Blacksquare here, end of volume 1 which is the end of act zero.

Act Zero has been the prologue of the story to be honest. I wanted to give more of a backstory to the MC's motivation rather than a flashback or anything so I decided to write it in the form of a short novel.

I started this because I wanted to express my story, a story I formed over years, and I don't know if someone's reading this now or in the future, but if you do I'm deeply thankful. I appreciate every feedback and I'll try to do my best. I know my English is not the best and that I might make mistakes and I might make things confusing so ask anything if you want to know the answer, as long as it's not spoiler territory.

Let me be honest for a moment here, I've been really scared about the consistency of this. I have documents over documents that explain characters, planets and rules of the world, quite a bit. And as a first time author I fear I might've not done the best when it comes to writing the characters into their respective personality. Let's talk a bit about Adonai here. I wanted him to start a bit depressed, as any college student, and then his life changed as time passed and realizes it's worth living for, only for him to lose everything again. I wanted the transition to be visible and not to feel like it suddenly changed or he's out of characters. I feel like I didn't give enough time for some things to really take place and I'll try my best to correct that in the future.

Lastly, I'll explain a bit about Ragnarok and Caera names, they are The Carnival Hierarchy, you can look it up yourself, but because it's basically a moving circus, The Black Parade uses a hierarchy system internally.

I can't really think of a lot more to say so I'll leave it at this to be honest. Once again if you're already reading it or if you just did, or if you will pick it up in the future I'm very thankful for giving a bit of your time to read this, as good or bad as it might be. Next volume is gonna be the beginning of the story, the prologue is over, and now we're gonna get into Adonai searching for the Black Parade and more Points of No Return, please look forward to it.

As this foolish author said, the act zero ended here, and now the first act shall begin, what will be in store for our protagonist? What hardships will he endure, what pain and suffering will he go through, and what the majestic me will get from all of this? You'll have to keep reading and find out.
