It was finally the beginning of July, which meant the last days of term. All the exams were finished and Luna, Ginny and Avalon were sitting in the early summer sun. "So Lupin's a werewolf?" Ginny asked. "Yes. I think he would have eaten us all if it wasn't for Snape." Avalon said.
"I still can't figure out why, but I think Snape would kill for you," Ginny said as she moved to a lower position to get more sunlight. "Must have been terrifying." Luna said. "It was." Avalon said as she stared into the lake.
"If you're going to stare at something, why don't you stare at me?" George Weasley said as he sat down next to them. "The water has more content." Ginny said annoyed. "No doubt about it. "Fred said as he also sat down. "The giant squid," "fish," "mermaids." You should ask Slytherin," the twins said alternately.
Avalon smiled at them. "I've been thinking about what happened." Avalon said. "We've heard a lot." George said. "Almost getting attacked by a wolf." Fred added. "But best to look at whatever life throws at you with humour." George said.
"Otherwise life will be too hard." Fred added. "It's something our uncle once said." George finished. "The only thing we really remember about him." Fred said,
"Almost no one is left from that side, just a few great aunts like Auntie Muriel." Fred said. "Our rude and crazy great-aunt," George added, "refuses to call me Ginny." Ginny chimed in. "Oh Ginerva, don't slouch, mind your posture." George said raising his voice. "Yes child, what are you, a Muggle born?" Fred added sounding the same before bursting into laughter.

"Everyone remembers James and Lily," George said. "But the war broke up many families." He added. Suddenly George smiled again. "Don't mind me, I had a bit of sentiment stuck in my teeth, its gone now."
"Popbebly P, O, S, D." Fred joked. "What's that?" asked Avalon. "Post Owl Stress Disorder. "George added. The twins burst out laughing again, Ginny shook her head. "I heard you were lucky though," George said. "Harry's still in hospita wingl." Fred added.
Arwen flew down to them and left a letter. Avalon took it from her leg and petted her. "What does it say?" Luna asked. Avalon read it quickly. "My mum has a new job. We are moving." Avalon said. "To Surrey. Good thing my mum said it's a bigger house." She said. "A town called Little Winging," she read. "Really. Anything else?" Fred asked. "Apparently they were moving to Privet Drive 6," Avalon replied.
"You poor unfortunate soul," George said, "that's two doors down from Harry's family," Fred added. "They're awful." George began. "Horrible." Fred added. "Worse! But there's no word for it." George said. "We rescued him from them last year." Fred added.
"She says your mum helped mine move." Avalon said to the Weasleys. "Your mum probably moved in then. "Ginny said, "Why do you think that? "Magic makes packing and moving ten times easier." Fred added. "And Mum is old enough to use magic." George finished. They spent the rest of the afternoon talking about Avalon's new house and her horrible new neighbours.
A few days later came the End of Year Festival. Dumbledore's speech was short, it didn't mention Black. All Dumbledore said was that the year was coming to an end and that Lupin had sadly resigned so that a new Defence Professor could be expected.
After the feast it was time to get ready for the train home, Oona's parents had arranged for Sharon to spend the summer with them as they were moving to Avalon. Before they boarded the train, the twins joined them. "Listen, the Quidditch World Cup is in England this summer, maybe we'll see you all there."
"Dad's got 3 tickets," Luna said. "He bought one for you for Ava." She added. "And he asked your mum if you could come to my house 2 weeks before term starts. Surprise." Luna said. And with that, they all got on the train and headed home.
