For many years after Yokai began to suffice in this world a special group of individuals known as Onmyoji have fought to maintain the balance of light and darkness in this world.

Warriors know to be able to destroy even the stars with the proper impetus.

Imbued within them is Karmic energy that flows through the life stream.

A gift of the gods to humanity...

or a Curse,

Approaching a forest are three young individuals dressed in the Onmyoji uniform..

They were fully equipped with tools to take down a Yokai.

It was a sunny afternoon, the sun was somewhat more scorching than usual

“Are we almost there Abe?” A young girl would say as her long hair was being carried by the wind,her name was Lyre.

The seimei clan, a clan known for birthing top class Onmyoji who pave way for the next generation..

While running in a rather confused manner Abe would quickly reply Lyre “Even I do not know!”

The third member of their party would let out a deep sigh as though grieving the incompetence of the two “We make a left turn here, I believe” He would say as they got to a junction which led to two paths,His name was Shiragi.

After they all took the left turn a sudden rustle was heard within the shrubs nearby...

Accompanying the rustle was a purple laser beam which barely missed the three.

BOOM!

The attack had dented the side of a nearby mountain...

The monster slowly came out from it's hiding spot after failing to land an ambush attack...

Suspense began to build.

Before there eyes was a scaly beast, with the teeth of a Viper....

This was a Yokai Popularly known as “Orochi”

“We found it!” Abe would sigh with relief...

Orochi was not a patient beast it was one who was a rather cunning hunter who finished things quickly.

It would quickly charge at Abe purely by instinct.

It was a quick beast!

Being able to react Abe would conjure a sigil to cushion the slam of the furious Orochi

While the attention of the Yokai was drawn towards Abe,Lyre would jump above it with her hands at the hilt of her blade patiently waiting to draw it.

“4th flow:Reizan (零斬)” Lyre would quickly change stance mid air while delivering a cut in a circular direction.

SLASH!

The Yokai would scream at the sight of it's scale being scarred, it would furiously slam Lyre away with it's tail.

Hiding behind a tree was Shiragi who was effectively performing handsigns to conjure a seal.

Clink,Clink,Clink.... chains began to rise from underneath the ground, restraining the Yokai.

Abe would slowly walk towards the Yokai dusting his shoulders.

“Time to exorcise this beast!” Abe would say as his aura rose.

“Vile creature sent to disturb humanity, we know not when you came,thus you shall leave!”A sigil would now be conjured before Abe “4th flow:Reihō(霊砲)!”

a large beam would emerge from the sigil previously conjured by Abe.

But unlike the Orochi's beam Abe no seimei's beam was one that dried energy from the spirit.

BOOM!

The attack would explode resulting in a bright flash that exorcised the Yokai.

There were no remains from the Yokai.

“Awwn man! You left nothing to salvage! That was a B-rank Yokai!” Lyre would yell furiously at Abe who was nonchalant about the issue at hand.

“We'll just slay another one later” This was the voice of Abe's nonchalance.

“Orochi's don't just spawn anywhere,dimwitt!” Shiragi would express his anger in words.

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

A cold breeze permeated through out the whole forest which was 50km in radius.

Birds which graced the sky froze and died.

Living animals froze...

INSTANTLY!

From the shadows emerged an Ominous man dressed in a blue kimono and a black coat.

After walking to a distance in which he saw three Onmyoji still standing he would simply let out a grin.

It was simply the Karmic strength of the Onmyoji that prevented them from being frozen.

“Oi,Oi, I have quite a handful here!” The ominous man would say rubbing his head.

Being a priest Shiragi was an Onmyoji who could sense even the slightest evil intent in one's soul.

Shiragi would receive chills all over his body as he read the man that stood before them.

“Who are you?!” Shiragi would yell.

“Where are my manners...my name is Kumamoto Manatsuya” The man would say with a rather hostile aura.

“i am a member of the Divine Zero” He would conjure a blade purely made of ice...

“Now if you don't mind, I don't plan on anything living in this forest after I performed that spell” do me a favor and,

DIE!

“Tchh, Be alert!” Lyre would scream out of pure instincts.

“Too late!” Kumamoto would release a wave of icicles that burst through the forest.

“These ones are strong” Kumamoto would express his feeling of surprise after seeing Abe conjuring a barrier which thoroughly blocked the attack.

Shiragi was pissed off....

“Animal summoning: Ookami!” Shiragi would summon a large black wolf which crept in the shadows.

The wolf would burst out from a shadow behind Kumamoto and attack him,Kumamato being faster would dodge the attack only for the wolf to return back to the shadows.

“4th flow!: Flame cross!” Four sigils would appear cardinally at Kumamoto pouring down fire on him, it was an attack invented by Abe no seimei...

“How wish that did hit...” Kumamaoto would appear to be in a flower made of ice.

4th flow!:ICE LILY!

“Hahaha! Feast your eyes on one of my magnificent techniques!” Kumamoto would say with pride.

“While releasing attacks externally, I have full protection internally!,Tehehe!”

“This technique absorbs the cold air in the surrounding to create a diamond hard ice cocoon!” Kumamoto would let out a wicked grin and stare at the Onmyojis pitifully...

