Chapter 13: The Makings of a Blade Part Three

Chapter 13: The Makings of a Blade Part Three

[Yin]

A total of about seven days has passed since we have started the Prana Ichor implantation, truthfully though I know the true time that has transpired, it felt like only a couple of hours since Ou-Yang Jinhai and I have started.Since my ascension time has somewhat irrelative to me. Of course I was not the only one who felt the same way all of my brothers of the Ten-Thousand feels the way. What we go through and what we’re capable of, time has hardly been of any hard influence on us in the last twelve years ago so we never bother with tracking time as intently as before when we were still mortal.

It may sound strange to one not of us and it understandable it’s not something even we can explain fluently, it just does not impact us as much anymore. Down below the many forms of med-pod sarcophagus were being gather together by the many menial drones clicked and whirred, their burbling power fluids running through their boxy innards. The menial’s drones busying themselves in measuring the samples and preparing solutions if they encountered any continually playing scanning beams over successful accessions. To then only blinked an idle sequence once their scans was satisfactory to their programing perimeters, as they moved to another med-pod as another scan beam ran up and down another sarcophagus’s body.

“So, we have a total of sixty-two successful accession and fifty-three failures about same as any duration albeit slightly better than most recent ones I could say.”

Ou-Yang Jinhai commented on the side scrolling through the data feeding into both of our Scrolls his words sounding unamused nor remorseful at the results. Truthfully, I was of the same opinion. Within the lower floor the bodies of those who survived the accession were being ferried away in their med-pods all sixty-two of them. They were all being moved to the far corner side of the room below to another doorway opposite to the way the new bloods entered from.

“Jack round up the bodies and prepare load them up upon the next Maglev Train scheduled to the core notify me should anything happen along the way.”

Beep-beep Jack floated away after confirming its compliance, leaving the two Blades together with only one other drone being Pod still hovering next to Yin Chen silence enveloped the two before Ou-Yang Jinhai broke it.

“Shall we go?” Ou-Yang Jinhai voice echoed in my ears

“Yes lets.”

The two simply said to each other as they too strolled out the room after Jack’s trailing emission lights with Pod hovering after them leaving its own emission trail behind the group. After navigating through the long corridors once again after a decent length walk, they came upon a platform resembling a train station there. Expected it was an open space there were no visible tracks other that what appears to be an array light panels hovering in a parallel line in midair along the surface of the corridor space where the tracks would be, along with a massive circular magnetic levitation ring stationed within every three hundred meters.

There a train was docked next to the station where the med-pods were being loaded onto the train’s cargo section of the train. The train itself too was hovering off the ground via similar light panels underneath the train, where the wheels should be, this was no ordinary train system this was a more sophisticated system this a highly advanced magnetic levitation train. Even more so than the common Monorail and the Maglev Trains used both for public transportation in today’s society, still requiring to circulate on dedicated tracks at very high speeds.

These Maglev Trains didn’t need tracks well not tracks in the usual manner that the public would use. Once again by habit after checking and rechecking the status of the med-pods Ou-Yang Jinhai and I finally boarded the train once inside the doors closed behind me. Not long after that the train began to shifted and onward it went gradually building speed, as usual we didn’t take any seats despite the train accelerating speed even as the train being to sway by the tight severing motion. Which honestly wasn’t truly of any concern for us anymore, we were beyond just being too used to these motions now to the point we didn’t even need to use the mag-locks in our boots to hold us in place.

During the ride Ou-Yang Jinhai continued to monitor the vital signs of the new bloods throughout the ride. I too was checking on them one at a time per usual procedure however I was monitoring their brain activities instead of their vitals, I was communicating with the new bloods through my DNI in the Mindspace.

