Time passed slowly for the father and son duo. The full moon was settled into the starry sky long ago. By now, June had already finished absorbing fire Qi into his stomach meridian. The hunger that he had before was now long gone and replaced with a comfortable warm feeling. 

 June read the next passage slowly in his head, “After you finish absorbing your Elemental Qi into your meridians, slowly guide the Qi towards your dantian. When the Qi reaches your dantian, you should create a Yin and Yang symbol with them.” 

  June did exactly what the book in his head told him to. The water Qi from his heart slowly slid towards his dantian. As it did that, a rush of emotions filled him. The profound calmness that June had after absorbing water Qi into his heart had disappeared and was now replaced with a mixture of feelings that were hard to describe. 

  At the same time that the water Qi started moving, the fire Qi followed and moved upwards towards the dantian. The fiery warm feeling on his lower part of the body also disappeared. 

 June did not have time to collect his thoughts as he was fully concentrated on moving the two Qi towards his dantian. When the water and fire Qi arrived at the dantian, the water Qi moved towards the upper side and the fire went the opposite direction. 

 In short, they had formed a Yin and Yang symbol by themselves. This had caught June off guard because he had thought that he would be the one that had to make the symbol. 

‘That must be the reason’ June thought as he saw a black and white dot in the middle of his dantian. It was barely visible but when June saw it, he had deducted that the black and white dot was the reason why the fire and water yin and Yang symbol formed without his will.

 June breathed a sigh of relief as a surge of excitement rushed into his body. With Qi in his dantian, he was now a true cultivator. Although he was curious about the black and white dot, he did not mind it too much. This was because it had helped him greatly. ‘If anything, I will check it later’ he thought happily. 

 June tried to calm himself but his body was still trembling with excitement. He continued to read the book, “ With Qi in your dantian, you can now be considered as a cultivator. Normally, when cultivators start out, they would be in the spirit condensing stage. It is called the spirit condensing stage because you use your will, otherwise known as your spirit to move the elemental Qi in and out your body. Since we, the Yin and Yang pandas, Cultivate differently, we naturally have different stage names. The first stage for us is the Spirit and Matter stage. It is comparable to the spirit condensing stage for normal cultivators but we have benefits that differ from them.” 

June heard a loud grunt from Boa before he could continue to read the book. June opened his eyes and look towards Boa. Boa’s body was now all clean and bright. It had seemed as if he had recovered from his previous condition of sweating profusely. A sad smile was shown on Boa’s face as he looked towards June.
