Chapter 3 – History and Slave
Deep in my mind while sleeping.
Getting into the depths of my memory.
[My mother’s name is Maria Reinfield who was born as a noble with high magic proficiency and is one of those genius in the Tenri Magic academy.
It seems after graduation, my mom joined Adventures Guild and had lot of adventures and met my father Grey Reinfield while acting as a guard for a noble lady who came to marry my dad. It seems it was love at first sight for my dad and when he proposed to my mom not to the noble lady there was a lot commotion until they found out that my mom belongs to one of the High Noble Family of the Tenri Kingdom.
My mom’s parent are dead while doing some magic experiments and the estate was transferred to her Uncle, who in greed of the money, sent my mom soon to Tenri Magic academy. Well she didn’t care for her property and had fun in the academy.
Now, my father who is the King of Reinfield ‘Grey Reinfield’ was a man with inborn talents for both combat and magic, but not getting high due to the power he possess, was a kind man who was loved by people and few nobles and was hated by large number of nobles due to my father’s policies in ruling and his brother ‘Den Reinfield’ since he was not able to get the throne from him.
Den Reinfield who took another route by becoming High Priest using the hatred of the noble for my dad caused lot of commotion when my father thought of a peace treaty towards the Demon Kingdom to avoid bloodshed in the name of ‘Holy War’ towards Demons.
When the treaty was about to be signed in which even the Demon Continent also liked it, Den used this as a sign and usurped the throne and put both my father and mother who is pregnant in a jail by using the nobles.
My mother, Maria Reinfield unlike my father had both kind and cunning personality. When she became Queen she was aware of the hatred towards my father of various noble and his brother, she secretly found a place surrounded by forest and sea and created a building without anyone knowing, using her previous adventures connection.
She then bought a slave who had a disease which causes Mana Depletion due to some poison that slave took from some circumstance. Her name is ‘Ellen’ and is a demi-human born to a noble and a beastmen slave.
Ellen will die within four years so Maria bought her and gave her only one command i.e if they were not able to escape from castle, if any commotion takes place, she will transfer her child to this place and Ellen will take care of the child until she dies.
Since Mana Depletion disease can’t be cured Ellen who was in despair and when she was bought by Maria she found a ray of light where she can die a painless death under the kindness of Maria]

[Man I thought she died when she was lying like that, only to be found alive when she snored (chuckles)]
[From the information I have and through the time estimation (seems like my previous world), this lady will die within 3years and 5months]
[So when I was almost four she will die. Well that kind of sucks]
[So unlike my father who is strong and kind, my mom is strong as well as kind and cunning]
[Man, how much did she predicated the unfold events. Truly it sucks to be her opponent]
[So this huge power I have within me is Mana, eh. And it can be increased using meditation, hmm]
[Well that suits my situation. I can’t walk so I can just meditate and get used to it]
[While at that I have to process a little more information from my mother. Let see:
Guild System - Well as the name sounds it is comprised of people with a particular goal or job and is situated in every continent in Gaia
1. Adventures Guild – This guild as the name sounds, formed for adventures and jobs are mostly compromised like hunting, guard, labyrinth and dungeon clearing, etc. and earn money from it. There is ranking system from F to SSS and the jobs can be taken based on the ranking of the person. Various Continent Soldiers doesn’t attack adventures except during war times. Anyone can enter at the age of 15.
2. Merchant Guild – As the name sounds, group of merchants who mainly control the economics of each continent on background. Merchants also go to various continents and are not attacked by the soldiers of each continent except during war time.
3. Mercenary Guild – Are group for mercenary who mainly participate for war and raids and also act as guards. They are mainly favored by Jonar Kingdom and Demon Continent andWand country but other countries only allow them if there is a job for them.
4. Dark guilds – Is a combination of Slave Merchants, Thief’s and others who follow dark sect. Except Slave Merchants other parties are not welcomed by any other countries except Uslafr country.
5. Magic Guild – Combination of Council of Mage from Tenri and Other Magicians from all over the continent. Favored by almost every continent except Uslafr Country. Can only enter if they have high magic proficiency or through Tenri Magic Academy.

Well other than these information Maria passed be three spells which can only be after I become Five and one spell which I can use it now.
1. Status Hide Spell – Used to create fake status which can be used in any Guilds. This spell known only to the Royalty and helps to hide from informants.
2. Teleport object Spell – Which is a lower version of teleportation spell that can only be used to teleport objects. Well that sucks. I want to teleport too. Alright I will research on it later.
3. Status Spell – Helps to view status. Status can be viewed through status card provided in the Temple. But using this spell I can generate my own status card
4. Telepathy Spell – Helps to talk to people through Mind voice. It seems she is the one that invented this spell through various research[wow! mom I thought you were an adventurer but a researcher] It was already invented in theory but the one who invented the practical use is Maria which earned the title prodigy. This is the only spell which I can use now]
Got exhausted with all these information.
[I need some food]
[Alright let’s use telepathy on Ellen and ask her food. But how to use magic and telepathy?]
[What to do? Since I can’t speak. Dammit!!!]
[Calm down Leon. No its Woden now]
[Since I don’t know have a clue about magic all I will do is cry so she will give me food]
[Mom really even though you transferred me the spells, you didn’t even bother to transfer me the very basic knowledge on how to use magic?]
[Really are you genius or scatter brain]
Me: “Waa… Waa… Waa..”
[Mom did you send me to the wild without any surviving skills or want me develop my surviving skills. I really don’t know what she really thinks]
[Really. If it were any other child it would’ve died due to the pain in the brain while processing these information that has gone two days]
[Maybe I’m lucky that I was reincarnated with my old memories intact, else even I would’ve died]
[Ah, I forgot. Today is the day of execution of my dad]
[Shit I want to know what happened]
Ellen’s POV

[Now what should I do?]
[Young master suddenly started to cry and I can’t even cuddle him fearing my disease may affect him]
[Well I will go and get the food. If he doesn’t stop crying even after that I don’t know what to do only to pray the god.]
While preparing food Woden
[But he is a weird child. I know Master Maria is weird because she built a cave like house in this remote place near the Reinfield Border Forest and order me to take care of her child that she will teleport in case of emergency]
[Even so I can’t complain. When I was sold as a slave by my father, who is a noble, who used me as a meat shield when some assassin came to kill him. Because of him, the deadly poison entered my body only to know that I will die within four years]
[Master Maria is the only person who bought me from the Slave trader and arrange medicine for me which easy my pain till I die]
[My Master never even bothered to tell me her family detail. She just told me that some people target her and her husband which she was in life threatening situation. At first I thought that that she too will use me as a meat shield when the situation occurs but she gave only one order which is to take care of this place and young master when the need arises which pulled me from despair]
[Well what do you expect from a demi-human slave born to a noble and to his slave beastmen. My mother who comes from Dog Tribe of the beastmen got into debt and sold as a sex slave and died while giving birth to me to that noble. He didn’t treat like his child but a free sex slave]
[Really his own child. Well I was glad now that I’m free from but this situation is pretty dire]
Giving food to Woden
[Why? Because I’m taking care an infant who carefully observes each and every corner of the room including me]
[Well, I will die within three years anyway]
[Now I need to go to nearby village to restock the food supply and medicine]
Woden sleeps
[He is cute when he sleeps though. From what Master Maria told me his name should be Woden and she hadn’t given any information about herself and didn’t contact me even when she transferred the child here]
[I have no idea how she did but from her instruction if Young Master Woden arrives here alone then something must have happened to them and the Rights of Slave will be transferred to him]
[Well I didn’t thought young master Woden will an infant]
[Well he is my Master now who I have to take care till my death]