Unlike the usual navy-blue space of the Mindscape there were multiple separate isolated spaces, each space has constructs of the modern era surrounding me and each of the new bloods that I was conveying with individually. Here in these little pocket worlds within the Mindscape is a computer simulated virtual world known as the ‘OASIS’, which was created by Samuel Kent one of the engineers who helped pioneered Project: Rising Sprit which gave fruit to us, the N.E.R.V M.A.N.T.I.S Blades. The virtual ‘OASIS’ reality as he called it, we commonly refereed it as the ‘playground’ was created as a form of training program.

The OASIS being the advanced highly advanced artificial intelligence simulator it can simulate various types of environments. Much of them are simply recreations of what is already coded into its programing, though the simulations can vary through the cerebral and physical re-calibration depending on the subject in question. The variable settings, objectives all was used adapted to the personality and psychology of the uploaded consciousness into the simulation, thus enabling the soul to roam through cyberspace with an unprecedented degree of independence.

It doesn’t matter what state we Blades must find ourselves in there is never anytime to rest we must always adapt and learn; this technology helps us achieve that goal. If they cannot train via their body, they shall train via their mind plus it helps elevate the pain they were currently experiencing in their physical bodies.

Here in multiple different realities, I was drilling each of these new younger brothers of mine the true potentials gifts of their transcendence. Allowing them to learn about their new bodies imprinting the feeling and motions into their minds via their mind pulses, these were then used to analyze each of these new brother’s thought patterns and set the perfect method for them to adapt. Each result differing from one another yet similar in principle, the system achieves this result through the psychologically probe into the young blood's mind which provides the system and veteran like myself to aid them in developing themselves.

Doing this takes me back to our time with our psychologists observing us and our reactions to various scenarios via the information they drew from us, which helped them discover emotional and intellectual connections that might otherwise have eluded them to further weaponize us into the perfect weapons that we were today. However, that was not what these young bloods would going through, their minds must not become bruised and infantile like us the first born. Their minds mustn’t be ravaged by imperfect psycho-conditioning, their emotions nor dreams be etiolated from their minds and left to wither leaving only a husk of what they were. These Neural reconditioning must be taken slowly for the preferred effects to take root it cannot be rushed. The humanity mustn’t be bled from them as a result to turn them into what they were to become a perfect sturdy weapon yet inflexible, unmendable thus deeming them ineffective.

They must become more than just a sturdy weapon as we all must.

After another two turns the Maglev Train slowed to a complete stop the doors opened and onward, we went with a formation of med-pods trailing in between us in four lines, hovering above the ground slightly on their levitation engine. Ou-Yang Jinhai at the front and me holding up at the rear we walked the long path heading deeper into the depths of Quan Zhou’s heart. Onward we walked the heart of Quan Zhou was near I can hear it; I can feel it. The heart’s aura surrounds us its touch was all around us it was a soothing feeling like a light breeze, in the past when I first stepped into these grounds it was a suffocating sensation before when I was mortal.

Soon we have pasted under another set of corridors and through what might appear as a massive indoor Olympic sized pool of liquid substance divide into two bodies between us, it glowed brightly in the dark canvas around us looking carefully one would be able to make out there were rolling streams appearing in waves or threads of what seem like green or blue effervescent and luminescent liquid within the clear water like liquid substance thus resulting in the color. This was heart of Quan Zhou the pool of water below us was what we call Dragon Veins, an intersection of ley lines if one were to correctly say the Earth’s own life blood, a flow of energy that possibly contains all the knowledge of all the creatures that ever lived on it.

This is what Quan Zhou was built upon and what makes this fortress a possibility.

Along the surfaces of these liquid bodies jutting out of the surface layer there were an array of twenty crystal 'sprouts' one could say. Appearing as green pillars with a repeating intricate pattern on its body these Yao-Vat Grasses that appeared roughly a year in this isolated space within Quan Zhou’s heart. We still don’t really understand what they are though they are of not danger to us that was sure. Reaching out my hand deactivating my gauntlet as it disappearing from my body thus letting my raw flesh touch these crystal 'sprouts' closest to the corridor path. It still feels of the same smoothing cold chill when touched, minus now the aching pain of a 'tingling feeling', that I once felt being within Quan Zhou’s heart when I or the Ten-Thousand were but normal humans. I remembered that like it was just yesterday this tingling sensation with or without the pain.

