Disciples courtyard, at Huo lings hall: Huo Ling was holding the Swift Gale celestial worm in his hand and was pouring his essence into it , once a celestial worm was captured the cultivator then had to tame it by pouring his soul strength into the worms body via their essence and overpower the celestial worms concious mind to make it take you as its master. It was a very important and dangerous process if the celestial masters soul strength was lower then the celestial worm's his mind and soul could take a wound and if the difference is too great he can also become a dumb person.
"This swift wind celestial's soul power is so high I barely manged to tame it after full six hours" Huo ling breathed heavily and thought, his whole body was drenched in sweat. He looked totally beat up.
" I didn't think it will be so hard to refine a peak first stage celestial worm I almost got a soul injury there" as he thought about it a cold chill of after fear passed through his body.
" Normally a first rank celestial worm only takes two hours and gets easily tamed by first stage initial phase celestial master, to think it woul take three times more time and difficulty for a peak phase" but his face then curled up into a huge smile.
" I now have taken my first step towards by goal of becoming strong, and i have also managed to tame a peak phase rank 1 celestial, it will make me on equall terms with those good grade talents and i can also run from the excellent grade tallents , I need to become more smart and increase my soul strength to gain some footing among the peers"
Thinking so Huo ling fell asleep.
Next day third classroom:
Huo ling was listening to elder Yangs lecture:
" I guess all of you have tamed you first celestial worm and you should have seen how many types were present in the hall. But they were not even a scratch on the different types of them present around us. There are infinite types of celestial's around us and some human celestial Masters also research and evolve them according to their needs. These people are known as celestial refiners."
Huo lings eyes shone after hearing this , there are actually people who can refine celestial worms according to their own styles. He asked :
" Elder Yang how can one become a celestial worm refinement master ?"
Elder yang looked at him and replied" It is not easy to become one, a person should have a lot of knowledge and soul strength in order to be a refinement master "
Huo ling listened to him and nodded it was already so difficult to tame a celestial worm. What level of knowledge and soul power would one require to evolve them.

" All of you are now the students of Dongfang jia academy so you can enter the academy Library and learn how to control your Celestial worms and how to feed them if you don't feed your worms properly they can die of hunger so make sure to check the library. Also after two weeks there will be a competition among different classes to see you progress so remain prepared" elser Yang reminded.
" Oh so there will be a competition among all the classes "
"Hmph what are you getting so excited about? Don't you know what kind of reputation our third class has among the previous competitions"
"Donot say nonsense this time our third class has Brother Nie and Sister Xing they are both good hrade talents and strong it is just that they were dragged by their teams and ended up in the third class"
" Yeah i heard both of them are strong but were dragged by their teams , well good for us we will atleast have some backbone this year"
All the disciples were talking excitedly about the competition as the class came to an end.
In front of a huge building Huo ling was showing his disciple identity to the guards. It was the academy's Library.
He entered and looked around: " there are so many books here. Lets see about feeding my Swift gale worm,
Oh so it eats Feng tree's leaves , the feng tree is nourished with the essence of natural wind and is hence good for many wind type celestial worms . I can now collect my monthly resources from the academy they should provide me with these leves."
Then he began reading about different types of celestial worms their strengths and weakness etc.
" Swift gale celestial a peak rank 1 movement type , it is very fast and can beat some lower rank 2 in terms of speed. It can either provide stable and fast speed for a long time distance or burst with a sudden speed explosion for a short distance .
Also the sudden speed explosion takes a lot of essence so it can be used only after reaching first stage middle phase or you will be completely left without any celestial essence only after a single burst of speed " so it can also be used like that Huo ling frowned , it was good that he came to Library or he would not know about it.
He realised that it was almost evening now so he left and reached his courtyard.
" According to the cultivation guide manual I have to collect essence from nature and guide it into my celestial sea ,then fuse it within my celestial sea until a smokey gray coloured pack appears then I have to concentrate my essence into the small area of somke gray coloured essence and burst it open and then all my essence will be changed to smokey gray and i will reach first stage middle phase " Huo ling pondered and began to cultivate.
He cultivated for about 3 hours straight and could feel his essence getting little thicker he opened his eyes and sighed "i cultivated for 3 hours and only a slight change occurred. If it was an excellent grade talent he should have experienced more improvement as higher the grade of talent more faster and easily they can gather essence from nature"
"Anyways i should sleep now and collect my resources tomorrow " saying so he went to bed.
Next morning in front of the resource distribution branch Huo ling collected his resources " I got enough leaves for one month to feed my celestial worm but as it eats little more than ordinary first rank celestial's I can not indulge in a fight or I will run out of its food before the month comes to an end " he then looked towards another disciple, he was from second class and had received considerably more food for his celestial worm and sighed.
He then looked at a rond shiny stone in his hand " so it is a essence stone , it is my first time seeing one such shine and beauty" Huo ling said.
Essence stones were condensed form of natural essence and could be used for fast absorption of natural essence by cultivators , they also acted as currency and were very important and valuable.
"Class three disciples only get 1 per month , second class recieves three per disciple and the first class disciples get 5 for a month. So much difference." Huo ling compared the resources and once again his mood became sad as he remembered how he was framed and betrayed.
"Lets clam down and go to the Library I donot want such an incident to happen again so lets search for some more knowledge to become smart and find a way to strengthen my soul power". Saying so he went straight to the library ignoring the class.
