The morning sun shone through the windows of the academy as Jack walked down the hall. He stepped into his first class of the day, feeling ready to learn. As he entered, he was met with a room full of eager faces, all looking just as excited as him. The lecture hall smelled of freshly sharpened pencils and a faint waft of coffee. Students slowly filled the room, their collective energy was palpable in the air. The room buzzed with anticipation as the students waited for the professor to begin her lecture on mana manipulation. It was a subject that excited each and every student. The professor stood in the center of the room and smiled. She knew how eager they were to learn. His professor, Verna Payne; a short woman with bright green eyes, welcomed everyone and began the lesson.
"Today," she said, "we will be learning about different styles of mana manipulation. Each technique has its own benefits and drawbacks, and I will explain them all to you. It will be up to you to decide which style works best for you and your goals."
The professor then began to list off the various methods of mana manipulation. She explained the pros and cons of each one.
After the professor had gone through each technique, she paused.
"Now," she said, "that's enough for today. Take the rest of this class period to think about the techniques I just went over. In the next class period, I will give you the opportunity to try them. Who knows, you might just discover something entirely new!"
Jack was shocked by how rapidly the class passed. He learned of new spells and techniques and felt inspired by the possibilities. When the bell rang, he hurried to his next class. In that class, he learned about different styles of monsters and how to deal with each. He made some new friends among the students and enjoyed the time spent learning about these creatures.
It was the next class period and Choi was teaching about dueling. It was a subject that intrigued many of the students, as dueling had been a part of human history long before magic was ever discovered.
Choi explained the rules and regulations of dueling, as well as the strategies used by duelers in order to come out victorious. He gave examples of famous duels throughout history and described the intricate strategies used by the duelers.
He also went into detail about the various types of duels and the differences between them, including the rules of honor that are expected in formal duels. The students listened intently, eager to learn the secrets of how to be a successful dueler.
He also talked about the different types of duels—ones that involved magic and ones that didn't. The students were captivated by this knowledge, and eager to take their own first steps into this ancient art.
Jack found himself particularly inspired after class was over. He couldn't help but feel exhilarated at the thought of being able to duel another mage using these techniques he had just learned about. He decided that he would practice these techniques as much as possible.
Stolen story; please report.
Before he knew it, the bell for the end of the day had rung and it was time to leave.
Jack couldn't believe how quickly the day had flown by. He had learned so much and was eager to learn more. After class, it was a calm cool spring evening, so he decided to work on some magic manipulation. As he stepped out of the classroom and into the fresh evening air, he felt a strange sense of anticipation. He had no idea what was in store for him next, but he was excited to find out.
The sun had just begun to set, painting a canvas of deep oranges, blues, and purples in the sky as far as the eye could see. He spent some time taking it all in, marveling at the beauty of it. When the night had grown deep enough, he finally made his way to the practice area.
He took a deep breath before entering, allowing the tranquility of the night to wash over him. Once there, he started to warm up, stretching and loosening his muscles. After that, he began his practice, honing his skills and perfecting his magical technique. As the hours passed, he felt himself growing more attuned to the elements and more aware of the energy that surrounded him. His movements were deliberate and graceful, almost like a dance, and yet the strength and power in his motions were unmistakable. He practiced with a silent intensity as if his life depended on it. He moved with an odd stillness as if each moment had been stretched out and frozen in time.
His practice seemed like it was never ending as each second passed by in slow motion. His senses were extremely heightened as he practiced, yet somehow, he could feel the power from within stirring as he worked. He continued experimenting and exploring what else he could do with his mana. Suddenly, he felt a surge of power that cut through his body. In the next moment, he felt a tremendous force around him, and the air began to sparkle with various colored sparks. He opened his eyes in utter amazement and saw the electricity swirling around him in intricate patterns and shapes. He stared in awe; never before had he created such a pure electrical aura. The night seemed to become brighter and brighter as his power grew more potent.
Looking around, he focused on each and every one of the sparks. He would manipulate them into patterns and shapes. The sparks were shining in an intricate rainbow of colors. The air around him sparkled brightly. The lights varied in color, not all of them were bright. Some flickered, others pulsated. He could see the sparks sticking to each other and the ground, like some giant spider web.
The air around him began to hum and buzz with an electric current. The sparks felt like they were made of energy, unlike any other electricity he had created before. He reached his hand out, he could feel the warmth of the sparks on his skin.
he continued pushing until eventually, the lights became so intense that he couldn’t look directly at them. Eventually, the power became too much for him to control. Realizing the danger he was in, he quickly dismissed the electricity and the sparks began to slowly fade away until the only thing left was his own dimly lit silhouette. He stood there for what felt like an eternity, overwhelmed by his training session.
What was that? He looked down at his hands. And he clenched his fists. I’m starting to catch up.
For a while, that was how things were at the academy. Every night Jack would practice mastering the control of his power, and every day he would learn at the Academy, immersing himself in their lessons and techniques. As the days wore on, he found himself growing stronger and more confident with each passing day.
