What he knew about orcs was that they were extremly proud creatures that respected strength. There are no deceptions on the life of the orcs because they didnt feel the need to lie.
If you were strong you said what you wanted and did what you wanted, and if you were a weak orc you would fight for food and die .
Orcs are really hated by humans because they dont know how to farm and have an enormous sex drive, the female orcs dont survive most battles so they resort to plundering human villages and stealing their women to reproduce .
There are sayings on the human society that an orc can even fuck a tree and the tree would bear their children, they would literally fuck anything.
Orcs are also used by humans as slaves, they are used as gladiators in the kingdom's capital and they actually dont mind it. As long as you give them food if they win the battles they would sign up even if they were not slaves, so for orcs , food and women are everything.
Irwin's plan was simple, extract energy from the nearby beasts enough to create a skill that he named " The kings wrath " which released an aura that made him look extremely strong and caused fear to the opponents who looked at him .
He added a small 2% chance of making an enemy submit after he activated it, and it spent around 1 LP every 10 seconds, so even though this skill was overpowered , with his energy pool he could only maintain between 2 to 3 minutes.
And thats where the problem lay, if he didnt convince the orcs around that time frame he would not have enough energy to escape, which would mean inevitable death or slavery if he was lucky .
So to create the " King's Wrath " he had to kill an entire pack demonic wolves, which didnt prove to be that much of a hassle since he has memories of his predecessor and a sword that negates any mana attacks, the problem however lay in turning orcs into humans .
At first he though of creating something called as " transformation fruit " but it cost around 20 energy just to make one, it would take him decades to humanise thousands of orcs , which is why he came up with a better plan .
" The Great Parchment Statue " as he called it.
He planned on using the parchment to turn a giant rock into a statue that upon touching and saying a certain chanting, would turn any monster into a humanoid version of it, the problem however lay on the fact as to how he would get a giant statue into the orc settlement , and all the energy it required to create such a statue .
At first the statue cost around 100 energy points to create, but after adding the option that all humanoid monsters would feel loyalty towards him, the energy required turned from 100 to 500 .
" Are you kidding me parchment? Where the fuck can I Extract 500 energy from? Even if I destroy this entire forest I could only get 2 energy points from like 7 trees? "
- mind your manners boy, there is no high return without high risk. If you wish to become someone great you have to take great risks.
" you keep saying this, I know that trying to convince the orcs will be highly risky but.."
- who is talking about orcs, if you want I can teleport you to the other side of the barrier for free.
Did you know this text is from a different site? Read the official version to support the creator.
There is a Fire-Breathing Serpent layer literally 5 miles outside the barrier, if you kill them all you can extract enough energy to create the statue you need, in fact if you pull this off I will reward you by carrying the statue in my subspace and placing it to the orc's settlement whenever you want me to.
" brother parchment why are you so keen to getting me killed, you said it yourself that Elysium was full of monsters that can squash me like bugs .
I dont even have enough energy to create a good enough skill to give me a fair chance to battle .
I can barely take on wolves who can get baited into attacking me and falling into my trap so easily"
- I will up the stakes then, I will grant you an innate ability for free that you can use without energy and give you a free mana pool just like your energy pool that you have in your belly. That way you can extract both mana and life energy from things.
" Shit, why didnt I think of creating a mana pool sooner, are you telling me that I could have extracted twice the energy if I did this before? "
- its because your stupid that I am doing this, its to give you a push into becoming worthy of me.
" Is that why you're helping me? Then I agree if that skill will give me a 90% chance of victory"
-refused, the skill will be a skill that will aid on your growth, not a destruction skill .
Look kid all the skills you perform are activated through me, I dont like my host to use skills on his own so the fact I am doing this is out of my character. Take it or leave it !
" I get it okay damn why you have to make me feel sorry about not wanting to die, brother parchment your means are truly viscous "
Seeing as the parchment stopped responding to his moaning and complaining, he decided to be bold and accept the deal.
At his confirmation, the parchment flickered and a blue light came out of it and attached itself on his back forming a blue colored tatto of a star.
" is this my mana pool, the design looks so much cooler than the energy pool I created. I bet women will think my back looks super cool "
A dark red and ominous light came out of the parchment and stuck itself on the centre of his right palm, and the following words appeared on the parchment.
- Skill type: Innate ( 0 energy cost to activate )
Skill effect: when your enemy is on the verge of defeat, instantly execute them and consume 10% of their remaining energy that is instantly added to either your mana pool or energy pool depending on energy type .
Irwin had to admit, the parchment created things much more efficiently than he ever could, but this didnt actually increase his chances of succeeding much.
" Doesnt this mean the enemies need to be on the verge of death before I can use it? How much energy would they have if they are close to death? Wouldn't they have used most of their energy by then? And why absorb only 10℅ of that? Isnt it basically nothing, hey respond to me you trickster... Cancel the deal I dont wanna go.. Hey I said cancel the deal "
Ignoring his screams of terror, our poor Irwin was dragged to yet another hellish trip without giving his consent .
