Snippet Ten (2): How To Plan a House

Faidon went down to the Gheyo quarters after assigning the other Gheyos the day's task. As he will be the one explaining what was to be done to the builder's Gheyo. All the current Gheyos decided on the floor plan for each of the three floors the day before. After waiting for about thirty minutes, a female Gheyo comes down the stairs.

"Hello, you must be Faidon, correct? My name is Katerina Mayr, the builder's Gheyo quarters coordinator. Do you have any ideas for the space you want or do we need to walk through that?" Katerina says before getting out a pad of paper and a pen.

Faidon nods, "We have figured out what we want. The first basement floor that we are currently on needs to be split in basically thirds. We need basically a locker room with many showering spaces. There also needs to be a locked room of some type for at least 20 Gheyo armor sets and tools. The rest of the space will be a sand pit dug into the concrete, but we will probably have our Mage do some type of rune for that."

"The second basement floor will have one large master bedroom with two king-sized beds with a master bathroom. That bathroom will need a pool built for Merrow in addition to a whirlpool tub. It will also have two bedrooms with queen-sized beds that share a bathroom."

"The third basement floor will have six bedrooms with twin-sized beds and every two bedrooms will share a bathroom. Does that make sense to you?" He asks Katerina.

She nods and says, "That makes perfect sense. Why don't you walk me through the basement levels to show me exactly where you want things."

He agrees and brings her to the spot of the sand pit. "This is about where we will want the sandpit to be..."