Taking my hands away from the crystal and concealing my hand in metal once again as I walked past it, we continued our path till, we have arrived to the center of this massive pool body at the center of all this isolated space there was a center platform. Within the center platform of the room on top of the lake there is a device in the form of a massive oval coffin like structure resembling much like the Body Adaptation Machine.

Albeit at a much larger scale than the Body Adaptation Machine even the power radiating off of this machine dwarfed the latter in comparison. I didn’t need to sense the subsonic thrum of power cables beneath my boots to know that fact, the energy didn’t just cobweb throughout the pathway below us it was all around us. Throughout the walls around us much of the unfinished murals and incomplete mosaics have been overlayed, given over to the primacy of cables and pipes to feed the machine at the center of it all. Machines – engines – became far more numerous, set into the or half projecting out from surface plating. The cable and wires seemingly pushed into place and bolted all around the place, its hideous appearance of unorganized patch work was a direct indication of the new inlay working to get the machine working.

That was of no surprise this device wasn’t here until just two years ago even in its deactivated state the power was suffocating even for a being like me.

This was the final key to which we have achieved our true transcendence the machine in question is known to our order as The Divinity Machine or as we like to refer to it as the Soulforge.

We reached the base of the Divinity Machine the procession stopped before the base, Ou-Yang Jinhai and I moved away the med-pods and towards the machine before us. At the base there stood an octagonal consul panel its surface decorated with a series of gold braid inlays, glimmering behind security fields inset with dozens of data hololiths screens over the glass screen lenses glittering over the frame like green-tinged lightworks.

Ou-Yang Jinhai tapped at the hololiths the Soulforge slowly chirred into life the soft purr of the engine soon turned into thunderous growl. The subsonic thrum of power cables and pumps intensified the unearthly energy in the room surged, the pressure grew as the air molecules felt heavier. I personally went to the nearest med-pod tapped at the control panel it hovered towards a sealed capsule spherical in shape, with a dull white outer casing broken by a pattern of angular, light blue-glowing "cracks." As the pod hovered closer the capsule’s cracks shifted and opened revealing the inside of the capsule the emptiness within glimmered under the aura of a power field.

When the pod was meters away from the opening the pod’s, lid opened and the young blood was carried out held suspended in midair by the power field of the machine. Once inside the massive sphere capsule panels shifted and interlock back together sealing the inside form the outside world, lights flashed along the ‘cracks’ pulsating like a heartbeat.

Ou-Yang Jinhai then tap another few commands at the control consul the buildup energy in the area burst like a deflated balloon that was building up within the area. The pressure increased ten-fold around us the gravitation pull experienced right now would have flatten a normal man in mere moments, the walls around us creaked and crack like they would break the pumps and cables thrummed intensely power surging through them.

Waves surged smacking themselves against the sides of the bodies of liquid around just like a ranging tidal wave in a storm, then streams of pure light particles burst forward from within like living tendrils they danced in spirals within the air. Before they darted together at the same timing rushing at the sealed capsule, then came the sparks, then the roaring boom of thunder and in came the first lightning strike running through the Soulforge. As if striking down from the heavens themselves another one came striking the capsule moments later came another.

Here within the Soulforge is where we undergo the Heavenly Tribulation Trail of reforging, the Divinity Machine functioned as energy transference technology which pulls and draws from natural energies from of the world via the Dragon Veins. Within the sealed spherical capsule

The young bloods will be isolated from the world itself and will undergo the Tribulation to strengthens our bodies and consciousness to endure the utmost level genetic energy and spiritual energy that we can achieve. Within the sphere drawing energy from the natural laws of the world itself the young blood will blasted apart by lightning, then reformed he will have to weather each strike and endure surly testing the mettle of his will sorely being tested time and again within that space.

