Chapter 6: transferring

The expressions of the two men did not change, as if they hadn't heard him at all.

"Will you deliver it or not?"

One of them asked while staring at him. The citizens walked by him as if they were invisible. No one gave them even a small glance.

"What, do you have a hearing problem? I said I won't hand it over."

The two men showed no expression, as if they had anticipated this response. They approached Vincent as if they were getting ready to do something.

I threw a rock at one of the man's head. The two men turned to see who threw the stone; there were many people at the train station who couldn't really see who the culprit was. They turned their gaze back to Finn after losing hope of finding the culprit, but they found Finn nowhere in sight.

Vincent had already run away. He took this opportunity to escape from them. He didn't look back as he ran out of the train station and into the streets of the impoverished neighborhoods. He stopped in front of a wall in one of the alleys, thinking that no one had seen him.

He took the red stone out of his pocket and looked at it intently.

"Damn it, this is the last job I will take." "It is hard to believe that a trivial stone like this could have led me to my death."

Vincent cursed to himself. He was determined that this would be the last theft he would commit.

Vincent remained in this state, gazing at the red stone for a few more minutes. He had thought about going back home, but then he remembered that these men might already know where he lives and are waiting for him there.

Vincent noticed something strange about the stone in his hand. At first, when he saw it for the first time, its color was a crimson red like fresh blood, but now it was a darker shade, as if it were turning black. A small eye appeared in the middle of the stone, and it was looking directly into his eyes.

He was taken aback and was about to fall to the ground from fear. The eye began to emit a bright white light. He covered his eyes from the brightness. The light became brighter and brighter to the point that the alley was completely illuminated in white. Finn could see nothing but the white light.

Suddenly. The light went out. And the dark black alley returned to how it was before. There was no sign of Vin. As if he disappeared from this world.

...

Vincent opened his eyes and saw nothing. He only saw the pitch-black darkness from which nothing could be seen; he also did not feel his body. Poetry that seems to float on the surface of the sea. He didn't hear anything until his heartbeats became so loud that he couldn't hear them. He tried to move his body and turn to see his surroundings, but he failed to do so. Poetry is like a child learning to walk.

"Where am I?" Wasn't I in that dark alley?

"Are you dead?" But how? '

"Wait, now I remember." When this cursed stone began to emit a white light, I saw a white tunnel. But where am I now?

"It is a misconception to think that the stone of reality will fall into the hands of a small human like you." But it doesn't matter now. "Make sure to perform your role to the best of your ability."

A cheerful and sharp voice emerged from behind Vincent. Finally, he was able to turn around as if there were ground for him to place his foot on. He wished to see something, but he saw only the pitch-black darkness. Yet in the midst of this darkness, he saw giant green eyes like jade staring at him, as if they were looking into his soul. The poem feels as if it should bow its head in such presence.

Vincent tried to speak, but to no avail; he felt like a child trying to talk.It feels as if his consciousness is being pulled away. A poem of dizziness, as if in a spiral tunnel. Some scenes began to flow in his mind like a train.

"What is this?" Who is this man? And who are these people? Is this a village? Damn, what are these little creatures? "Damn, I think I'm going to throw up what I had for lunch."

Vincent's poetry feels like his head is about to explode. He saw things he never imagined he would see in his life. Strange things, more astonishing than seeing a giant bomb from a thousand kilometers away.

He opened his eyes and felt a terrible pain in his head. As if someone is hitting him with a hammer. The first thing that caught his attention was his clothes; he was wearing tattered fur that was soaked with sweat, as if he had been running for miles. He also noticed that his hand was much smaller than usual.

"Am I dreaming?"

He looked around and saw that it resembled a cave. He saw some tree roots on the ground, and when he followed them, he saw an opening above. He tried to climb, but to no avail. He looked at it again and saw a small beam of light coming from a cracked wall. He tried to break it, and after a long struggle, he grabbed a rock and threw it against the wall. The wall was destroyed, and a ray of sunlight entered, blinding his sight. He covered his eyes as he got used to the light after being in complete darkness for who knows how long.

Vincent emerged from the small cave and was greeted by a sight his mind had not anticipated. He saw a giant forest. Its giant green trees stretch as far as the eye can see. He saw the color green here more than he has seen in his entire life. He saw strange and amazing plants and flowers, as if they had come out of comic books. There were giant plants that could be as tall as an adult man. He also saw an animal that resembled a deer, but it was several times larger. It had three horns, and its color was white like snow, with blue tips like the sky.

"Am I really in a dream?"

Vincent's legs were rooted to the ground from the scene before him. Poetry as if it were within a mythical land yet to be discovered.

"Am I in the land that I know?"

There was a small slope in front of Vincent. He tried to walk but fell to the ground due to excruciating pain in his right foot. He looked at her and saw blood everywhere, with a sticky green substance oozing from it.

"What the hell is this?"
