flesh was falling off of the Lords, yet the Wold Lord seemed to be waiting for something, it was still circling Eradin even though he was keeping track of it through all of his sensory skills. Then Eradin cleaved one last time and it caused the four lords to rage.
[Lord of the Forests Rage: The Four Lords have increased Hp and Physical Stats by 25% when attacking you but lowered Non-Physical stats by 25%]
They all blindly rushed at Eradin, and he once again cleaved, and would non-stop repeat the same action while taking care to watch the Wolf Lord, until finally when the four lords charged a final time as they were mostly sub 10% Hp from what Eradin could guess, he slashed, and just happened to step into the only puddle of lord's blood that was capable of making him slip. Eradin immediately corrected his posture while slipping and cursing out loud, "Why now of all times you fucking trash God of Fortune", but that was the slightest opening the Wolf Lord needed and it ran at full Hp, unaffected by curses, right into Eradin like a battering ram and bit into his shoulder as hard as it could. Eradin grunted in pain as the lords took the opportunity to get in a multiple attacks as they were on the brink of passing out from blood loss, but even with the [Life Goddess Curse] he still had a phenomenal physique for his level and not to mention the Armor of the War Goddess and Cloak of the Evil God. Even with a 24/7 vulnerability on himself, Eradin was able to correct himself despite taking considerable damage and swung the Death Gods Scythe with his left hand and slammed the blade right into the shoulder of the Wolf Lord tearing all the muscle fibers, ligaments and puncturing its lung forcing it to disconnect its bite from Eradin. Its whole plan was to immobilize Eradin and let the other four Lords slaugher him before it snuck in the finishing blow. But as it backed away in pain, it saw an image of something it would never forget even in the afterlife. That was the anger of a True Dragon.
[Hp: 173/340]
[Hp Regen: 4/sec]
Eradin had his eyes locked onto his Hp, if that went on any longer he seriously would have been in danger. Even more so he was angered to the absolute limit for the fist time in the entirety of his two lives, Eradin could've almost died had from the slip up due to his bad luck, his promise to the sealed gods, who were technically his parents now, was almost broken and that was something Eradin would never do. His anger was not the anger of a human, it was the full wrath of a demi-god that inherited the traits of the king of beasts, the lord of evil, and the aspects of death and war themselves. The full might of his anger was brought out because of his hatred towards the gods that ruined him leading to his first time in such a close life and death scenario that could have never happened. Screaming out at the top of his lungs, it was not the scream of a man, but what came out was a dragon cry no less violent than the [Rage of the Dragon God]. The cool down of [Rage of the Dragon God] reset even though it had thirty seconds left and activated immediately and this time the phantasmal figure of the Dragon God did not disappear. Grasping the Death Gods Scythe, the hide straps blocking Eradin's senses were distintegrated by the aura he was emitting, his red eye was lit with a red flame, while his purple eye similarly had a purple flame, spewing from his body was black and purple mist. The gray aura emitting from the Death Gods Scythe increased to envelop the whole scythe instead of just the blade. Under his fury, Eradin took note of every Lord in the clearing to make sure that none of them would escape.

The earth around Eradin was cracked, his anger was the epitome of a true dragon that was enhanced by the aspects of death, evil, and war. If one had to describe Eradin in one sentence, it would probably be he was the Evil True Dragon God of Death and War for he combined all the aspects of his blessings into this one skill. Every step he took toward the Wolf Lord cracked and broke the ground, the wind rose into a typhoon and the clouds turned black and caused a downpour of rain, thunder and lightning. Eradin casually swung his scythe and decapitated the four unconscious Forest Lords as he passed them. All that was left was the Wolf Lord, Eradin simply stared at it as he approached into its range, it couldn't do anything with a torn up body and that demonic stare from Eradin, it physically couldn't move.
[Deathly Stare has evolved into [Petrifying Soul Gaze]
Eradin swung down the Death Gods Scythe, the impact was so great that it didn't cut the Wolf Lord. instead it completely flattened the Wolf Lord in one hit. All of its innards littered the ground, blood spattered everywhere and caused even Farah who was watching in terror to almost vomit. For this scene was something even she hadn't seen on the battefield, it was an unspoken rule between countries even if they had absolute hate to not commit such acts, they were unspoken Humanitarian Laws and meant scenes like this where even after the Wolf Lord was dead, its corpse was still being ravaged and was no longer recognizable would never occur. But Farah watched on as she saw Eradin turn to the dead Lords and repeat the same process, but he still wasn't finished, afterwards not even the over 700 bodies that were already starting to rot were spared of desecration. Then even after that was finished, while releasing multiple dragon cries, the clearing almost doubled in size under Eradins wrath causing Farah to retreat multiple times in the hope he wouldn't notice her. Finally after what seemed like an eternity, Eradin began to calm down, he recieved messages but was oblivious to them and simply passed out unconscious with his body in a seizing condition because he really was too low level right now and should not be anywhere near close to using such a skill that unlocks a portion of the potential hidden in a True God body. Finally, to Farahs everlasting shock, she witnessed all of his equipment fuse into his body while he was seizing.
