Chapter 16

Monica glanced over at Kaguya who was clearly not even paying attention to the white board she was staring at. Their English teacher was giving a lesson about Romeo and Juliet and her “friend” hadn’t even taken a single note about the topic. The princess had been acting oddly since the past weekend and she couldn’t help but wonder why. One thing was for certain though, it was annoying.

I need something to snap her out of whatever this stupidity is. She sighed loudly enough for Kaguya to hear, and it didn’t even phase her. God, what the hell even happened? She rolled her eyes, remembering Saturday evening. She had seen Kaguya walking down the hallway, dressed like the bombshell she was, and decided to tail her. Kaguya left in her car and when she had tried to start her own car, it wouldn’t start.

She watched as Kaguya checked her phone and tried hard to stifle a smile, type something, then go back to pretending to pay attention. Who is she even messaging like that? She wondered, knowing that Kaguya always takes several minutes to hours later to respond to her messages. I may have just the thing to snap her back to reality.

She took her phone out and went to her contacts, that were separated into folders on her phone. Decum... Familia… Family… Ah, here we go! She tapped on the folder labeled Fun Time ;) and scrolled through the names. She sent a few messages to some of the guys at the school that she had had relations with in the past, many were dumb enough to do her bidding without much question. It would be even easier if she gave them a little something in return.

She placed the device back inside her black leather purse, scrutinizing the girl beside her. Another text from the mystery person, shocker! Monica rolled her eyes as she began biting the tip of her perfectly manicured thumbnail in discontent. She scoffed her displeasure as Kaguya smiled stupidly at her phone.

“So, who was that you were messaging all throughout class?” Monica asked as they were walking out of the classroom.

The other girl stayed silent for a moment before answering, “Well, it’s really none of your business, but if you must know, I’ve met someone.”

I knew it! Monica thought to herself. “Does this mystery ‘someone’ have a name?”

Kaguya rolled her eyes with a sigh, “You don’t know this someone, so a name doesn’t really matter.”

“Humph!” Monica exaggerated her disapproval, “Fine. I will find out eventually.”

The Kazegami Princess smirked at the other girl as they walked alongside each other out of the academic building, “Yeah, we will see about that. I have to go, I will meet up with you for lunch.” Monica waved her off as she headed toward the Kazegami dorms. She sighed as she aimlessly moved further away from the building, choosing to stand underneath the shade of a large oak tree.

She leaned against the trunk with her shoulder as she pulled her phone out from her bag. She scrolled through a few applications and answered some no name texts. “Hey there pretty mama!” A raspy male voice called from behind her as she stayed completely unphased by the statement. She felt the young man’s presence get closer and within seconds she felt his body right up against her backside, his hand placed possessively on her hip.

Something suspicious caught her attention from the corner of her eye, she looked up from the phone to notice a girl walking alone in the distance. The man started kissing the side of her neck, in hopes of getting lucky. “Not now Marcus.” she sighed, pushing away from him. She placed the phone back into her bag and tailed the young woman.

Once in a closer proximity, she was able to tell the girl she had been tailing for the last couple of minutes was Samantha Thomas. Even better, she smiled to herself. She followed the short haired girl to an old, worn down, white gazebo. How long has this thing even been here? She stayed back for several moments in observance. Samantha took out her phone and seemed to type something before sitting it back down beside her and then leaned her head back against the railing behind her.

Monica quietly stepped closer to the gazebo, trying to make as little noise as possible. She remembered the Kazegami princess’s warning to stay away from the Thomas, but she just couldn’t help herself. Kaguya had said that she would take care of her, but Monica hadn’t heard anything more about it. If she’s not going to have her fun, then I will.

She stepped up into the shabby shelter and Samantha lifted her head, a look of confusion mixed with shock written on her face. “Monica?” She sat up, frozen. “What are you doing here?”

Monica’s grey eyes studied her before she stepped closer, a haunting smile appearing on her face. “I could ask you the same thing, my dear Samantha.” Samantha shifted uncomfortably under the other girls gaze as a gentle breeze blew between them. Monica moved herself closer and the other girl’s phone pinged with a new message. “Are you waiting on someone?”