The cosmic energy will further enhance and cause our already genetically enhanced bodies to evolve the energy enveloping every cell in our bodies, thus resulting in our blood, bones, organs and genes to further grow and develop.

If they endure those battered spirits that survive through this godly infusion of the Heavenly Tribulation will be reborn casted free of their mortal selves and ascend to something greater. Their bodies steeped within unearthly forms of powers, imbued with the energies of the heavens themselves blended together with divine godly gifts.

That is should they survive that is.

At another location far from during the time at the mainland of Shenzhou of what it was originally known as China hours after the completion of the Heavenly Tribulation.

A military aircraft was flying through a clear sky with manual clouds to disturb their vison plasma engines flaring on full burn on both wings. Inside the craft was as one would have expected a military craft, was bleak and aesthetic qualities - or rather the lack thereof – in the in the hull also reflected the military’s utilitarian nature everything was spartan-like.

Stolen content alert: this content belongs on Royal Road. Report any occurrences.

Within the cargo area in the craft seated down in the passenger seats there sat a man in a formal but highly ornate military uniform decorated in an array of awards and medal upon his chest. The shadow of the cargo hold hid his features from the word the light glow of the holoframe device in between his hand failed to reveal any features.

“General Yang we’re here.” A figure hidden in the darkness spoke to the seated man as the craft around them shifted and rattled around them, a clear indication of the aircraft landing.

“Alright let’s go lead the way War-Master.”

Outside the aircraft upon the landing bay stood an array of troops dress in their military attires armed with a rifle held in salute and in formation. Behind them a massive infrastructure building this building stood out among all the surround buildings around it being in the center of the city. The sunlight blazing through the clear sky upon the landing bay the wind blew heavily around them dur to the plasma engines burning heavily disturbing the air molecules. Only once the aircraft landed did the engines ceased, then moment later the ship’s cargo doors opened, bathing the insides of the ship in the suns ray.

An elderly man no older than maybe in his fifties walked out of the open bay door of the military aircraft his short graying hair futtering in the air, followed after him were four unique uniformed soldiers two at each side to the elderly man though one follow close to the elder man as the other four surround them.

Their uniform was of another design with long cloak hanging from their shoulders overlapping their uniform, along with ornate face mask visors and a hood that hide the solders’ face from those around them. Each of them stood beside the elderly man in perfect formation beside him keeping an arm’s length distance.

“General Yang sir we have been expecting you sir.” One of the soldiers uniformed bearing the rank of a captain after tiding himself once again strode out of his company to salute the general whom returned the honors.

“At ease captain tell me are the preparation in order?”

“Yes General, everything is running smoothly though sir it’s still a bit early before the meeting if you wish I can escort you to the waiting area if you wish sir.” The captain walked over to give the general a handshake but was halt by the figure in pure darkness black intercepted his path to the general. Looking into the emotionless red eyelashes of the figure’s ornate visor sent sever shivers down the captain’s spine, he at this very moment felt as though he was close to death.

In all his years he never felt such fear, all sorts of thoughts and emotions ran rampant in his mind.

Outside of the captain’s vison the other darkness clad figure also shifted their posture as if in a defensive measure but was dismissed by General Yang with a simple hand gesture.

“At ease……..do forgive my guards captain they are a little too proactive in their duties.”

The captain in his studder almost didn’t hear the general’s words before he recomposed himself.

“Th-there is nothing to forgive for sir it’s good to have such disciplined soldiers I would be honestly disappointed if they weren’t.” The captain looked closely at these guards of General Yang the one in front of him like the rest of his or her kin, he could tell whether it was a male or female. The figure wore a uniform of pure black that seemed to suck in the sunlight shining upon it, it seemed to consists of a black suit with a frock coat, black pants, black gloves and black knee-high boots with what seems like a gold-colored knee guard on his right leg. His cloak too seemed to have been carved out of darkness with thin white stripes that seemed to form some kind of symbol, ones that he couldn’t decipher.

