" This much should be enough for today " Huo ling finished his reading and started with cultivation

Next day after the class was over :
" Elder Yang" Huo ling greeted him with a bow.

" What rank do I need to participate in the battle between different academies " he asked

" I want to challenge the silver rankings" Huo ling asked the incharge at battle arena.
The instructor looked at him and said "It is your first time here ? " He asked.
" Yes , I was on a mission so could not attend earlier " he replied.
" Are you sure you want to do it today, maximum disciples have gathered at the disciple meet arranged by Chen Chang" instructor said.
Huo ling frowned " this Chen family bastard is definitely had got clues about me being academies student and is trying to collect information " he was sure that one of the reasons in this meeting would surely be him.
" I will have to keep an eye on this guy and prepare or I will be caught off-guard" he was cautious as opponent had a very huge plus in background.

He didn't care about people knowing of him winning he just wanted the rank.
" Okay, for entering ranks till top twenty , disciples have to go through the silver cave. The longer the distance the higher the rank , but to enter top ten you have to challenge the rank owner and defeat the person for their rank" the instructor elaborated the rules.
"Oh so that is the way" Huo ling understood the process .
He had learnt about the silver cave , it was a test ground for new disciples and had a formation of rank two confusion Celestial worms and rank one gravity celestial worms.
The confusion worms were rank 2 so they were easily able to mess with stage one masters and make their mind unstable and tired , and the addition of 5times gravity made it a realistic feeling.
So disciples gradually gave in at different distances and the farthest had the highest rank.
It was a really good way to test people in a short span of time and no stage one celestial master had ever reached the end due to confusion formation.
" So this is the silver cave " Huo Ling was looking at a cave with a huge entrence in the background of battle arena it was huge and dark.
" After you enter the cave we will know your position here due a certain Celestial worm and we can easily give you a rank also when you reach your limits sit down and wait for people to retrieve you " the instructor said.
The visuals of inside the cave could be seen outside due to a special Celestial and was a very famous attraction for disciples to look at, but today there were only three disciples present here , looking at it curiously.
"Okay" Huo ling Smiled as this cave must be a horrific experience for others , for him it was as easy as a walk in the park.
One could say it was made for him to cheat , why ? Because he had Clear Clear worm and his soul was stronger than initial phase second stage masters so the confusion was not going to do much to him.
As for the gravity ,it was not a problem for him at the time he joined the academy now after practicing his combat technique to maximum , there was no need to explain it.
He entered the cave .

This was Li Qing the strongest first year disciple she didn't answer and just looked at the visual representation.

Meanwhile Huo ling entered the cave and looked around.
" It looks like it was artificially made by Celestial masters , for testing disciples" he thought by assessing the situation and than began to move forward.
But soon things changed outside of the cave.
" How is that possible is he cheating?" The first class disciple shouted lowly.
Li Qing also frowned and the other girl was stupefied by the scene.
The instructor's brain almost exploded due to the sudden incident." How is it possible he should be in the formation now how is he moving so freely" ?
He checked and the formation was working properly. " Does this kid have something special? " He began to think after confirming everything.
Meanwhile Huo ling without any problem reached the end of the cave.
" How is that possible only stage two celestial masters can reach the end of the cave and they also don't reach there so easily as him " Li Qing was shocked.
The male disciple felt irritated and asked the instructor" he must have cheated instructor or how could he have done it "
The instructor gave him a cold gaze and said " Do you think I am blind and not notice if he cheating ? I personally checked him and the formation is working correctly too "
The disciple shut up as he was not going to break rules of the academy for such a thing.
The instructor went in and brought Huo ling back.
" You have passed and got the farthest of all disciples so you will get the 11th rank " he marked his name on the list and soon the positions could be seen changing on the list.
After settling there was his name carved at the eleventh rank.