Samantha looked down at the screen beside her, she knew who the message was from, but decided against responding for the time being. She didn’t want to open the message and risk Monica getting close enough to see while she was distracted. Samantha told herself to treat this like an arena battle, and kept her eyes on Monica. “Yes, I am.”

The other girl hummed as she leaned up against the railing near Samantha, her skirt raised noticeably higher than regulation. “That’s all I get? Who are you waiting for?”

“I don’t think that’s any of your business, is it?” Samantha told her with a smirk. “Aren’t you supposed to be leashed to your master?”

Her eyes seemed to darken as she dramatically pushed herself away from the railing; turning toward Samantha her straight, coal colored hair whipping around her. She stopped nearly a foot from the other girl and leaned forward, giving Samantha the perfect view down her shirt if she’d wanted it. “Let’s get one thing straight, that little princess is not my master.” Her tone was warning and she spat the word ‘princess’ as if it were poison.

“My bad. It just seemed like you were wagging your tail and doing tricks trying to get her approval every time I saw you,” Samantha responded with a shrug, carefully keeping her eyes on Monica’s. “I take it you’re not all bark then? I suppose it would make sense since you’re here and not trailing after her, wherever she is. So, how can I help you?”

Monica growled in response as she stood up, taken aback by the nerve of the girl sitting in front of her. Part of her wanted to slap her, the other part was actually turned on by it. She stepped closer, her legs straddling the Samantha’s and she placed her hands on the railing on either side of the other girls body. “You know, you have quite the nerve for a Thomas. It’s kind of sexy, you know?”

“That really wasn’t my intention,” Samantha mumbled, lifting her hands and trying to come up with a safe place to put them so she could push the girl off. The problem was, she couldn’t see anything except for cleavage from how close Monica had gotten.

The girl giggled maniacally as she watched Samantha fumble with her hands. She took the opportunity to sit herself on her lap, scooting even closer, her skirt leaving almost nothing to the imagination. “It’s okay sweetness, you don’t have to be shy, you can touch them.” She whispered as she placed a gentle kiss on Samantha’s exposed neck.

Samantha fumbled and finally found Monica’s hips, but as flustered as she was that was as far as her thought went as she tried to come up with a way to get out of this situation. “It’s a little improper to, uh, do these kinds of things without knowing each other better, isn’t it?” she asked, her voice a little higher than usual.

Monica ran her fingers through the Thomas girl’s short hair, “What better way to get to know each other?” she breathed. She stared intensely into Samantha’s darkened green eyes before pressing her whole body against hers. God, her body is incredible. She moved her hands along Samantha’s sides, and smiled as the other girl shifted beneath her. She leaned down and pressed her lips to Samantha’s.

Samantha was surprised for only a moment, which was too long of a pause from the time Monica’s lips touched hers until she managed to push the girl off of her. She saw a figure out of the corner of her eye and glanced quickly, seeing Kaguya and feeling the pit of her stomach tighten. How long had she been there? Hopefully she saw that Samantha was not a willing participant, but she couldn’t worry about it too much at the moment. Monica was obviously still on the attack “That is going too far,” she scowled, standing and wiping off her mouth. She looked at Monica darkly. “What were you hoping to accomplish here? Seduce me and learn about secrets regarding my Familia? I can’t imagine you actually have feelings for me.”

Monica scoffed, looking hurt by the accusation. “Actually, I’ve wanted you from the first time I saw you, standing there so nonchalantly outside of our cafeteria.” She moved toward Samantha again, “That little skank said she would take care of you, but apparently, I will have to be the one to do that.” She smirked as she caught hold of Samantha again, one arm snaking underneath her shirt as the other one pulled her in for another kiss.

She tried to wrack her brain for a way to get out of this, but Samantha was starting to get a little desperate even if it meant hurting the other girl. She wasn’t sure how much Kaguya would forgive even if she had been fighting it the entire time. “Hey, I have someone already and like, I don’t really think this is okay?” She managed to stop the hand in her shirt from grabbing anything, holding it down against her stomach. Her other hand was back on Monica’s hip, but she couldn’t get the leverage to push her away with her other hand occupied.