The others he gave them but a quick side glance a similar black uniform, black shoes or boots and a black cape. The Captain couldn’t make out what branch they are or even the hierarchy of the group then he saw it, his keen eyes honed through the years on the battlefield allowed him to see what he was looking for. Its members customize their uniforms uniformity masking the appearance of a collectivism but with a subtle difference marking individualism; a leather chest plate protects one, another had silver pauldrons cover their shoulders, and one wore flowing, purple ribbons and silver horn-like ornaments on their face mask visors. Like warriors of old their hierarchy is based on the one who had the most honors clearly signifying the one next to the general being in charge.

He moved backward in an attempt to remove himself from the lead one’s presence the aura of death and the pungent smell of death upon the being’s body was too overwhelming for him.

“Please general.” The captain gestured towards the doorway at the end of the landing pad.

General Yang strode forward without saying another word the five beings of darkness fell in around him, their cloaks futtered around them giving them the image of reapers as they walked pass the formation of troops. The troops due to muscles memory and hours of rehearsal split their formation evenly to both sides opening a path for General Yang and his escorts to walk through. It was only when the general and the shadow guards disappeared from sight within the doorway did someone let out a gasp of air then another till each and every trooper in formation let out a gasp of air, they have been holding in. son tense was the troopers at the moment they almost forgot to breath for a moment.

“Jesus~! It felt like we were going to die there for a second just who and what are those things that the General keeps by his side.”

“I don’t think I even want to know, maybe some scientific research lab experiments or something those things terrifies me every time I see one of them.”

“Alright-alright enough with the chit-chat we have a great deal of task ahead of us keep their bearings men!”

The captain spoke out loud to his men and began directing his men to their task.

Back to Quan Zhou hours before.

“Twenty-two successful accession out of the of sixty-two aspirants quite a disappointing number…...Jack, Pod take these new brothers to the Sarcophagi Hall so their bodies may adapt to the rest of their apotheosis, L and the rest of you recover the Bio-Fuild remains of those fallen aspirant brothers and have them stored in the memorial hall and their names recorded to honor them.”

Jack and Pod beep out their compliance and went along it way to complete its task it was assigned to complete taking the Sarcophagis away, as the caskets hovered away Yin Chen said to his brother.

“Ou-Yang Jinhai prepare the next sequence for me I want to undergo the Tribulation as well.” Yin Chen said as he watched as the menial drones escorted the twenty-two new brothers their bodies in coma within their rectangular, but their minds within the OASIS. The Sarcophagi in question being vastly different to the med-pods before in looks and function.

Ou-Yang Jinhai spun around to face Yin Chen his poker face broken eyes gazing at Yin Chen with a hint of disbelief. The Menial drones L along with its kin were hovering away with a seal content with a glass jar with red fluids inside.

“You had under taken your last Tribulation just before you went on your little break…are you sure you can handle another so soon?”

“I’m sure I actually went into a coma during my break and these cramps are getting worse.” Yin Chen simply said as he deactivated his amor every metallic part melding into his body including his cloak. Now he stood before his brother bare but the sight triggered no reaction of any sort form either of the duo, Ou-Yang Jinhai was more focused on the news that he had just received from Yin Chen.

“What? I knew there was something you were hiding how bad was it.” Ou-Yang Jinhai attempted to run another scan on his body before Yin Chen stopped him.

“I only passed out for two days lucky it was quick I seem to be getter use to it, it was still painful for the duration not much different from the other two times but still I overcame it nonetheless just start the Soulforge up whether you will it or not I’m undertaking the Heavenly Tribulation.”

Before Ou-Yang Jinhai voice out his argument Yin Chen was already walking to the Divinity Machine. Ou-Yang Jinhai seeing as how his brother wasn’t going to listen to him resigned himself to fulfil Yi Chen’s request, and began priming the Divinity Machine. Yin Chen stepped into the oval capsule once inside he turned to Ou-Yang Jinhai nodding his head and his brother responded tapping away at the consul the capsule began to close around Yin Chen.

