In the dark void of space a spaceship was falling. warning lights screeched glowing with deep crimson red light. The astronaut within frantically cutting wires to no avail. The lights suddenly stopped leaving only pitch black darkness as the ship entered the atmosphere. It’s entire being now engulfed with flame. Metal peeled off, plastic melting as the astronaut gripped onto the ship walls praying for salvation. Through the swirl of clouds the ship like a bullet pierced through. It seemed that the heavens itself was being broken.
Falling faster and faster, layers of steel broke as the hot flame caused fractures to grow. Holding for dear life the astronaut swore as the ship broke into two, the gravity pushing her to the ship’s floor. The suit was now torn and shredded. The rocket in the night sky looked like a shooting star falling away.

As the broken rocket neared the lower atmosphere seagulls flew, avoiding falling scrap and debris. Below roaring waves met with fiery metal dousing the flames in ice cold water. The main piece of the rocket fell with a booming splash, water rushing into it. The ship was now slowly sinking. Gasping for air, the astronaut held on as she was sucked deeper into the deep blue abyss of the ocean. Swimming upwards she struggled to stay afloat.
Waves crashed into her again and again as the sky burned with fiery debris. There was no chance for her to survive yet she still struggled. Throwing away the remains of her suit she held on a floating piece of the rocket. Breathing loudly, she gripped onto it as she was carried by the angry waves. Around her thunder stuck as rain fell. The last of the rocket’s flame was gone and she was alone in the middle of the ocean.
