Hey Team,

I missed a chapter Monday and I am missing one today as well.

Basically I haven't been able to get out of bed unless its to go to specialists involving muscles and bones around the hip. I work out alot so what I thought was sore muscles turned out to be small tears in the labrum and minor fractures of the left hip. Of course because of the idiot I am, I didn't think about it until the pain became almost unbearable after the minor tears and minor fractures turned worse because I had continued running and lifting heavy weights on leg day.

I have a sceduled MRI, I need to follow up with my primary care doctor and figure out how to fit physical therapy into my life because its getting harder to walk.

I'll try to make up chapters where I can and will delete this post after I put up those chapters.