Once it was sealed all light and sound from the outside world had ceased there was only blanket of darkness covering him and the chill nothingness of silence. Within the Soulforge Yin Chen waited in silence it has barely been five minutes but the silence within the Soulforge was mind blogging. It can disorient the senses of even a being like himself the feeling of being cut off from everything dragged at the core it wasn’t a feeling he could get associated with no being can in all honesty. Yin Chen can’t even hear The Quantum Particle Generator powering up even though structurally it should be right underneath him, not even the movement of the Quantum Batteries. Batteries which harness the inter-dimensional energy via advanced quantum physics from the Dragon Vein and injected the energy into the Soulforge.

Then from out of nowhere an unearthly flow of energy filled the capsule bathing Yin Chen in its ethereal light he felt himself lifted mentally and physical as his feet has left the surface of the round capsule. Then light red-orange fluids began fill inside the capsule it started in a massive waterfall quickly rising from his ankle then to his nose despite the fluid flowing it his nose he didn’t panic and let the fluid flood over him till the capsule was entirely filled. Now Yin Chen was enveloped in a body of liquid fluids the fluid entering his lungs yet Yin Chen still didn’t panic nor struggle within.

He showed no signs of discomfort despite under a body of liquid this was due to his Multi-Lung as the Prana Ichor over the least twelve years developed to have a highly efficient Aquatic Respiration ability that allows his kin to extract oxygen from water, allowing them to breathe freely underwater and talk under water, the water that the Blades breathe in under water is circulated thorough the lungs which filters and extracts the oxygen from the water then circulated back out from their lung.

Though this fluid wasn’t water per say his lungs still did its jobs flawlessly, the liquid fluid in question was no ordinary fluid but was in fact another Prana Ichor known as the Holy Blood. It is stated several times that Holy Blood despite it not actually being blood though it is said to smell "like blood" and somewhat follows the many properties similar to blood. This too was but another debate of the Blades of the Ten-Thousand not one Yin Chen was interested in all honest.

It is here within the Divinity Machine is where a new Blade aspirant brother will receive the last few pieces of the Prana Ichor implantations this was Phase Three: Transcendent, it is here by surviving this final trail where if the aspirant should they survive becomes a true brother.

A burst of energy soon rippled through the Holy Blood instantly overwhelming Yin Chen’s senses and he black out this wasn’t like sensation of falling into a coma this was a sensation he knew all too well the sensation of death. He later woke up after who knows how long a minute an hour, at first all he could see was darkness then light then he could see the red-orange fluids surround him. Then he regained his sense of touch and other senses which came after, looking over his body though only he didn’t have a body anymore there only was what can be only desirable as a see-through transparent body. This was what the Blade referred to as the Astral Form in a way this was Yin Chen’s soul, a burst of energy in the form of lighting hurled itself from seemly out of nowhere at Yin Chen, the lighting collided with his body Yin Chen found himself screaming but no voice came from his nonexistent throat.

Again, another bolt struck him flung down upon him from the heavens. First there was light, a searing luminescence so bright it eclipsed all sense of being and self. The light blinded not just his sight but all senses for a time then came the pain. The pain which brought him back with scorching senses of pure agony. Heat, fury, and the drumbeat of immortal vigor rushing through his form which then reached a crescendo so loud it turned into deafening silence.

Looking back over his translucent corporal body at his lower back area he saw the small buildup formation of crystal overlapping his corporal body, though he could only see the lower parts of the formation to his mid-upper back. ‘It has grown larger again’ he commented in his mind, this was another recent additional Prana Ichor that is also implanted during the Heavenly Tribulation. This Prana Ichor is known as the Stigmata: this bio-tech organ takes on the form of a formation of Crystals made of a special particles energy also discovered four years ago integrated with a micro device which links the Stigmata to a new Blade brother’s body when implanted granting them great power.