The seductress looked from Samantha’s hand on her hip, back up into the girl’s eyes. She gently brushed her fingers along the stomach, her hand leading Samantha’s with the fabric of the shirt between them. “I mean, what they don’t know can’t hurt, right? I won’t tell anyone.” she emphasized with a wink. She removed both of her hands and pushed Samantha, who lost her balance from the unexpected motion and landed back onto the bench behind her. Monica straddled her again, this time making sure to hook one of her legs around Samantha’s waist as well. “So, let’s have a little fun, shall we?” she smirked, taking one of Samantha’s hands and sliding it up her thigh and under the material of the skirt.

A little more trapped than before, Samantha sighed and relaxed her body for a moment, letting Monica have a little of her fun and trying to encourage her to drop her guard a little. It’s just an arena fight, don’t think about her boobs in your face, she told herself as she thought of a way to untangle them without hurting herself. At this point she was done worrying about whether it would hurt Monica or not. She could only hope that she could explain this away without upsetting the girl she really liked that was an audience.

Feeling Samantha relax beneath her, Monica smirked and started trailing kisses up her neck and then nibbling a little on her ear lobe as she ran both of her hands up Samantha’s abdomen slowly, her manicured fingernails lightly scratching the flesh she claimed. Her hands worked their way up as she toyed with the underneath of Samantha’s sports bra. With that, Samantha swiftly jumped from her position, causing the other girl to land on the ground.

“That hurt,” Monica whined, trying a different method to gain Samantha’s attention through sympathy. She looked up at Samantha with puppy dog eyes, waiting for her to help her off the ground. With no assistance, she scoffed and stood up on her own, quickly adjusting her clothing to a more appropriate state. Her dark eyes wild with displeasure as she crept closer to the other girl, “Remember this moment Thomas, you’ve made a horrible mistake.”

“Letting you keep getting on me so much was a horrible mistake,” Samantha told her, her tone contained but obviously angry. She was going to say more, but Kaguya approached and gave Monica a strong slap across the face, causing her head to snap to the side.

“I told you to leave her alone,” Kaguya hissed, furious. She sent a look to Samantha with the same fire in her eyes, and saw the girl visibly swallow as she backed away a little. Glad she wouldn’t have to worry about Samantha getting involved, she focused solely on the other girl in the gazebo. Monica had her hand on her face, covering where she’d been slapped, and she was glaring at Kaguya with untamed fury. “She’s mine, understand? You are not to touch her, ever!”

“Whatever, Princess,” Monica spat, narrowing her eyes and looking between the two a few times before she turned and left the gazebo while saying, “Have fun doing nothing about her, then. I was just trying to help you out and this is the kind of treatment I get.” But she did learn something by this, and that was that there was something going on between those two, so maybe she did learn something about Kaguya’s mystery texter. There wasn’t enough proof, so she’d need to keep an eye on them, but it was enough to make her suspicious.

Her cheek was stinging as she stormed across campus, and as she looked around for a victim her eyes fell on one of the guys on her list of guys to mess with. She smirked before schooling her expression and running towards him, managing to get tears going right before she collapsed into his chest.

“Whoa, what happened, Monica baby?” the guy asked as he wrapped his arms around her. She sniffled several times before looking up at him, letting him see the redness and swelling on her cheek from the fresh slap. “Holy shit, babe! Who did that to you? I’ll kill the fucker!”

“Kaguya hit me just because I was trying to help her!” Monica whined at him. “I thought we were besties too, Ivan.” She hid her face again to continue crying.

“Damn, girl,” Ivan said, completely believing everything she was saying like she knew he would. “I mean, I knew she was bad, but to be so mean to her best friend? Dude, that’s too much.”

“I know! And I try so hard to help her!” Monica cried out, keeping her face pressed into his shirt as she cried. “She’s just so mean… I wish I could stand up to her, but I’m just not strong enough! I could never beat her…”

“Hey, don’t worry. Look, you don’t have to worry about a thing! You know what, I’m gonna go teach that bitch a lesson, a’ight?”

Monica smirked in his shirt before schooling her expression and looking up at him, her eyes wide. “But… What if she kills you? I don’t know if I could live with myself if something like that happened!”

Ivan just grinned and wiped away some of her tears. “Don’t you worry, baby. I’ll be just fine, you’ll see.”
