[Test World]

The creator made the world as a test. The world was created to be in a state of constant change, of constant flux. This high energy state in effect created a super probability field allowing for a near infinite amount of possibilities. Now that sentient and intelligent life can easily appear due to the expanded probability field the creator started forming the thirteen seals. These seals were created to prevent anyone in this world from being able to use true magic. A key restriction created by the seals was making mana exponentially harder to control and contain. This in essence made it virtually impossible to circumvent or brute force the seals by amassing an ungodly amount of mana.

The seals were then incorporated into the key aspects of the world thus making it impossible to destroy the seals without destroying the world. This was also used to disguise the seals as the foundations of the world making it again unthinkable to destroy.

With the completion of the world and seals, the creator left leaving behind an empty world. Over time the world grew and evolved, changing until it was unrecognizable from before. Turning from a perfect geometric construction of magic into a vast void filled with planets, stars, and galaxies.

Aeons passed. Life came and went. The balance of the universe shifting between phases of growing and waning. Until it reached this very moment. The moment I came to the realization of the true nature of this universe.

When I first stumbled upon a seal. I thought it to be one of the foundations of the universe, but soon after deciphering the esoteric magic I understood its real purpose. At first I wanted to destroy the seals and peel away the thin veneer obscuring magic’s full form. Even though this was the fastest way my guilt swayed my choice to something far more difficult, but far less destructive.

I was going to disembowel the seals. I needed to slowly pull apart the magic like a person slowly unweaving the strands of a sweater. This was to protect the actual foundations of the universe from experiencing the backlash of massive magic construct destruction.

It took me several years, but I eventually took down one of the seals. In the next decades I searched for every seal until each one was fully deconstructed. I could feel the change in how magic itself felt as each seal slowly released. My mana pool increased by orders of magnitude, I could feel new aspects of magic never touched before, and many more exciting discoveries.

Despite all the effort the creator took to make it necessary for the universe to be destroyed when the seals were destroyed she overlooked the fact that anything could happen in this universe. She created this possibility despite trying to prevent it.