This Crystal Formation began to glow growing softly at first before glowing more intensely as from the formation multiple tendrils of light began to spread along his transparent body. This was the begin of the formation of a function of the Stigmata known as the Volt Texture. The special properties within the formula of this forms the key parts of what gives a Blade their inhuman supernatural capabilities, alongside their Genetic Modification and Prana Ichors.

Another bolt of lightning struck him the light and pain overwhelmed his senses while this was happening, he could feel the sensation of his body coming back to him looking over his body he could see the slight slivers of cells reconnecting rebuilding his body whole within the Holy Blood. The Prana Ichor of the Holy Blood: here bathed within this body of Holy Blood is where a Blade's blood will be replaced with a translucent liquid mixture mixed in with the Blade’s modified gene-enhanced blood system, making it almost identical to normal human blood albite still of the much dark shad crimson.

Yin Chen then can already see the bud stages of The Prima Eitrs growing this was a special organ that will begin to form and grow after The Prana Ichor implantations is completed via the second phase; every Blade has these organs, one implanted in the neck, one in the chest and the final one grew near the body’s sex organ (or reproductive organ) why this happens one has an answer to. The organs hormonally respond to the presence of the other Prana Ichor implants in the body by creating germ cells with DNA identical to that of those implants through a process very similar to cellular mitosis.

These germ cells grow and are stored within the Prima Eitr, much like sperm cells or egg cells are stored in the testicle and ovaries of normal men and women. When harvested and properly cultured by brothers trained in the art healing like Ou-Yang Jinhai, these germ cells can be gestated into a new set of Prana Ichor organs needed to create a new brother. This was the only form of reproduction they will ever know though the DNA passed on will be that of the seeds, not necessarily their own thus making them all brothers by genetics.

If not extracted it is through these stored cells within the body is extracted to reconstructed itself on a cellular level thus leading to their supposed “immortally” status as if they were to get injured it is these stored cells that will help heal and even regenerate lost or damaged organs within their bodies even entire limbs if need be. This feature was happening to Yin Chen right now as of the moment he didn’t have his Prima Eitrs extracted thus, he has a three full set of these cells to which his body has in order to help hasten the process of rebuilding his body.

He saw the rapid formations of his bones forming the fully meld augmentations blend with his bones so much it was indisputable from one another, then his came his organs reconstructing themselves. Then his muscles here within the Holy Blood comes another infusion to the muscles to a new brother the Prana Ichor known as the AngeFibril: Also referred to as the Geostigma

a muscle enhancement that effectively replaces the original human muscles adding more density to the human muscle mass. Voluntary muscles as Blades can control them whenever they want and repeatedly harden and soften them at will along with other abilities. Within the AngeFibril the Sinew Coils was reforming however there was another set of coil fiber forming parallel to the tech-organic Sinew Coils. These were also a recent addition Prana Ichor known as the Artificial Meridians: a recent addition to the list Prana Ichors, a new variant based off of the Sinew Coils that runs along parallel along with it that helps circulate the flow of another source of power throughout the Body much like the original magnifying his strength as well as giving his body another layer of defense.

The Meridians flared with energy coursing through Yin Chen’s body filling his body with boundless unlimited energy. The source came from unique shaped organ within his chest, a Prana Ichor implanted during the second phase but will not become fully developed until a year later after this third phase is complete. The Mantra; also, quite a recent addition Prana Ichor which works in tandem with the Stigmata and Meridians, helping to regulated and control this flow of energy works in conjunction with the Blade’s Hearts. Greatly helping them stabilizing their bodies after the mutations as well as providing an extra source of power for the Blades giving them their supernatural strength.

Another bolt struck Yin Chen flares of light blinding him once again then came the realization of pain overwhelming him once again then peace, a feeling of true solace and quietude. Yin Chen like all his brothers in the past four years have come to learn it was always this way. This is what it meant to be born and borne of the Heavens. Reforged, wrought anew. Brought back. This is what it was to be Transcendent. After this infusion, the typical Blade's already impressive superhuman physical abilities are then further amplified to powerful transcended levels beyond human understanding. But as with all such godlike deeds, this apotheosis did not come without a price or danger.

