The wall loomed high above him. It was smooth like skin, no crevices, no cracks. He felt around in the darkness only felt the wall, cold and unfeeling. He sucked in air, preparing himself. He jumped! Then using the air as a stepping stone, he jumped again… and again… and again. His heart jacked! His lunged sucked for air, not enough. His sides pained him but he went on. Jump, jump, jump! He was on top of the wall. He collapsed. He knew it was dangerous but he couldn’t go on, he needed to rest. He had done the impossible, now for the easy part.
