Zelrora is a succubus, one created personally by his majesty the demon king. While she was not a demon general she was in a fairly high position in the demon army that's why she was tasked with this mission.

Thankfully everything was prepared perfectly so that Reyna the demon slayer can't get in for at least a few minutes which was more than enough for her to complete her mission.

Succubus were considered a type of mind devil, they of course were no where near good enough as actual mind devil but they had enough mind magic knowledge to at least be able to read thoughts and find memories.

Zelrora was given a good amount of imps to take care of the prophesized hero's party, she managed to capture one of them but unfortunately she managed to escape it seemed she had a sort of mind magic resistance that stopped Zelrora from seducing her.

She had run away from the clearing she made in the mist and back to the mist, and things were going well for the imp swarm she threw at the party. they were quickly getting overwhelmed however to her shock.

The hero's party floated up into the air in a pinkish bubble before they were launched towards the clearing she made for herself.

Is this the goddess candidate? witnessing the the beauty of that pink energy was honestly quite enticing to Zelrora one of the prophesized hero's party members was said to have the potential to ascend to godhood, it said that the power this person wields is 'a whole new energy all together'. Zelrora personally did not believe this but seeing it with her own eyes she had to.

The pink energy was almost like magic but it had a different feel to it, it was definitely not magic, but to humans it might be mistaken as just that... simple magic, humans are too foolish to realize the amount of strength they hold with this individual they have in their numbers...

Just when the group of alert students recovered from the fall they stood up and looked around the clearing wearily. Of course Zelrora was fully capable of killing all of them if she pleased, she did not want to. She liked to toy with her prey.

Arron gritted his teeth and glared at her, "Who the fuck do you take me for?!" He yelled before he lunged at her swinging his sword in a wide arc, Zelrora was quite impressed but she didn't use any mind magic to influence him so it was not surprising he managed to fight back.

She jumped back slightly dodging his swing, "Calm down honey~" She only managed to irritate Arron with her words as he lunged at her once more, it seems the others were also starting to move. Suzi slowly circled the succubus while Arron distracted her, Evelyn was too tired to do anything and Amanda's face reddened either from anger or from embarrassment at the succubus blatantly trying to seduce Arron and maybe a hint of... "You're the mind demon aren't you?" Arron glared down at her in disgust, "Where is Regina?!" He increased the force exerted by his blade and Zelrora took a step back letting his blade hit the ground by removing her claw out of the way.

"I have no clue who the is-" Her back was slashed by a grey claw as Suzi prepared to deliver another hit, black blood couldn't ooze out of the previous wound before another was made on her leg forcing her to kneel.

But then, "What?!" Suzi exclaimed as she looked at the wound she had inflicted, it didn't bleed at all before the succubus disappeared from thin air. Suzi's instincts flared a hand grabbed her by the head and slammed her down on the floor, Arron tried to attack the succubus but his blade was grabbed and he was countered harshly with a punch to the face. A sickening crunch reverberated as he started bleeding through the nose. A kick to the stomach forced him to let go of his sword and he was throne back.

The succubus put her foot on Suzi and smacked away an incoming beam of light which just baffled Amanda, her most powerful attack was smacked away like nothing? Ridiculous! This demon was playing with them!

Suzi got the worst of it the succubus's foot increasing the pressure on her back as the succubus kneeled down and brough her claw to Suzi's head threateningly, "All of you stop or else your friend loses her brain." A smirk etched it's way onto her face.

Arron got up groaning blood pouring from his nose Amanda froze at the threat and Evelyn stood up, she didn't participate in the fight because her mind was still exhausted from the previous stunt she pulled. Her chest heaved with each breath as she processed the situation.

Suzi stopped moving tensing up feeling the sharpness of the succubus's claw on the back of her head.

"Good~ now that we're all calm. Let's have a conversation~" Zelrora was happy that she managed to stop the idiots from moving, her task was to kill them of course but she might as well toy with their psyche before doing so.

"I have a question for all of you~" She smirked as she shifted on top of Suzi sitting down on her back keeping her claw close to the back of her head.

"If there was a wyrm charging towards an innocent group of five young people, and you had the power to prevent their death~ with a push of a button you can change the direction the wyrm is charging in. However..." Zelrora trailed off holding a finger up with her free hand.

"If you change the direction the wyrm will then be charging towards a single innocent person." Zelrora continued. The group of students was still tense ready for any attack but they considered her question.

"Would you push the button and decide the fate of that single innocent person," The succubus's grin widened her eyes scrutinizing them, "Or would you let the wyrm run over the five people?"

Amanda considered the question thinking hard about it gritting her teeth, "Oh and to make it easier for you, the single person is an evil, vile person. However... He is a changed man with a loving wife and an 8 year old daughter. So would you push the button now?" She relished in the limbo she's put them in, her eyes taking in their uncertain expressions.

"Would you deny the man his redemption and a bright and happy fate with his family while killing five people that you know nothing about? Or would you punish him for his previous actions that he regrets dearly." Zelrora was happy seeing their expressions.

"Honestly, I would push the button two times and see what would happen, because changing the direction of a charging wyrm is no easy feat." A feminine voice reverberated to the side.

A short woman with a truly beautiful face, she had a petite cute figure that didn't take away from her body's beauty and had medium length fluffy and curly orange hair. The woman had a mocking smirk on her face as she stomped on the head of the already bleeding out succubus cracking her skull slightly. The succubus screamed out in pain, "Heheheh~ serving fate would be the last thing I do~" Her giggling evolved into demented cackling at the state of the succubus beneath her.

"Simply put the outcome of this encounter was one I liked and having the demon king interfere with my fun and try to ruin the outcome." She heaved a long sigh before she continued. "Let's just say it was not very pleasing to me." She increased the pressure of her boot on the succubus's skull cracking it even more the formerly beautiful demon thrashed around clutching her sharp claws at the fabric of the woman's clothing, but it just would not tear! Not even a single rip or cut was made on her clothes.

"It's about time you die honestly, it's been really boring. Do better Venkalth Zorander." She was not speaking to the succubus but through her... The succubus's eyes widened as her breath hitched she was about to let out a protesting plea before she was cut off by the woman swiping her hand the succubus was turned into a bloody paste which was quickly wiped away as well with a second swipe from her hand.

Her eyes lingered on Evelyn for more than Evelyn was comfortable with she averted her eyes shaking slightly, the way she just taunted and mocked the demon before it's death was just terrifying to Evelyn, but she also got a certain... Feeling from the woman and it was Mate- before she could finish her thought the woman spoke up grabbing her attention.

"Let me ask you a question." She took a couple of steps forward which caused the students to tremble in her presence.

The group had seen what she did to the demon they had to struggle with so much just to end up hostages, and she just came and played with the demon like it was nothing...

She asked curiously tilting her head to the side giggling as Arron stared back at her in defiance, "Look at that, you're quite the tough little cookie~" She stepped closer bringing her hand up which caused the whole group to panic. they had seen what the woman was capable of, and the way she went about killing the succubus terrified them to their core.

Amanda pushed Arron aside managing to overcome her fear somewhat coming in between him and the woman, "D-Don't come any closer!" She held her rapier up her mana cloak already active, but she knew she cannot do anything to the woman.

"... What?" Arron stared off into space in confusion. What had just happened was not in their expectations but it had saved their skin from a demon thankfully...
