Longwei's last demand seemed to particularly anger Yue, however, knowing that he may still hold Lydia's favor she would not address his declaration just yet as doing so now would probably only go to anger Lydia. "Since you seem so confident in your capabilities to suggest such a thing I guess I'll make your trial a bit... Interesting", Yue responded forcing herself to regain her composure. She had to admit that she was at least curious as to how he was able to tell the difference between an awakening crystal and a Crystalised Talent assessment device, as such wasn't vindictive enough to do any actual lasting damage. "I am enacting the Trouppe Hunt Trial, an event that you will have one week to prepare yourself for", Yue declared feeling that this was the lightest possible punishment he was fit to receive after his arrogant display.
"Are you sure such a light trial is even worth enacting?? If you are giving a weeks preparation then it means a week where I am forced to be Councilwoman Lydia's disciple and cultivate under her learning all I need for the event??", Longwei summed up as simply as he could for the crowd to understand. "That is correct but judging from your tone you seem to be familiar with what the Trouppe hunt is??", Yue asked in genuine surprise as this would be the second piece of slave classified information this 9-year-old Brat was aware of, If this continued she might be forced to capture him for questioning as if others like him existed it wouldn't be long before slaves started rising against the Martial troupe causing an unnecessary amount of inconvenience.
"Yes... and I can tell you now that simply putting a few light weights on my back won't change how easily I will defeat you when I pass this trial and grow out to challenge you", Longwei said with full confidence, while he had business to settle with Lydia that would have to wait until he was strong enough to do so, If he was to amount to anything in this life it would be one small step at a time, he was truly in no rush as there was nothing he could see now that the heavenly realm did not have an abundance of.
"If that's how you feel then I guess there isn't any need for a rundown of the event... This Recruitment is over and we will be leaving with all selected candidates within the hour so be prepared and say your last goodbyes", Lydia said with yet another frown as she walked away from the crowd leaving the crowd's view. Sato and Yue shared a look and rushed after her leaving Longwei standing there with the other four who were accepted.
Longwei's P.O.V
I watched the three Troupe scouts walk off with a hint of disappointment, I at least thought these jokers would show me what they are made of rather than just throwing their weight around... But I guess not everyone can be expected to meet my standards. I initially assumed I was going to have to wait a whole year before I would be able to start cultivating but it seems the wai isn't necessary, with the Sects resources I should be able to establish my cultivation base properly, it also seems the only expectation they did meet is the disappointing fact that although their cultivation is high, none of their levels were cultivated thoroughly enough as such their bases are weaker than they could be.
I noticed one of the others who were accepted walking over to me, I believe his name was Hu something, I wonder what he wants. At least I did until I saw the dagger he drew, he rushed up to me and stabbed the dagger at my chest, not be conceited but even though he is much older than me and his body is better developed, My training thus far has made it so any none cultivators would be begging for a beating if they challenged me. I have to say though He is much weaker than expected, I ducked beneath his jab and leaped upward landing a clean uppercut sending him back a few meters. As I landed I immediately rushed forward to continue my assault, this, however, was when the first half impressive thing happened, As I was about to Land my punch another one of the accepted candidates jumped in the way and blocked it with both arms while another rushed and Pulled Hu what's his face out of our little scuffle, the force of my blow sends the boy skidding ver five yards but that was about it, he had successfully tanked my blow.

What the hell is this kid, That punch isn't something a 9-year-old should be able to dish out and why the hell does this damn brat so surprised that I blocked his punch, everyone knows of our Iron body technique, although admittedly without it I would Likely have died just now or at the very least broken my arms and back blocking that, even with Iron body my arms are throbbing and hurt like hell.
"What did you say your name was again??", The kid asked me while I'm still considering whether or not to fight him. The iron body is great but, I doubt it will be effective for Long, hell I'm supposed to be asking him that question. "Xu Mo of the Mo family", I respond in an unnaturally weak voice, am I scared of this kid?! Hell no!! Getting hurt is one thing but I refuse to accept it If I'm unable to stand up to a 9-year-old brat!!.
"I would Like to train with you If you don't mind", The boy said once more, his words only made the throbbing pain in my arms worse, but this time it wasn't fear but rather excitement I was feeling, the thought of training with this monster of a brat got me fired up, sadly to the Detriment of my injury. "I wouldn't mind... but that is on the condition that you forget Senior Hu's antic's today, he is impulsive and felt that you were not courteous enough to the Scouts of the Father Sect", I say hoping he would accept despite my understandably outrageous demand.
Longwei's P.O.V
Right, I almost forgot the reason I hated this place so much, the distasteful trend of referring to that garbage heap as the father sect. "Alright I guess that's reasonable, I wish to help you Improve your Iron Body technique whilst also having a half-decent punching bag to test my skills on", I say not trying to hide anything, there are truly to many weaklings here, even though they are mortals even I wasn't as pathetic as this, and that was in The heavenly realm, a place where even the most common man was able to level a city to the ground. "In that case, we can start tomorrow, we need to tend to our injuries, maybe the Scouts would let us train together for now", Xu mo said with a hint of anticipation. I'm not going to lie, I feel bad for what I'm about to do to this kid, It will help him but It won't be a painless endeavor at all. "Sure thing... Just make sure to rest till then, I won't take it easy on you at all", I say as I walk away, I can't help but be reminded of little Tony when I see this kid... I just hope those I decide to help this time around actually use my knowledge for the right reasons, unlike those treacherous brats.

The crowd made way trembling as Longwei left the Scene, other than his display of strength he was releasing thick killing intent that wasn't directed anywhere so whatever was pissing him off was now made everyone's problem. If they were ever to learn that it was because of some other group of people completely unrelated to them they would likely curse him out for his tyrannical ways. Xu Mo looked back to Xu Mei who was holding an unconscious Hu Beng glaring down at him.
"What do we do with this idiot??", Xu Mo asked his little sister as he was quickly losing patience with this boy and his antics, Xu Mei was also annoyed because Hu Beng's actions caused her brother visible harm, even at A distance she could see the slight swelling on both of his arms. "Trust me If could I would have the help that Longwei boy kill this moron, but a job is still a job none the less", Xu Mei said leaving Hu Beng on the ground and looking towards Longwei's departing figure with a look of assessment, "Forget it, we can determine whether or not he is a threat to our cause on the journey to the mains sect... Afterall he is well equipped to join us, both physically and mentally", Xu Mo said as he strolled towards Hu Beng's body and dragged it away by the arm in the opposite direction. "I just hope our path won't bring us to oppose that freak", Xu Mei muttered before she turned to follow her Brother along with the child Yue.
