The being known as the Clawed Core witnessed the turn of days and nights, winters and summers, suns and mewns, without many novelties. 99% of all situations were accounted fur, and the system was at its most robust state for the data the Clawed possessed.

The Clawed was a spirit, but it also identified as a cat due to the environment it was born in. However, instead of choosing to become a dungeon, it chose to become the core of the system. The System needed mew things, and what was better for a cat than putting its smell on the entire framework the world ran on?

The system wasn't a selfsustaining entity; it needed a host and a staging ground for its opurration. It needed the ether cores that didn't resonate with a spirit and become dungeon cores. It needed to inhabit them and power its processing and catculation tasks. But as with most things, soulless cores decayed with time, so the system always needed mew cores.

But the Clawed had found a fix for the system's plight, on the condition that the system would irrevocably change into a form that promoted cats as the dominant rulers of this world. They had found a new core, and the Clawed had forcefully resonated with it and inhabited it alongside the system. The construct had found a living creature to enhance its abilities, but the Clawed passively altered the system's objectives to prioritize the wellbeing of cats over other creatures.

Suddenly, the Clawed was assaulted by a pressure on its spirit, the system sending him the data of something new it didn't know how to deal with.