However, Yin Chen didn’t worry he has rarely worried in the last twelve years of his life, not out of arrogance or confident but out of surety he knew he was going to survive. He just knows he can feel it within his being, the coma he had experienced was a clear sign of it though still not fully understood one theory finding of this cause was due to the SWARA Treatment to be more precise the Phi Brain Serum.

The serum’s basic function originally was formulated to enhance the human body and mind; the raw serum's general properties seemed to be enhanced and perfected physiology and mentality, as well as emphasizing the user's key personality traits. The normal effects of the serum are an increase in the molecular density of cellular fibers (skin and muscle) through synthetic proteins. This means that the serum can naturally enhance the proteins inside the subject, naturally enhancing metabolic, cellular, and chemical processes in the body, which can enhance recovery and healing abilities, as well as building up greater resistance to fatigue and exhaustion. These can also allow a subject to fully recover without the need of drugs, medicines, or other medical or therapeutic treatments. In addition, the serum may also affect the subject's dopamine, testosterone, adrenaline, various other endorphins, and hormones, enhancing the effects of such chemicals to further amplify the subject's physical and even mental performance. Effectively granting the subject enhanced physical abilities to near supernatural levels.

A perfect first step to boosting a normal base human into the near supernatural godlike beings the Blades have become, though it wasn’t the physical changes that was the key but the inner depths of the human core. Later research due to recent events lead to the discovery of the Serum being the main cause of the accordance of the apotheosis, mainly due to what the scientist Le Kuo the man who created it referred to the factor as the Meta-Morph Factor which triggers a response in the human brain which allows the person to accelerate their brain control over 100% more than the normal humans potentially awakening some hidden power within. This was named the SEED factor which stands for Superior Evolutionary Element Destined-Factor, a controversial and as yet unproven theory to this point about the Blade’s continuation of human evolution.

However, whether by design or by mutation the serum became only compatible with very distinct nervous systems and if anyone else attempts to undergo this Augmentation they will likely die, or go into a comatose state / Vega state. The basis for compatibility is said to be dependent on a high degree of neuroplasticity, commonly found in children or young adults because the brain stops regenerating neurons after a certain age. Only younger people are currently capable of safely undergoing as otherwise lesser nervous systems would be unable to adapt and change to match the change in structure necessary to adapt to this change. Thus, the reasoning for the project finding the right candidates in their youth.

Another flash of lighting struck Yin Chen as the pain enveloped him once again, but this time however admis the flashes of white and pain, visions thrust into his mind, as clear as shafts of fire among the brightness. The sudden appearance of the images caused him reel, just for a moment, consumed by the vision before him. It was the visons similar to what he has been experiencing the last few days once again he saw a body like him engulfed in fluids face concealed through a breather mask. The figure thrashed and wormed in place tubes and other sorts of machines protruding out of the figure’s body and the sensation of another type of pain swept over Yin Chen.

This was a different type of pain nothing like the pain he was experiencing via the Heavenly Tribulation it actually paled in comparison but was persistent enough that he nearly lost focus for the briefs of moments. He nearly felt himself lost amidst the lighting strike he had not recomposed himself he knew right then and there he would have perished; another strike came this one came along with the flashes of imagines came along with the pain overwhelming his mind.

Then for the briefest moment he saw a face, a face he could never have mistaken for another though distorted and hidden behind the breather mask he knew that face when he saw it. “Father?” then came the pain again and the image vanished as quickly as it appeared replaced with and another flash and his senses were blinded by the mind blogging pain and the bright flash of blinding light. Within the isolated space he screamed as another flash of lighting struck Yin Chen as the pain enveloped him once again in that moment, two souls in the world separate by untold distance from one another screamed in near perfect note but unheard by the world around them.
