It was the evening of the same club day, Hideki and Akane had already left me behind with this girl.

"I leave everything to you then."

Carrying my bag, I stood in front of the door.

"Worry about not getting lose on your way home."

Her words never failed to diss me. I for one didn't give that much damn.

"Okay Okay"

Things would get heat up if I don't control myself. Why didn't Akane even wake me up? I understand about Hideki, we are at awkward zone but Akane?

It was the vibration from the pocket of my uniform pants. The phone screen showed the name 'Little Sister' What does she want now?

"Yes?" I responded.

"What's with that tedious tone?"

"What?"

"Your tone is more tedious today."

"You called me for that?"

"Oh right, are you coming home now?"

"I am in the school gate for now."

"Then Rent the encyclopedia book from the near store."

"Okay."

What can I do then accept it? She wouldn't even agree to my disagree.

She hang up as soon as she heard my answer.

If any lazy person swap place with me, they will definitely die from exhaustion both mentally and physically.

Being the store far away from my route to home, I had to take extra mile for today.

"Welcome to the store."

I stepped in, there wasn't much customer as I thought there will be. The store was filled with books of all types manga, novel, news paper and learning resources.

The learning resources corner caught my attention so I search for encyclopaedia on the shelf.

Fortunately I found it and it was listed with price 1500yen and I had 3000 yen.

Maybe I should buy some pudding before going home.

"W-what s-should I do?"

On the other side of shelf there was a girl with glasses, her bluish hair with a pony tail. She looks a promising heroine for the protagonist. What I am saying! I am not even a background character but a punching bag character. Well, I don't mind it as long as I am not the protagonist.

Her soft voice carried a shivering words.

She didn't notice me so I stay there out of curiosity.

"I can't believe I forgot my wallet. What should I do..."

Nope not going to happen. That's a way nice way to get into romcom life but I refuse to.

I took a good look at her book and then noticed that there were only one left at the shelf. She was carrying one. The title caught my attention so I took the book from the shelf. She noticed me buying it, so it further increase her saddening expression.

"I would like to purchase this."

"Wait a moment please.. it would be 2900 yen."

I paid the money, and before I leave I talked to the recipients. He agreed to my request after then I handed him the book.

Being kind sometimes wouldn't affect my status.

I hid at the corner to see if she got the book or not. She was carrying a smile with books on her chest.

Confirming that I quietly went home. There wasn't anything much unusual, I gave my sister the demanded book and that's it. We had the normal routine.

So came the day I wish I was dead. No works on weekends, just my bad and I, oh how I wish.

Good, nothing to change. I saw myself in front of the mirror, Yeah, I do have a face that looks rotten.

I sat out to the destination that I was asked to come.

I sat on the fountain and I couldn't found any familiar face, I must be first one to reach.

Ah, how could I forget my phone. How careless of me.

My focus was robbed off by a child in the middle of the street crying while others just passed by. Hu..... Everyone is busy playing the role as perfectly as they could, they have enough burden to carry and I am sure that they just don't want to carry anymore burden or faces to the point that they just might even watch someone die.

"Hey Little boy! Where is your parents?" I kneel down so I could reach his height.

"Waah! Waah! MOMMY! Some is trying to take me away."

Do I look suspicious? Seriously?

I quickly pull my nose upwards and spoke in a childish manner as I could.

"Hey! Don't cry kid! My magic will find your parents."

"Sob sob! I need my mommy."

Hush! He calm down a bit, but still I am not that of a person to just leave the kid now. I have to find this kid's parents.

"Alrighty, let's go on adventure to find your mommy!"

His little soft hand hold my hand and his other hand was still wiping his tears.

We slowly started to walk. Police station might be the best place to go for now.

Here and there, time passed by as we search his parents. After an hour I finally found his parents and handed him, they thanked me and went. The child had those smile which was true and accurate.

"I should head back now."

Immediately as I turned around I pushed someone out of my own will. I apologize and went ahead since I was running late. At the bench I saw two familiar looking people, it was Hiromi and Akane.

What the hell? They were here when I was at fountain. So they just going to ghost me after inviting, well I have experience on that.

"Senpai You never told me that you are going to come out of no where and just push them."

"Yes, you were supposed to push them after this. But nevermind they are in the heat thanks to that."

"What are we talking about?"

"Just look there senpai." Akane pointed out to the direction I was coming. Hideki and Hina was so closed that they were off set by a kiss only. There face grew redder and redder.

"Did I just bumped them?"

"Wasn't that your plan?"

"No... I accidentally did that."

"Eh???"

"I knew it, you cannot do something good by your own will."

"Will you stop bashing me whenever we see each other?"

"I will give a thought on it."

"You two! Let's go they went ahead."

We were dragged by Akane as we follow the trace of Hina and Hideki.

The date went well, at least on external part, they had few romance moments, eating ice cream together and watching movie. The good part about this is that I was spared from my role, which was to wear mask and act like I am robbing them so Hideki could save Hina and grow closer. Apparently due to me bumping them accidently saved me.

It was for the moment we have been waiting for, Hideki's answer.

Hideki and Hina sat on bench as they watch the sun grew into reddish color.

"You know, I was surprised when you invited me on a date. Normally I was the one who would always ask and you would invite other also."

"Isn't more the merrier."

"You are right but.... I was asking for.."

"Hmm?"

"Nevermind! Anyway Hideki, are you seeing someone right now?"

"Not at the moment."

"Then... Will you go out with me?"

Wasn't she a tsundere type? It blew my mind seeing her say that boldly. The conversation became dead silent for a moment.

"Will you give me a time to give you an answer?"

"If that's what you want then I don't have any objections."

"Thanks for understanding! Shall we go then?"

"Just to be clear I will wait for the answer even if it takes years."

"I will keep in mind."

What a waste! Just be clear and you will be off the burden.

With that comes to the end of the date plan, seriously I was the only one watching it, they already left without watching the confession.

"They are not doing their jobs..."

"We already know the answer senpai."

"Akane?" I was scared for a moment there, she came out of no where.

"Oh did I scared you?"

"No. How did you knew the answer?"

"We discussed that when we met up earlier. Hideki said he wanted a time to think. So we come with this plan."

Again I was ghosted, well perfectly background character but sometimes a major one and it's bugging me when they make me like a major character by talking and sharing the important stuff.

"Good then, I am going home now that we are done."

"Hai Senpai! See you tomorrow then."
