Zoro and Zue emerged from their mansion and got into their car after bidding farewell to his wife, and received her blessings before leaving for an emergency company meeting with their stakeholders and shareholders. This meeting was necessary as their business territory in the USA was under threat by the hostile takeover bid of their competitor, Zokoran Limited. Zoro was worried about the future of their family business, Zainkalato Corporation, but he knew that he had the support of his lovely wife Susan, his long time family friend and partner, Harrison Lansir and behind him the connections of Lansirs, and his son who has changed for the better.
As they arrived at the boardroom, Zoro introduced Zue to everyone present. The board of directors included the Lansir family head, Harrison Lansir, who was also Sea's dad, the Zhang family backer, the Anderson family lead by Mr and Mrs Anderson, the individual stakeholder representative, Whatson Phisher, and the elected public director, Ramo Sinetsa.
Harrison Lansir was the first to speak. "Zoro, we have a serious problem on our hands. Zokoran Limited is trying to encroach on our business territory, and we can not let that happen."
"I agree," said Zoro. "We need to find a way to stop them."
"What options do we have?" asked Thomas Anderson, the representative of the Anderson family asked.
"We could try to outbid them," suggested Ramo Sinetsa.
"But that would be a risky move," said Whatson Phisher. "We don't want to overpay and hurt our own business."
The discussion continued for several minutes, with each board member offering their own opinions and ideas. Zue listened carefully to everyone's input, taking notes on his tablet. He noticed that many of the ideas were similar but lacked a clear and concise plan of action.
"Excuse me, everyone," Zue spoke up. "I have an idea that I think might work."
Everyone turned to look at him. They were surprised to hear from someone so young, but they were willing to hear him out.
"I've been looking at our financial statements and analyzing our competitors," Zue continued. "Based on my research, I think we should approach some of our larger investors and ask them to increase their stakes in our company. This will give us the financial leverage we need to resist Zokoran's takeover bid."
"That's an interesting idea," said Thomas. "But which investors should we approach?"
Zue pulled up a slide on his tablet that showed a list of potential investors, along with their current stakes in the company.
"These investors already have a significant stake in our company," Zue explained. "If we can get them to increase their stake, we can create a strong defense against Zokoran's bid."
The board members looked at the slide and nodded in agreement. They could see the potential in Zue's plan.
Zue looked around the boardroom, his eyes scanning the faces of the board members. He noticed that Whatson Phisher, the individual stakeholder representative, looked skeptical about his proposal. Zue decided to address Mr. Phisher's concerns directly.

"Mr. Phisher, I know you may have some reservations about this plan," Zue said. "But I believe it's the best option we have to resist Zokoran's takeover bid."
Mr. Phisher looked up, surprised that Zue had addressed him specifically. "What makes you so confident that this plan will work, young man?"
Zue took a deep breath and launched into his explanation. "Well, first of all, we already have a solid base of investors who believe in our company. By reaching out to them and asking them to increase their stake, we're showing them that we're committed to our business and that we value their investment. This will also give us a strong financial position to resist any hostile takeover bid from Zokoran."
Mr. Phisher nodded slowly, but Zue could tell he still had doubts. "But what if Zokoran raises their bid? Won't our investors be tempted to sell their shares to them?"
Zue paused, considering his response carefully. "It's always possible that Zokoran may raise their bid. But we have a good relationship with our investors. By reaching out to them directly and explaining our position, we can build trust and show them that we're committed to our business for the long haul. I believe our investors will see the value of sticking with us and supporting our growth."
Mr. Phisher seemed to be considering Zue's argument. "And what about the risks? What if this plan backfires and we end up losing more money than we gain?"
Zue shook his head. "I understand your concerns, Mr. Phisher. But I've run the numbers and analyzed the risks. Based on my analysis, I believe this plan has a high likelihood of success. And if it does backfire, we'll have a contingency plan in place to mitigate our losses."
Mr. Phisher leaned back in his chair, studying Zue carefully. After a few moments of silence, he spoke up. "You know what, young man? I like your confidence. I think you may be onto something here."
The other board members nodded in agreement, and Zue felt a sense of relief wash over him. He had managed to convince Mr. Phisher, one of the most skeptical members of the board, said that his plan was the right one. It was a small victory, but an important one.
As they continued to discuss the details of the plan, Zue felt a sense of pride welling up inside him. He had proven to himself and to the board members that he had what it takes to be a leader. And as they left the boardroom, Zue knew that he had earned the respect and admiration of his father and the rest of the board.
Zue thought to himself,"This is it, with this i have a foothold in this company, now i can climb up and make myself up the top of the foodchain here and will make everyone submit to me to make my wife.... hehe..,Ahem..Sea, the happiest woman, I will..."
Suddenly, his thoughts were broken by someone who addressed him. As he looked who interrupted his wife's spoiling time in dreams, he was surprised who spoke 1st, and it was his father-in-future-law.
Harrison Lansir spoke up. "Zue, that's an excellent idea you got their. I'm impressed by your presentation. I think we should take a vote on it."
The board members all agreed, and the plan was put to a vote. The plan was passed unanimously, and the board members congratulated Zue on his solution and congratulated him.
As they left the boardroom, Zoro put his arm around Zue's shoulder. "I am proud of you, son. You have shown us all that you have what it takes to lead this company into the future."
Zue smiled. He felt a sense of accomplishment knowing that he had made a significant contribution to the family business. He knew that he had earned the respect and trust of the board members, and he was excited to take on more responsibilities in the future.
After the meeting, Zoro and Zue went to the lobby to meet their family backer, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson. As they approached, the Andersons congratulated Zue on his excellent presentation and research.
"Zue, you were amazing in there," Nicole Anderson said, smiling broadly. "You really impressed everyone with your research and your confidence."
"Thank you, Mrs. Anderson," Zue replied, beaming with happiness. "I just wanted to contribute the best way I could."
"And you certainly did that," Mr. Anderson added. "You're a real asset to the Zhang family."
Zoro smiled, feeling proud of his son. "We're fortunate to have him on our team."
Nicole then turned to Zoro. "Zoro, it's so great to see you. How is Susan doing?"
Zoro's face lit up. "She's doing fantastic. Thank you for asking. She's been busy with her own projects lately, but she's doing really well." Seing his joy mentioning about his wife the Andersons looked at each other and slightly smiled.
Nicole smiled once more after hearing what Zoro said and was relieved to hear that her friend was fine and healthy, She then replied, "That's wonderful news. It's been a while since we've seen her, and I've missed our conversations."
Zoro chuckled. "Well, I'm sure she'd be happy to catch up with you too. I'll make sure to let her know you asked about her."
Mrs. Anderson nodded, then turned to Zue. "And how about your fiancée, Sea? I'm sure she's doing well."
Zue smiled broadly. "Yes, she's doing great. In fact, we even met yesterday and went on a date too. She will also be happy to hear as Mrs. Anderson is one of the people she looks up to. "
Mrs. Anderson's face lit up with excitement as she heard that. "Oh my goodness, I didn't know our little Sea of Lansir looked up to me! That's such wonderful news to me. Also, we're so thrilled for you both getting married soon."
Mr. Anderson added his congratulations as well. "Zue, you've found yourself a wonderful partner dont neglet or make her sad OK. We know you two will have a long and happy life together, so become a strong man like your father here, Hahahaha."
Zue couldn't contain his excitement, feeling grateful for their kind words. As they said their goodbyes and headed back to their car, Zue felt a sense of joy about his upcoming wedding. He couldn't wait to start his life with Sea, and he felt confident that with his second chance and his skills honed in the past, he could make anyone who makes Sea submit.