“Let's see how you break it!” Kumamoto would now conjure a sigil to perform another technique.

“5th flow!: ICE DEVIL SERENADE!!!”

Ice anomalies with human figures would start to form from the cold air.

Abe no seimei would simply sigh.

“Ok, that's it! I'm tired of pretending!” a look of shock would soon be worn on Kumamoto's face...

“Yeah,me too” Lyre would express her feeling as well.

“Alright then! Let's wrap this up, if we're quick enough he won't run!”Shiragi would say with a serious look.

RUN?!

ME? RUN?!

“How dare these f----”

Shock would be the new expression worn on Kumamamoto's face as Lyre cut through his ice cocoon in one slash.

“wait,wait,wait,wait,WAIT! WHAT?!, O-o-one slash?, these guys are monsters!” Kumamoto would soon be gripped by fear.

“Well, I won't interfere, if I do i'll thoroughly pulverize him with one attack!” Abe no seimei would say while tilting his head.

“The same would happen if I attack him too, but I know what to do!” Shiragi would say with a bright expression....

DAAAAMN YOUUU!

Kumamoto would run towards Abe to lauch at attack..

As he got nearer Abe would simply punch the latter as though he was a measly bug...

“Shiragi, do what you must! This guy is annoying!” Abe would say while sitting on the floor.

ALRIGHT THEN!

A huge figurine of Buddha would appear with its palm raised to the heavens.

Shiragi would put down his hand as the palm of buddha fell toward Kumamoto.

DAIBATSU SHURAI!!:ONE FINGER!!

Daibatsu shurai! A technique that's brings upon the judgment of buddha by the slamming of his palm.

At full power this technique is said to have enough power to flatten a continent...

But Shiragi didn't want to kill his opponent, they were to bring him back for interrogation.

Thus, instead of slamming the whole palm he would slam only the index finger.

On the ground was an image of Kumamoto indented to the ground.

“Tchh, t-t-they had it all p-p-planned out” Kumamoto would say while lying on the ground with every bone in his body grinded to pieces.

2 Hours earlier

“Intel has it that an Outer member of Divine zero will be visiting a nearby forest soon, I want the three of you to apprehend him” Shonen would Give Lyre,Abe and Shiragi orders directly sent by the High Priest.

“You also have to be cautious, this particular member is said to have a technique that makes him change to ice vapor and disappear when he comes face to face with strong opponents” Shonen would rub his chin.

“So, just play weak for a while,the strength of an Outer member is estimated to be able to take on a continent but that should still be no match for Gold honor Onmyojis” Shonen scoffed.

“A continent?! Is that part right?” Shiragi would ask curiosly, “Well, they do bear the mark of Takemikazuchi so it's only natural”.......

Shiragi would look at Kumamoto who laid at the ground helpless “indeed! It was all planned!” He would affirm Kumamoto's previous question.

“well, let's take him back to the Sanctuary for interrogation” Abe would say while letting out a deep sigh....

It's a hot afternoon..........

A large portal would open above the sky with Yuki-ona and Takemikazuchi protruding from it.

The atmospheric pressure began to become cold simply due to the presence of Yuki-ona.........

Yuki-ona would gaze at the young god who was simply floating around nonchalantly “Shall I begin the march?” Yuki-ona would ask the god “Oh just a moment, there is something I must claim first!”The young god would say with a smile that hid his intentions.

“You plan to freeze the whole world don't you?” Takemikazuchi would send his curious gaze towards Yuki-ona... “Dimensions and realms not being excluded I believe?” The god would say carefreely...

“Indeed, that's what I plan Lord Takemikazuchi” Yuki-ona would reply with a dull tone.

“Alright then! While i'm at it order the exalted divine zero in various site they should be active” The god would say while conjuring a portal...

“As soon as I claim the Artifact the march shall begin” The god would enter into the portal that led to another world.

“All of a sudden you take my side in flesh.......” Yuki-ona would say while staring at the sun...

A bright flash signified the god's arrival into a new world.

There were more than a billion planets and stars but he chose to grace the vacuum of space.

To him the sight of galaxies far and near were magnificent.

The god was surprisingly not jealous though, his pride already quoted to him that he could do better.

Slowly arrived a man who formed from pure nothingness..

his blade and purple robe signified power and responsibility.

Takemikazuchi would let out a grin like a child who just saw a long lost friend.

“Hahaha! Long time no see Kai!” Takemikazuchi would say with a bright tone hiding his violent heart.

“To you it's Mugen Kai Shugoshin! And why have you insulted my world with your vile presence” Kai would say with a tone that held no hostility towards the young god.

“From the day father blessed you with all of this you became so stupid!” Takemikazuchi would say furiously locked in to Kai.

“Do me the favor of getting lost if all you did was to make your presence known unto me” Kai would say.

Takemikazuchi sighed.

“Well I know you have it! The Mugen Kaikyū” The god would grin.

“So soon you have forgotten why I killed you two incarnations ago” Kai would scoff.

“So whatsoever reason you think you can defeat me i'll beat it out of you!” Kai would say rising his aura furiously.
